This is the first professional massage I've had, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I chose the 60 min. deep tissue massage. April was my masseuse. It was a very good experience for me. I have back problems from working behind a computer all day, every day, for decades. It felt so good. And she even walked on my back! Which was Awesome. And she didn't just work on my back.. Also my legs, arms, hands, feet. April asked me a few times to let her know if she was being too strong/aggressive. For me she was not (just right), but just let her know if she is. I felt it was a great overall massage, and I plan on going back again. I'm hoping if I go on a regular basis (once every 2 weeks or so) that it will help keep my back pain under control. Think I'll opt for the 90 min. next time. Thanks again, April! read more

I had great experiences here but last time I went was the worst service I've had, ever. The masseuse was on her phone for at least 30 of our 90 minute appointment. She was out of the room for significant periods of time. I indicated to the masseuse working on my husband where is she, but it got worse. She talked on the phone while "massaging" me, seems like they were trying to squeeze people in. At one point on my back she rubbed the same spot on my leg for 7 minutes and I could see the blue light from her phone. I asked if she could put the phone away and they finished almost immediately and told us they didn't have time for cupping, which we had booked. A few minutes later as we were getting dressed they changed their minds and one of them rushed through cupping both of us. The masseuse avoided my lower back like the plague. When I tried to get off the table, the rest of my back muscles were loose but my lower back locked and clenched and my husband had to help me off the table. I was in tremendously more pain than when I had arrived. They charged us for the full 90 minute couples massage and 2 cuppings. Severely disappointing. I get the hustle but squeezing in as many appointments as possible will hurt the appointments they already have. They were our go-tos but after that experience we will not return. read more

Went in with a Groupon for a couples massage and had a fabulous experience. I had Angela who had magic hands, left me feeling utterly relaxed and I'm still "riding that high". Had deep tissue, essential oils, hot stones... back, head/face, arms and legs.... People complained about the masseuse leaving throughout their experience and the only times ours left were to get the hot stones. read more

Have been here thrice now for the couples massage. You never know quite what you're in for but it always ends up being what you need. If you need someone to work out your problem areas this is the place to go! 10/10 would recommend. read more

Don't want to give a one star but honestly was not worth any amount of money. I had Angela. Wouldn't go back, worst massage I've gotten. All she did was rub without actually ever massaging. Most of the massage was just her arms not hands. I have lots of knots in my back and I never felt her get any of them. It felt very dry as well, it felt like she didn't care until the massage was over and of course called me very "pretty girl". read more

I read the reviews before going and wanted to write a new one to address some of similar experiences. But I didn't see them as negative like others did. To start off: we got the Groupon for the couples massage with deep tissue, hot stone and essential oils. $142 for a $240+ value. When it said deep tissue I wasn't expecting them to WALK ON OUR BACKS! They held on to rails poles attached to the ceiling. Similar to a Thai Massage. Oh man - and I have sciatica issues and she stepped just perfectly to avoid any pain. Yes, the lady answered the phone twice. Her voice was so soft it didn't even phase us. It was only them two in there (prob due to Covid) so we understood. Yes, they left the room but to get hot fresh stones and towels. Yes she tucked the towel into my underwear - that's pretty normal in all my massage experiences. They don't want lotion and oil getting on your clothes. Yes I'm sore the next day and even hours after. Did I drink enough water? No. That's all the toxins releasing from your body, also normal after a well worked massage. Would we go again? HELL YA. read more

The ladies here are so nice and respectful. Did a couples deep tissue massage and it felt so good. Highly recommend, can't wait to come back! read more

Rose gave one of the best massages I've had in years. Highly recommend her and Jin Massage!!!

They did an amazing job on our couples massage. They were asking if pressure was fine throughout the massage - they hit pain spots without having to be guided to them. Overall, the experience was pleasant and they finish with a hot stone massage! Highly recommend their services. read more

This was a strange experience. My husband and I went for a couples massage. The woman checking us in had no idea what we were saying. She then accidentally took us to a room where someone was already getting a massage. After showing us to an empty room she closed the door and left, no instructions. She came back a moment later without knocking and tried to get us to purchase add ons. When the actual massage started there was no lotion used for at least the first 15 minutes. Numerous times they tried to massage our spines, which is incredibly dangerous. It seemed like they had no knowledge of the muscle groups whatsoever and just aggressively dug in to inappropriate locations. Not sure how any of these reviews note great massage experiences, unless this was the only massage they've ever had. Regardless, definitely some red flags that should shock even a novice. read more

Terrible massage. Was hoping for more but the woman didn't talk to me at all and dug her elbows into my spine over and over. I am usually all over deep tissue massage, but this person had no technique. I literally walked out in the middle of the massage because she was injuring me. The manager left the massage she was doing to ask me to ccome back in- and hours later and I am in serious pain. Don't go there. read more

My husband and I went in for a couples massage this evening and had the best massages ever, hands down! Way better than Ruby's Spa at McMenamins at a way better price. The two ladies were super friendly, professional and focused. They were concerned about how we were feeling and asked if we were comfortable. They took their time to work on our full body. For the other review where the guy said he was "incapacitated"- Tim D....seriously? I would be embarrassed to write that. Drink some water and toughen up! Too many people use Yelp as an outlet to bash businesses while hiding behind a screen. Thank you Jin Massage! We'll be back!! read more

I came in today for a deep tissue massage and left feeling great I like to come here for my appointments if you are looking for a great massage I recommend this place read more

I only left a star because you have to. Purchased a couples massage for here on Groupon December 14th. 2021, immediately made the appointment for my husband's birthday... We come in for our massages and the lady looked terrified, tells us they can't do couples. She calls the owner, and the owner then argues with me on speakerphone, claiming I didn't make an appointment. By the looks of this place, and how shaken up the receptionist was I'm guessing they don't do "regular" massages at this establishment...... And now I'm wondering how many of these reviews from females about couples massages are fraudulent. read more

The ladies were so nice and did a great job and made sure to check in on the pressure. Got a couple's massage and it was just what we needed, especially on a cold day. $140 for 60 minutes. The hot stones were great! If you go to a fancy American spa, this might not be the place for you. But if you're looking to loosen up your muscles and save money, this is the perfect place to go! read more

Great date night with the hubby! They did a great job, relaxing, received the full hour. We will book again. They made sure to check in regularly about the pressure. Paid attention to the areas that need more attention in my back. read more

If I could give this place a 100 star rating I would!! The two ladies we had were so kind and gentle with me and my boyfriend, this was also my first ever professional massage and we will definitely be staying loyal to this place and come back soon. I hope everyone's experience was as peaceful as ours was! read more

I received a 90 massage last Thursday afternoon at Jin Massage. That night I developed a horrible migraine and took a nap and woke up and could not move... It took me about 10 minutes to ease my muscles and to be able to get out of bed & I could barely walk! I slept the whole next day Friday as I was incapacitated and could not eat and could barely move. I took about 2 hot tub soaks & showers a day, sipping water and finally started to feel better that Sunday evening... The worst massage experience of my life! read more

Someone else left a review on the same day we went... and I truly wish I saw it instead of all these great reviews. I don't know WHERE they're coming from because our experience was so bizarre. We booked a deep tissue couples massage and were excited to get our bodies worked on due to being sore from the gym. The first 15 minutes or so there was no lotion, so it was very uncomfortable and when they were massaging my neck they were pulling out hairs. My boyfriend and I were side by side and he had a completely different experience than I did (had I known I wouldn't have tipped so much). He had his lady walking on his back nearly the entire time. When we signed up for deep tissue, that's not exactly what we paid for. My lady didn't walk on my back but she knotted up my calves and then proceeded to work on them to get them unknotted. It was so uncomfortable. She did a really good job on my hamstrings and glutes, but really not amazing on my back. My boyfriend walked out extremely sore and did not enjoy the experience at all. We have gone to Zama massage multiple times and they REALLY know what they're doing. Highly recommend going to them. read more

This place gives the best deep tissue massage. I was all knotted up for months. I went to numerous massage therapist and they didn't do it for me. I really needed a deep tissue massage that will remove the heavy knots in my back. The lady walks on your back literally and unknots everything. She's so good. Like she also used her hands too but damn. When I left I felt so good. I even took a nap and slept good when I got home. I did a couples massage with my husband and it was perfect. The place was clean & quiet. We both enjoyed it. I felt relaxed and I feel wonderful. I'm definitely going to book a couples massage. The staff is amazing. If you enjoy deep tissues massage like real deep tissue massage this place is for you. Because they will work on you! read more

My daughter and I went here as we both received a birthday gift for our birthdays.. during the massage the door bell went off and the massage therapist stopped giving me a massage and was gone for a few min. She then returned and continued after we were done of them statues that we had to pay. We explained it was already payed for we gave you the voucher. She stated yes you pay Groupon then you pay office ... confused we realized she was telling us that because we payed Groupon we had to give her a tip. Unfortunately I would have if I would have brought my wallet with me. Then second you don't tell me that I have to tip. She kept insisting we pay . I'm all for a tip but don't tell me I'm required to pay office fee. read more

I was told on the phone that a 60 min couples massage was $120 and it ended up being $140, but that's ok. April and Rose were amazing! My boyfriend thought the intensity of her standing on his back was perfect (he's a big guy) and mine was just enough of a "medium" intensity. The only thing I would want is music in the rooms. You can hear ur outside but it's too quiet to hear everyone breathing in the massage lol we'll definitely be coming back! read more

I would give this a 10 if I could! Very well done massage addressing my areas of concern. My body felt like it should after a high quality massage. read more

I had a nice experience this evening. We called ahead for 1 hour foot and body massage. I was sore from the gym so chose the foot massage. It was a good combo of relaxation and actual reflexology techniques and they actually have you turn over about 15 min from the end and give a very good back/shoulder/head massage. The reason for the 4 stars is their use of gloves while massaging. I should take off more for that...it's so weird and off-putting and creates an unpleasant heat/friction...not painful but just weird. Why guys??? Also, their location next to a head shop makes after dark visits noisy (running truck motors, motorcycles etc) and the headlights come through the drapes into the foot massage room and are blinding (they should cover our eyes with a towel like lots of places do anyhow). Prob won't be back bc of the gloves although I might call ahead and ask in case they change that...or maybe it was just my girl and/or just foot massages??) As I recall, the foot massage pricing was good for Vancouver (I think $45-$50 for 60 minutes). My husband's full body massage was fine...no gloves, no car lights in his room. So...try it out! read more

I've received massages in the past and the one I had here was by far the best. I did the couples massage, which included a full body massage, deep tissue massage, hot stones massage, and essential oils. And, they walked on your back! By the end of it all, I was so relaxed. It felt amazing. The masseuses were professional and nice. They did their work and did not try to engage in small talk, which I greatly appreciated. The price was also reasonable. My fiancé and I are definitely coming back. read more

Scheduled the couples deep tissue massage with the hot stones, and essential oils. One word, AMAZING. The employees of this business are so sweet, kind, and helpful. They are very strong ladies and can really get out those tough knots. And if you never have had the hot stones done, I highly recommend doing so. Will definitely be returning for more. Excellent staff & customer service. read more

Went in for a couples massage, from our Groupon purchase for "60-Minute Couples Deep-Tissue Massage in Private Suite with Coconut Oil, Essential Oil, and Hot Stones." It was a very good price and each minute was worth it! My masseuse's name was April and her work was very strong and intentional. I didn't have my back stepped on because I preferred my massage without it, but I did love the hot stones! read more

This was great! My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage. It was both of our first times, and they were very patient and professional with us. Would 110% recommend! read more

When I went in they seemed rushed to get us into a room. The environment seemed clean but they were very unprofessional. We got a couples message and then lady I had left the room five times while we were there and my boyfriends left at least twice. My boyfriends masseuse answered a phone call while we were in the middle of our massage. They only used oils for the message which was very disappointing and the lady I had put the towel in my underwear to keep it up which was very uncomfortable, inappropriate and unprofessional. Do not recommend and will be looking for a new place. read more

I went in for a 1 hour massage, my therapist was Rose, who greeted me at the door after ringing the bell on the desk out front. She guided me into a room with clean sheets and towels the room was in good order and there were plenty of paper towels covering the face section for me. I usually like a hard or firm massage and Rose was very strong. She might be a bit to strong for others so just let her know to ease up, I could tell her control was really good and she did great on my neck and small of my back. After my massage I felt really relaxed and was on my way to complete the rest of my errands. I would recommend this place and Rose to any of my friends, I encourage you to try this place out. If you have any problem areas be sure to tell them before the sessions starts, they can work it out for you or avoid depending on the issue. read more

I wasn't sure what to expect with COVID how a massage would work or what the experience would be like considering. I can say that it was hands down one of the best massages I have ever had. My boyfriend and I got a couple massage and it was relaxing and peaceful. The two ladies made us feel comfortable and made sure to accommodate any request of pressure or room temp. They have a lot of add ons to customize the experience just for you. 10/10 would recommend read more

Best massage ever. Both SuSi and April are professional. That last reviewer was obviously sick before he went in. Hope he did not give the staff anything. I will be back after this virus has run it read more

Jin Massage recently opened and I got the most amazing massage from CiCi. I had a full one hour massage. She gave me a deep tissue massage with oil, Swedish massage and ended with hot rocks. CiCi asked me continually if too much pressure was being applied or if I wanted more pressure for the massage. The ambiance was wonderul and you get to pick what oil fragrance you want. Her technique was amazing and so soothing that I was literally falling asleep. She ended with using hot rocks while massaging my back; she gave me one in each hand and put the rocks on my back with a blanket over it (to keep the heat in) while massaging my arms and legs. I highly recommend Jin Massage. read more
