Before I leave, can I get a receipt. Rep couldn't figure it out on the spot. So I told her to email it to me. I've attached the receipt that was sent to me once I left. It clearly shows there was still a credit of $15 left on the card. I am glad no tip was left by me. This was a simple but costly service it was a quick 35 min visit. Feeling scammed after leaving is not a good feeling.
