I went into Sugar Bee's, today, for the first time, to get my lip & eyebrows done! First of all, this place is BEYOND cute. I love the atmosphere and the vibe! It's also very affordable! I got my sugaring done by Bri, and she SLAYED HONEY. My eyebrows are PHENOMENAL. She's also so personable, knowledgeable and genuinely fun to be around! I'll definitely be returning, over and over again! read more

I got a Brazilian this morning from Bri and I couldn't be happier. The process was fast, clean, and I felt very comfortable. If you come back after 6 weeks or less, it's $15 off the "full Brazilian" price, which I will try to do. If you have sensitive skin or have had painful waxing experiences in the past, I highly recommend sugaring. (I had just a bikini wax in the past and it was so much more painful than this whole process) Thanks again, Bri! :) read more

I can't believe it took my so long to realize I never wrote my review for this place! I've been going here for about 1-2 years and absolutely love it. I've been to many waxing salons and this place is by far the best. The owner is so friendly, as well as all of the other staff. She always makes time for my busy schedule! They make sure you are comfortable and take good care of you :) the salon is so cute and clean. I recommend sugar wax over regular wax, because it's much better for the skin. My hair has stopped growing significantly because I go consistently every 4-6 weeks. They will wax any part of your body for a great price! read more

I can't believe I haven't written a review yet! I found this place through yelp and I'm so glad I did. I hadn't heard much about sugaring so, naturally, I had questions. Lacie, who is as sweet as Pecan Pie, answered them all by phone prior to me scheduling my appointment. I've been seeing her now for about 6 months and I'm still pleased. It is NOT pain free BUT it is less painful than regular waxing in my opinion. Plus, the natural products are way better for your skin! Lacie makes you feel like family instantly, so much so that you can't wait to see her again and catch up. She is genuine, sweet, kind, very caring, and a great listener. She is accommodating and of course professional. You can tell she loves her job and her customers! If you're on the fence about sugaring, don't worry, it is natural to feel that way! Call and speak to Lacie. She will put you at ease by answering all of your questions! My tip would be to book in advance. Her schedule fills up quick, so I always make sure to book my next appt before I leave. She sends a text reminder the day before which is so sweet, to me! Credit cards are accepted! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! I got my eyebrows and lip sugared by the lovely Ashley and she made me feel comfortable instantly! I was worried about my skin becoming inflamed and red due to having sensitive skin but the redness was very minimal and was completely gone by the time I got home! Ashley is an amazing addition to Sugar Bee's and I can't wait to be back time and time again! Thanks again, Ashley! read more

Once you sugar you never go back! Lacie is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and caring. Today was my first experience with sugaring. The process is defiantly for a true Portlander - its 100% natural and eco friendly. It is less painful than your usual hair waxing. After two years of living in the area I have found my new local hair remover. :-) Thank you Lacie for the great experience! read more

Seen Bri last week for my first brazillian. It's a cute welcoming place, and bri made me feel comfortable and we talked the whole time. I've already made my follow up fro Maintnance. There were a few tender spots but other then that the most painful was when the wax was being applied. I'm a big girl and I never once felt uncomfortable or judged. Thanks Bri for a great experience. read more

I had never gotten a Brazilian wax before, but wanted to give my boyfriend the best Christmas gift. I found this place on Google, and had a very professional experience. I like the fact that instead of using disposable strips, you're reusing the same ball of biodegradable sugar. It didn't hurt much until the very end. I am very pleased with my experience, and will recommend my friends. read more

This is also my first time sugaring other than conventional wax and I do NOT regret it! Communicating with Lacie before my appointment via text was very convenient for myself other than calling. The atmosphere in her business was relaxing, clean and simple. In terms of service, she is gentle, knowledgeable, has great social skills in addition to her technique. She is clearly passionate and cares about the quality of her work and ensures that her clients are comfortable throughout the process. I am officially a fan of sugaring and I recommend anyone to try it with her in particular! You will only know if you try it! (: read more

Omg.... This was my first time ever trying sugaring and let me tell you just how amazing my experience was. When I got to my appt I was about 1/2 hour early and Lacie came out and made me feel so welcomed. I filled out some paperwork and when she was ready for me I went into my room to get ready. Lacie makes you feel so relaxed in what most would consider an uncomfortable situation. She talks to you the whole time and explains what she's doing. As for the actual process I liked it way better than regular wax and it was not nearly as painful. I will definitely be making this a regular routine of mine. read more

By far, the best hair removal experience I've had! Lacie immediately makes you feel comfortable, she explains each step as she goes along and tells you about the products (all natural!) she's using. I have senstive skin and traditional waxing makes me super red & broken out. I was pleased to discover that sugaring is a lot less painful than waxing & irritation was practically non-existant. I will definitely be back! read more
