Customer service is terrible. They have up and downstairs locations and will not communicate that they have availability downstairs until 30 minutes later. It is pointless to pay for a membership and they have you waiting for a long time. They can communicate a lot better, my time is valuable. read more

I asked for a clean up on my eyebrows and the lady made them both two different sizes I told her they where uneven she told me it's even they look like garbage and are two different sizes and shapes but I ask for a eyebrow tint to try and fix it and somehow she made them worst I asked for a discount because they ruined my eyebrows they refused and told me the most they would take off is 3$ read more

I have been having my eyebrows threaded for about 7 years now, and have never had scabbing, other than my first time. After my visit, I have tiny scabs all over my forehead, crows-feet, upper lid and upper cheek area. They threaded my face for some reason, even after I said "No, thank you" 3 times. There are 2 people providing the threading services, and a random man that lingers around, only speaking to the staff. Also, it is, quite literally, out in the open in the middle of the mall. This place is hit or miss. Sometimes it's a really excellent eyebrow threader who does not hurt at all, sometimes it's a lady who does aggressive and painful work and takes off half of my eyebrows so I look like a chick from the 80's. read more

I asked to get my hair cut straight across and for her to take off four inches. She held up about five inches and I said "A little less." She held up about four inches. Ok, good. After shampooing, she held up my hair again, this time about three inches. I say, "A little more." I'm not so comfortable at this point that she has a grasp of approximating. As she's cutting my hair, she has me move my head to one side and then the other. Weird. She has me put my chin down. Again, weird. My hair is about the length I want it, so I'm trying to not worry. At the end, she told me she rounded it off. Ok, why? I asked for it straight. I looked at the back and it looks crooked. I pay, give a tip and go to the bathroom to have a good long look. It is longer on one side, and round, which I hate when they round it. I went back and had her even it out, which she did, but why would she make it round when I said straight? I felt lucky to get the right length, so I didn't even bring up that she did the wrong cut, not wanting her to make it shorter to get the right shape. read more

When I asked if they could do this, the lady running the floor at the time said that they don't do slits and she came close to us and whispered with her smoking coffee breath "that's a 90s thing also do you know what that means in prison? I have done my eyebrows with eyebrows plus for about 2-3 years now. I didn't go in as often until I signed up for the membership. I always go to the vancouver mall location, and while they are very kind, I have had a few issues with getting my eyebrows done to my liking. They have managed to leave my eyebrows uneven a few times and when I informed them of this information they stated that my eyebrows are sisters not twins, I understand this but my eyebrows have been left completely different shapes more than once. I went Monday August 26, 2019 and was serviced by Jamie. She left two different shapes and Lourdes noticed as soon as I came in on Tuesday August 27, 2019. Lourdes measured and tried to fix my eyebrows but somehow managed to make them worse and too thin. I have attached photos. I'm very upset and disappointed with the service I received the last two months and would like some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. I've paid for the next 3 months already but honestly would no longer like to be apart of membership. I will be seeking service elsewhere but would appreciate a full refund. read more

My first experience here was great. I was so pleased, I bought their 3 month unlimited use package. The second time I went to the kiosk, the woman working took a chunk out of my skin such that I now have a scar. Every time I go back to this kiosk to use my pass, the only person working is the woman who took a patch of skin and she is always leaving for lunch. This time, I would have had to wait 45 minutes and the last time a woman said she had been waiting over am hour. There is no phone to call and find out who is working. I will not be renewing my subscription. $150 poorly spent. read more

3/3 reviews are one star, that should steer you away. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They are INCREDIBLY over priced. I walked up and stood there waiting for the girl to acknowledge me and she didn't. So I asked if they only thread way rows (because I wanted to get my upper lip done as well) and she said 'yea' and continued doing what she was doing. So I said great! Do you have time for me then, and she had me walk around the stand to the other side to sign their sign in sheet. I saw a menu of all their services they offer and stopped to take it on, and the same girl said 'no this sign in sheet'. There were probably 15 areas on their menu that they will thread. I asked again, so you only do eyebrows. And she said yes, so I pointed at the sign and she said well we do the whole face only threading. So I told her that's perfect and that I want my eyebrows and lip done. Not even 30 seconds later after I sit in the chair she says 'so just eyebrows?' No I want my lip done too. While I was getting threaded I felt as if she was rushing. She was complaining to the other girl there how it was just going to be the two of them working. So that made me instantly nervous that wasn't going to do a good job. She did a fine job, but I can't believe her lack of training in customer service and honestly just basic people skills. I will NEVER go there again because of that girl. read more

Although the individuals providing the service are excellent the Corporation running the outlets is not. The services are over-priced individually but if you buy a package it is reasonable but don't be fooled they auto-renew and have no accommodation if you try to cancel after the renewal date. NOTHING. When I called the office I keep getting told in essence that their policy is it and no change can be accommodated, you as the client are expected to remember that your services are expiring and they you have 5 days prior to cancel if you don't . . . so sorry there is nothing we can do for you.
