This is the place to get your eyebrows done. They offer threading and waxing services. I only have done threading of the eyebrows and have had tinting done too. I've been coming here for almost 2 years and am happy every time. Just communicate what you want and you'll be happy. Tip: There is usually a short wait (15min) so plan ahead. Worth the wait tho. read more

She made sure to deep condition my hair, lighten my hair but keeping dimensions, and eliminating brass. I should have read the room because there were a few people in front of me and they all waited for the lady to do their service. The man was available and I went with him. My eyebrows turned out uneven. He didn't trim them either which I prefer. I won't go back and they have a sign that says no refunds so what's the point. I showed up at 2:30pm yesterday (Tuesday) to have my eyebrows done and even though the sign said open, there was no one there and the doors were locked. I checked the hours before I left and they are supposed to be open from 10am-6pm. I ended up going to the threading place in the mall and had excellent service. read more

Just went here for the first time trying to find a threading spot in Vancouver. The guy threaded my eyebrows and upper lip. He said he goes fast so that it doesn't hurt....ended up cutting me ( I am bleeding) three times!!! He cut me on my upper lip, side of my eyebrow, and on the bridge of my nose. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It was super relaxing, a clean environment and an over the TOP service. I felt so wonderful with my smooth skin and blackheads all removed! THEN to make the visit even better, I got my brows threaded for the first time. While I have sensitive brows the pain factor was not as bad since Neetu worked well with her pace with me.
