I absolutely love this salon. I've been coming here for the past 3 years & getting my lash extensions done by Ashley Morariu. Ashley always goes above and beyond when doing lashes. She takes her time and makes sure the end result is perfect! I have had other lash extensions done by other salons/ lash techs and they have never been as nice. For reference, I've had both hybrid & volume sets done before. The picture attached below is a volume set. If anyone has doubts -- I started coming here when I lived in Vancouver and have since moved to Coos Bay. I still continue to make the trip here over salons that are closer to me. Yes, I have had my hair done by others, but no one ever quite nails the look I am going for like Kelsey! She goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. She checks in several times throughout the appointment to make sure you like the direction it's going and she does a thorough consultation before hand to find out exactly what you want. If something is not quite right she makes sure you love it before you leave, even if she has to take a little more time. She is Perceptive, passionate and talented. It was my first time ever getting lash extensions. I got the classic set. I couldn't be more impressed with my experience here. Everything from booking the appointment, calling to confirm, the reminder texts etc. was a total breeze. I really appreciate the reminder texts because I work full time, I have a family and my calendar can get hectic. Halah was amazing! She is so kind and professional. I will admit, I was nervous about getting my first set of lashes. Halah made me feel less anxious immediately. My lashes look amazing! I'm so impressed. I love them. I've had Yana do my lashes many times and they last about 3-4 weeks depending on how I take care of them. I love how natural they look and can always get them more dramatic if I want it around the holidays! Yana is super efficient/quick (I usually am done in about 1 hr) and makes great recommendations for what style and size lashes would work best for me! Highly recommend Yana & her team! read more

The salon is nice, except i wouldnt schedule a hair appt with Imari Curry. For one, this chick doesnt blow dry your hair all the way, i'm going to buy her a new dryer, so she can complete her job. I came to get eyelashes done, we have talked about the EXACT length, color, fullness, etc. after everything was done, I got different eyelashes then what we have agreed on because Bombshell are "out" of what I have requested. I was very disappointed in the service I received from Adrianne. Her website stated that she takes 2 hours for curly haired clients, I wasn't even there for a an hour. I asked a ton of questions, to which none were answered and I was told to wash my curly hair everyday, put mousse in it, dry it until it frizzes and then let air dry. I get that I was a new client and didn't know much about my curls or what to do, but I felt like I didn't matter and that she didn't care to educate me. I do remember coming in and she was in the middle of getting her hair done, so I felt like she was rushing me so she could get her hair finished. I have been going to Bombshell to get my lashes done for a few months and Catya does an amazing job!!! She walks through the process with you and makes you feel comfortable. Sometimes it sucks to lay in one position for more than an hour, but the great conversation makes it go by so fast!!! A lot of reviewers said Yana is quick. I've had lashes for a long time and "quick" does not equal "good retention". Good technique takes time to properly adhere each extension to each natural lash. Yana's lashes lasted exactly two days, if that. By the third day, I had 6 lashes left. I'm very careful with my lashes and don't let them get wet the first 24 hours, nor let any oil based products near them. But most of them were barely attached if attached at all. None of them had a natural lash attached meaning they weren't glued on very well to fall off that quickly. I've never had problems and have had lashes for a year before this but I moved to Camas and had to leave my old technician behind. read more

I do not know how the lashes and nail salon is, although if you are getting your hair done, BUYER BEWARE. There chair is rented out and if you have a complaint, management can do nothing about it. My wife showed up 1/2 hr late to her 2 1/2 hour appointment. She has been a loyal customer for almost a year and frequent. She is handicapped and in a wheelchair and the Lyft driver was late. Hair stylist Kelsey Rachel Sanders rushed through her appointment and screwed up on the color and knew it. When I picked my wife up, Kelsey was stating to wash the hair 3 times and stay out in the sun and it will lighten. Really?! The hair was noticeably dark and nothing like the photo shown. We waited 2 weeks and after repeated attempts to have hair redone, I was ghosted. Told owner and nothing done. Not even an apology from anyone. I have bought hundreds of dollars of product, also. Even if Rachel did nothing, would have thought owner would have sent even a coupon for her business. If I read yelp, should have gone to this Ashley. Paid for hair by credit card, so out the money. I would have even paid for redo, too! Although, Kelsey likely thought she was going to lose her $180 (with 20% tip). I hope it was not because she is in a wheelchair and thinking she could take advantage of my wife, who is really a nice person. Better to think just a dishonest, lack of morals and honor person. Advice, pay by check, so you can stop payment. Another, unless your going to an employee of the business, remember once you pay, they are independent contract employees and can rip you off. Sometimes there are just awful people in the world. My wife is in tears and going to another business for sure. read more
