She was impeccable; asked every question that a waxer should before ever touching my skin, and knowledgeable about how to handle each of my personal variables. I'm a bit nerdy and she fully indulged my interest in all the products they used; which blew me away with the quality! Absolutely peak quality wax and oils, on a level I have never seen in another waxing location, for even the MOST sensitive skin! Which is super important for me because I have EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) and my skin is extremely sensitive and abnormally easily torn on a molecular level so when I say that I walked away with HAPPY, not irritated, skin after a full Brazilian wax, please know how remarkable this is! We spent Tuesday and Wednesday rearranging our duties and chores so that we could be there, we even left forty five minutes before the appointment to make sure we weren't delayed on our thirty plus minutes trip into town. Only to discover that she had no appointment on the fifteenth. She had given us her card, wife and her texted, plus checked the date on my phone before we left the store. At least she got one star, for services not rendered, but on the good side, we got to have a Jamba Juice (which was well worth a five star review).
