All scheduling and payment are done through…read morethe studio's app, which made communication difficult -- the makeup artist refers calls and questions to the app. The app canceled my first appointment, failed to collect a deposit, failed to cancel an appointment, and later created a new appointment without my approval, leading to a "no-show" charge. The eyeliner faded within a few weeks, and I didn't get a response after canceling the touchup and sharing feedback. Positives: Groupon price was honored, the studio is easy to reach, and parking is convenient. In summary, the results didn't last as expected, and the app made the process frustrating. Better communication and support would improve the experience.
