She really took the time to explain everything and answer some questions I had about the Neveskin procedure. She let me know what to expect and when. How it would feel during and after. She did a phenomenal job on patient education. She did it with so much patience and with a smile. Highly recommend going to her for whatever you need. I was also explained the packaging and pricing without feeling forced to buy or pressure. Now for the part I was a little disappointed with. Because I didn't have a jowl or turkey neck she decided to do the hybrid facial. I spent $149 for 10 minutes of the neveskin and a 10 minute cold facial. So in total it was about 25 mins. I felt like I didnt get my moneys worth. I understand it's just a promo but if I'm not getting one full session how will I determine if it works? The studio is clean and well organized. She is experienced and efficient and fast. Constantly checking she doesn't burn or cut you and that you are comfortable. She's very seasoned and knows what she's talking about. I get the feeling she's been doing nails for atleast 10 years. She knows all styles and designs and is so friendly. She also loves a challenge I noticed. She asked me what I wanted rather than telling me what she thought looked best. And I really appreciated that. I came in wanting a glossy candy apple red stiletto shape with a cheetah accent nail and she did exactly what I wanted and more. Her staff is friendly. The place is small but pretty. Extremely clean. I noticed they all constantly washed their hands AND sanitized in between everything they did. Which I thought was nice, because cross contamination happens more at salons than you might actually know about. For a full set with design and gel top, it came to $63. (Not including tip) I want to say this also included a nail file and buffer. State of Washington requires you must bring your own or you will be charged for a new one. The nail file and nail buffer used on me were visibly dirty and appeared to have been used on previous clients without being properly cleaned or replaced. I also noticed that the other tools did not appear to be properly sanitized between clients. This is a serious hygiene and safety concern, especially during a service involving direct contact with the skin and nails. Because of these concerns and the overall quality of the service, I chose not to leave a tip. The technician appeared visibly unhappy and dissatisfied with my decision, which I found very inappropriate. A tip should be earned through good service, professionalism, and proper attention to client safety--not expected regardless of the experience. Clients should be able to trust that clean, properly sanitized tools are used for every service. Basic sanitation and infection-prevention practices should never be compromised. I would not return to this salon and cannot recommend it to others.

I saw Kira and she was WONDERFUL. She pegged my hair perfectly which is not easy to do. Gave my a really great cut that made my hair healthy and gorgeous again and had some great conversation while we were at it. She then styled my hair that showed me I could actually like having a beach wave in it when I've never liked that before. Highly recommend them and her specifically for your hair needs.
