It's Peyton Place at Ideal Image... Had a lot of personalities going on and the corporate seems to have made life horrible... I wouldn't do business with these people as the new corporate has come in and they don't know what customer service is. Their people are very unhappy that work at Ideal Image also because of the Corporate . I purchased a package of treatments and because they had no people to run the show. The online promotional pricing is just to get you to call them, the actual pricing is 4x what you were promised online. The sales people wont let you read the contract fine print prior to signing, they lie about their cancellation policy promising that you can cancel within 30 days when the contract says something else (supposedly). When I contacted the salon to get a copy of the agreement they refused to send it to me, even after multiple times contacting them to request the information. When they did finally allow me to cancel they said that the salon could end up suing me anyways even after refunding me because of the contract. Who does business this way? I regret giving them any of my money. I was a member at ideal image bcuz I was planning on getting frequent services frm them. I wanted cheek filler before New Year's Day. I showed up early after taking time off of work just to b told it was scheduled in the wrong city, hours away. The apt, I waited over a month for, was therefore canceled. This shouldn't have happened because I gave the lady, who set me up with the membership and appointment, the address and she confirmed it with me. They rescheduled me for another month out and by then they had taken $900 and 2 months of payments equaling a total of $300. I didn't get to go into my new year And attend my New Years Eve plans with filler like I had planned and paid for but I tried to look at the bright sigde tht atleast I would get it done before a big modeling gig I had coming up. I had been looking forward to this 2nd apt scheduled for me, as I had already waited so long and paid and sacrificed money by taking time off. So much was invested by now and I was more anxious and eager than ever. As I happily opened the door to 'Ideal Image', early to my apt, i gave them my name and to my dismay was. told that my appointment had been cancelled, for not the 1st but the 2nd time, due to me not confirming. I wasn't told I had to confirm, I didn't read anywhere tht u had to confirm n no one warned me about this. I didn't remember ever receiving a call, text or email about confirming. Additionally, no one told me the appointment had been cancelled after the fact! I asked to speak to a manager to be told that someone would reach out to me. No one reached out to me until after I called them repeatedly throughout the next few weeks. I eventually started playing phone tag after leaving a Yelp review. A manager then reached out and told me she can't give me a refund but that she would give me credit, in the amt I already paid, for services. I wasn't happy but eventually obliged before I asked tht my membership b cancelled with them. She honored my request and cancelled my membership. This unfortunately means tht the VIP pricing tht the membership gives you no longer applies making the membership, at any point in time, completely pointless. Full price at Ideal Image is far more expensive than other places but the membership makes it affordable. If you want upkeep and multiple Services it almost makes sense logically to get the membership n get all the work done tht you are desiring to get done, monthly. Here's the kicker. They never get you in, cancel you're appointments and continue to charge ur card, which in turn adds up and before you know it you've spent hundreds of dollars and not gotten a single thing done. When it's all said and done they have all your money and you haven't gotten any of their services, months or years down the road. Anyway, I called to use the $ previously spent, as a credit to recieve the filler I've been wanting since last year and I'm told I owe a balance of $250. AFTER I cancelled my membership, AFTER I was told the $ I paid previously would b counted as a credit towards services from their establishment and AFTER I cancelled and replaced my card, where I disputed the transactions and was denied bcuz I "fell for the scam and gave them the card #" and here they're wanting my new card number and even more money before they give me any services through their company. Ideal image has been paid about $1300 from me, Its been 5 months and I've made multiple phone calls, left multiple messages and spoken to multiple workers and managers and have gotten nowhere. Even after it's all said and done I'm being told I owe another $250 and I still don't even have an appointment set up!! They found a loophole to take my money for a membership I never benefited off of and in the end all it did was give them permission to continuously take loads of money off my card but never get me in for a single appointment. After so much time, money, effort, Stress and anxiety I'm about to file a complaint with the BBB. Don't let Ideal Image fool you. Cool sculpting procedure under my chin. Overall it was a good experience for my first time visiting. Previous to this I had made a request online to learn more and had a consultation over the phone with video so that they could see the area that I was looking to reduce which is under my chin. I was sold 6.4 cycles as what they call it. She thought that I would need two treatments on each side and then two treatments underneath. luckily, I just need the treatment on the bottom under my chin and not along the sides so when all is said and done I will have four cycles left to do other things. I think that not being in a personal consultation made a difference because I think if somebody was to have seen me live in person then I may not have had to pay as much. But I'm not going to complain because now I can try it somewhere else on my flabby body. When I went to my appointment the front desk person checked me in and then the nurse came to get me about five minutes later and realized that nobody had given me a health history to complete. So that took a while. The front desk said oh well it wasn't marked to ask for a health history. Whatever. They were looking very bored at their desks. I feel though between my check in and my check out that there is a lack of communication between the front desk and the clinical part of the office. Things aren't being explained or maybe somebody's new, but every time I asked a question I mean, even from going in and not having my health history given to me to take right away, it just shows that there isn't very much group communication. Like morning huddle's or anything like that. The nurses that did treat me and they are indeed RN's were amazing. I really appreciated their kindness. The procedure overall wasn't that bad. When the section mechanism is placed and it starts to freeze, it is uncomfortable for about the first 5 to 10 minutes and then after that it's more tolerable. I go back for my second cycle in the same area in 90 days. I am still numb in the area and may have bruising which is normal. It can take a couple of days for the numbness to wear off, after all it was subfreezing temperatures lol. read more

Their Botox was defective. I have been getting Botox for 7 years. I usually get 15 between my eyebrows and I can't move my face for months. The tech kept on complaining she was having trouble getting the last bit out of the bottle. They put 20 between my brows because I wanted to make absolutely sure I looked perfect for my vacation. It was completely defective. After using the last of the one bottle she opened a new one and did the top half of my forehead. Only used 8 units and it is working just fine. See pic below. It's been 3 weeks (they say it can take a full 2 weeks to work, although I've never had to wait more than 5 days)... I should not be able to make a wrinkle between my brows. Never in my entire life have I had bad results like this from Botox. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. It was the worst experience I've ever had and I still had to pay for it and prices are way too much and it's not worth it. I went in for laser facial hair removal and bought the package, thinking it was a good idea. They told me I could get the first treatment done that same day, and I did. It took less than 5 minutes for the treatment but it hurt sooooo bad. I thought it was normal but after a FEW HOURS, the burning and the redness was still there. I called and they told me it was normal, they gave me some sort of cream and ice packs. It didn't work. The next day, the redness was still there, I had to spend money on the side and get LED light therapy to fix the area where the redness was. I got two sessions of LED light therapy to fix it. I went in and told the manger I wanted to cancel the package because the first treatment was horrible and my skin looked bad. They told me I had to pay for the full amount for the first treatment that was $340!!! That's INSANE!!!! They made me pay for a treatment that made my facial skin look so bad and I had to fix myself. The manager blamed on me, saying that it was my fault and they didn't tell me to go out of my way to fix it. WHAT ELSE WAS I SUPPOSE TO DO when the things they gave me weren't helping my skin??? First let's start by saying they were able to schedule an appointment with me the same week I requested it. At the other, Tigard, location they are ALWAYS booked out 3 weeks. I was getting LHR and Angelina cheered me on thru this slightly painful process. She helped me with my breathing, taught me about pressure points to release pain and even got the fan blowing on me for a nice distraction. This was the most involved a person has ever been. Laser services were spaced out 4 months in between because they do not have enough providers. I wish they told me that before I signed up. Literally no point of laser hair removal if you're getting them spaced out that much. Also contract is garbage because they will not extend anything for you. To get 4 treatments in a 12 month period is unheard of. Also good luck trying to reach customer service or for a manager to call you back. I've been waiting MONTHS. Okay I will say that the work that the nurses do is actually very good and they do have great equipment- if you can manage to get to that point. Their corporate structure is terrible though. They are very vague about things, extremely difficult to get ahold of, and they have no managers available to talk to if you have issues. They will just keep bouncing you around to other people who don't have any authority to fix your situation. I started my contract in 2020 right after the shut down while their business was still pretty slow and at first I was getting good service. They told me at that time that if I still had visible hair they would extend my contact. Then in the last year or so my appointments kept getting cancelled on me and every time I had to reschedule they were booked out another month or two. I had 3 appointments cancelled on me in a row at one point. When my contract ended, I still had visible hair and was told that their policy had recently changed and they were no longer doing extensions. They had also told me that their policy for post contract touch ups was a flat $25 charge per area and then when the time came thru told me that wasn't the case, that it's a 10% of regular price fee. That ends up being much more than $25. Brazilian is around $90 I believe and full leg is much higher. Pretty expensive for a touch up especially when I spent around $7,000 for this in the beginning. I should probably just seek out an independent clinic for the rest of my touch ups. read more

Stay away. They feel like shady scammers and will not call you back if you ever need help from a manager. Literally go anywhere else. Ideal Image has atrocious customer service. They don't empower their call reps to do anything other than schedule. Everything else requires them to call someone else while you're on hold or have a manager call you back. And plot twist, the managers never call back. I bought a service and when I saw the tech for the first time, she told me that medically I could not do it and it wouldn't work. She said to talk to the front desk and I'd get a refund. Did that and they said it'd take a few weeks. Next time I was in, I asked about it and she said my case is still pending. This was in March 2021. I called every few weeks for months and was told each time that a manager would have to call me back. One time, about 4-5 months into this saga, a person did call me and left a message with her number. I called her back directly 4 times and never got a call back. Another time, in October, a rep told me that the managers call back customers who yell and are abusive faster than us normal people. I was like okay, but it's been 7 months at this point. How many yellers do you have that keep bumping me in line to be called back? She agreed it was ridiculous. Out of everyone I spoke to over these months, she was the only one who actually seemed to care and take initiative to help me. However, her manager never called me back either. Finally, at the end of November, 8 months after this should have been resolved, I called twice in one day and finally got a manager. Only to tell me my case had been denied. They even had notes that this was a medical decision and therefore not my fault/out of my hands. This should have been refunded. But because they strung me along and made me believe I would be getting refunded, I can no longer do a change back on my credit card. Edit: Ideal Image called me on 12/6/21 and left a message. I signed up for laser hair removal. At my 1st appointment the lady was unprofessional, extremely fast, didn't explain anything and said the treatments "should work". Putting my trust in the professionals they claim to be, I continued going to my treatments. At my 3rd appointment I was told that she wasn't sure if the treatments would be successful due to lighter colored hair but to avoid the sun and they could "turn up the energy" on the laser to target the lighter colored hair. At my 5th appointment, I finally got an honest employee who informed me my hair was not treatable, was told I could contact customer service but "they probably wouldn't do anything for me because I had gone to 4 treatments". I contacted customer service and was offered a refund of $339.28 of my $1,946 package because "services were rendered" and $250 of that $1,946 was for a "lifetime guarantee". What are they guaranteeing if my hair is not treatable? I wouldn't have even done 1 treatment if the first lady was honest, took her time and told me my hair was not treatable. I accompanied my sister to her Consultation; then two days later when she she had Ultherapy (an invasive 'facelift' procedure) done. The staff were professional and knowledgeable about their services. Furthermore, the Intake Specialist offered several financing options to choose which made it possible for my sister to have the procedure done much sooner than she had planned. Although it takes awhile to see any results, I have noticed her face is already starting to 'lift' one week after having Ultherapy.
