Today's Diamond Glow facial with Summer just surpassed any treatment I've ever had the last decade of going to med spas. She inspected my face, neck and decollette before starting- she customized the treatment to my skin needs and added on a facial and light therapy that benefited my sensitive skin. Her precision and amount of pressure during the facial and dermaplaning made this type A girl VERY happy and satisfied. The face massage was everythingggg! I'm walking away feeling so beautiful and knowing more about my skin and the small ways I can continue to keep it healthy and glowing. 1000/10 recommend Amélie

I was curious because I'd never tried a B12 shot before, and I followed up on the offer card provided at check in. The staff were INCREDIBLY warm, welcoming, and generous. They talked me through the process and what to expect--quick poke, a little more energy and wellbeing. And they were totally true to their word. The stick was painless and today, the day after the party where I drank a little more than I probably should have, I'm feeling great. Amelie's hospitality was fabulous--coffee, tea, fizzy water, and a gift bag, plus super-friendly conversation, lots of personal attention, and a totally professional service. These folks clearly know what they're doing and they were so warm and sweet despite the fact I was just taking them up on a freebie offer. And they wouldn't even accept a tip, because they're a med spa! I'll definitely go back for facials and other services the next time I stay at the hotel. The location is great, too--right along the waterfront, in a neighborhood that's easy for parking and walking, with great cafes and restaurants nearby for a post-spa treat. Highly recommend, ten out of ten.

My acne decided to over take my face and as an adult with acne, I was getting overwhelmed. I saw Phaysone skincare and gave her a shot. Upon seeing her, she knew immediately what I was going thru. She did her magic; did my facial and extractions. I'm going to be honest, the extraction part can get a little uncomfortable, but tolerable. I followed her recommendations, from routines at home and regular acne treatments. She cleared my acne in less than 6 months! Phaysone is great! Love her work and expertise!

I'm not sure if I hit her at a bad time, but my facial was super quick and very little hands on. I've had great facials before and was looking forward to this experience. The space itself was not great either. I won't be going back.

They were thoughtful, uplifting, and informative. As soon as the restrictions were lifted, they reopened, and they handled the arduous task of rescheduling the backlog of appointments with a professionalism that I haven't seen with other businesses. Thank you!! They took time during the forced hiatus to update the salon with the latest in equipment and safety measures, like limiting the amount of people in the salon, an air purification system, roomier work stations, and the ultra sanitizing of each station in between clients.
