They were thoughtful, uplifting, and informative. As soon as the restrictions were lifted, they reopened, and they handled the arduous task of rescheduling the backlog of appointments with a professionalism that I haven't seen with other businesses. Thank you!! They took time during the forced hiatus to update the salon with the latest in equipment and safety measures, like limiting the amount of people in the salon, an air purification system, roomier work stations, and the ultra sanitizing of each station in between clients. You can have comfort in knowing that they offer a professional service in these times of uncertainty. Masks are required to enter, along with a temperature check and hand sanitizer at the door. I've been coming here for years, and always leave loving the my color and cut. I wouldn't think of going elsewhere. Vata has found the right balance of know-how without being stuffy. You know you're in good hands. Even though you can't see it beneath her mask, the receptionist always greets me with a smile. They have become my logical family, and I love them dearly.

Unacceptable behavior on part of the Salon staff to stick that on my vehicle. I'm disabled and live my life in 100 percent pain, now I have to spend my time removing this sticker. They should be ashamed of themselves, harassing a disabled person this way.

The lovely girl that did my brows did a wonderful job and made my wonky uneven brows actually resemble something nice that I can work with..I've had some terrible experiences in the past and I was thrilled with my results, especially sine this was my first visit and she did well. Usually it takes people a while to get to know your brows a bit. All that being said...The place is nice and simple, clean, friendly and I opted for the unlimited package for 3 months for $50 - My brows don't grow as fast as my nails and whatnot so I will see if this is the best deal for me over time. If I had went with my sister I wouldn't have let her pay for how she left her eyebrows. Never going there. And never letting my sister go back. The only reason you should go there is if you want your eyebrows gone!
