Located in a strip mall between Camas and Washougal, there is ample parking. The vibe is day spa. There's a front room with salon chairs and a large back room with massage tables separated by curtains, as well as changing rooms. It's nice, clean and calming. The staff was very friendly and provided good education for our service and scalp health. I had Sammy, who was very nice and good at her job. We were given a phone to view the real-time images of the inspection of our scalps. So, if we had product build up or dry scalp, we could see that. We did the hydrotherapy service, which was 75 minutes and $105. It consisted of the scalp analysis, scalp massage, exfoliation, hydration and deep cleansing. We also got shoulder and neck massages, as well as hand massages. It was wonderful! At the end of the service, they revisited the magnifier on our scalps and we could see the difference! With this service, they blow dry your hair to about 75% but they don't style it. I highly recommend trying this out!

Once you lay down, they give you a blanket and a little heating pad which was so darn cozy! Then begins the hair goodness or massage/rinse/massage/head scratch, rinse and repeat quite literally. It was super soothing though at times I did feel like the scratching was a biiiit intense for me -- they are incredibly receptive though and do check in to see whether things are at an appropriate pressure for you so you can always ask that they lighten what they're doing. We had the 45 minute slot and it was very relaxing overall. They do a damp dry afterwards so as not to remove all the moisture and goodness they just put into your hair. I will say this was slightly underwhelming compared to other parts of the service, but overall it was a really nice time, particularly for their very fair price. His eyes were right above the sheet line while my chest was uncovered. It was so disturbing and shocking I didn't know what to do, and immediately felt dirty and at fault for no reason. This is a basic, non-negotiable professional boundary, and he crossed it. I've filed a formal complaint with management and requested a refund, disciplinary action, and a policy review -- including offering clients the option of a same-gender therapist at booking. If you're a woman booking here, ask specifically who your therapist will be and whether you can request a female therapist. You shouldn't have to, but until management addresses this, protect yourself.

You can also soak with the purchase of a service in the spa (massage, facial, nails). I find that the services are luxury pricing with slightly less than luxury service, so I skip them. It's a saltwater pool, kept below 101 degrees Fahrenheit. I know because I tested it to see if I was safe to soak while pregnant years ago; yes, I brought my own thermometer! Because that's what scientists do. You can bring in beverages from elsewhere on property but please not glass! The teahouse has yummy options but limited hours. You need a key to get in, and there's two large heated bathrooms to change in.

I took a nonchalant approach to the subscription plan and had prepaid for "4" services at $89.95 (monthly) without ever using them so when I came to collect, they were so focused on my payment not going through (I changed my debit card for fraud reasons) that it seemed as though they did not desire to help me. Note, had they treated me differently, I may have provided my updated debit card for future subscription. When I requested to make the four appointments that I had already paid for, I was told they were booked out for over a month and at that point, I could see the staff member did not desire to help me and so in frustration, I walked out. After this unpleasant encounter I was send the contract to "officially" cancel the subscription and told I had 60 days to use those four prepaid services. I would like to point out when I signed up, I was told...."You can cancel the subscription plan at any time." It was not as though I purchased something and then defaulted, I prepaid for services not yet rendered. I called in a few weeks later and was able to book those four appointments and come to find out they were not booked out for over a month but had same day appointments available. The actual facials were great and those I can highly recommend, very enjoyable and my skin looked amazing however, I cannot recommend the subscription plan which should be on a 30 day billing cycle and if a payment doesn't go through and you received the reason from the bank as fraud then auto cancel the subscription, it is that simple!
