They took time to explain the full process to me and made sure I understood that the number of treatments vary per person and per case. It's a no-pressure environment. I've been to consultations with other laser technicians in the area who were all about urgency and making a sale. That's not the case here. The space is calming and welcoming. Their prices are extremely fair compared to other laser technicians, and their equipment is top of the line. Laser hair removal has been a huge life goal of mine, and they've made achieving my goal easy, affordable, and downright pleasant. It's also worth noting that I saw dramatic reduction in hair growth after my FIRST treatment. I have already referred many people to them and will continue to. They're the best!

Ashley said that's because your scars are deep and you need more treatments.. and they'll get better with more treatments.. I replied saying that's not what you told me, you said I only needed 3 treatments because my scars weren't bad, and I even asked what if they won't go away? And you were confident that they would after 3 treatments.. she obviously had nothing to say to that and never responded.. no apologizes, no further free treatments offered, no refund no nothing. I just wasted over $1000... never going back there again and never recommending anyone to go there.. if you want results, save your money and go elsewhere!! Usually you can expect a reaction like a week after where the hair suddenly grows like your a chia pet lol but then it falls out (or you pluck it) and it's gone forever. I'm in the middle of doing my face and have ceased completely the endless cycle of plucking and shaving. Plan is next probably my thighs then lower back under arms etc. for those interested it was 1200$ for the face they sell only in a bunch of sessions at first (touch ups can be done individually and at reduced costs) and they let you break up your payments so it's not such a big jump.
