If I could give zero stars I would. Asked for low maintenance highlights and long layers. Sokphy (Sophie) did horrendous highlights and dry cut my hair uneven. She over processed my hair and it started breaking and falling out. Highlights were an inch from my scalp and weren't blended in at all. My haircut was horrible, uneven, and she thinned my hair. I've been going to get my haircuts with Sophie for the last 6 years (when I bought my house in the area). She has always given me a great haircut, I've also had my daughter and my wife gotten her hair colored and Sophie does a great job. Not only she has amazing skills and provides a great atmosphere but she has a wonderful customer service. Seems to me is hard to find now days. I've recommend A&P to my friends and anyone else who is in need of a great haircut or color. In my personal opinion, you won't regret it. I will continue to get my haircuts there. read more

Sokphy is a very sweet and confident lady, but she is not good at cutting hair. I asked for a trim, minimal layers, thinning out (my hair is thick), and face-framing side swept bangs. I got choppy layers with uneven bangs and she thinned out my hair way too much. She also used a razor on my hair which is terrible for my hair type. My hair looks ok with styling, but it looks very odd naturally and I prefer to wear my hair naturally. She spent 45 minutes cutting my hair, but the final result did not reflect that. One side of my bangs is one inch shorter than the other. I won't be coming back. read more

Horrible place to go for a hair cut. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Sophie is not a good hair stylist.

I hate that I'm having to write this review as I have been getting my hair cut by Sophie for years... I decided it was time to lighten up my hair again and I wanted to go fully blonde. I was talked into just doing highlights although I expressed I wanted to be blonde. I didn't achieve the color I wanted let alone the quality I would have expected... it is extremely blotchy and it looks like I have tiger stripes running through my hair.. I could've asked her to fix it but honestly at this point I am going to someone else that specializes in blonding. If you just want a haircut, then this is a good place to get a haircut. If your looking to go blonde I highly recommend doing your research and finding a stylist that specifically knows the blonding process. read more

I'm writing this review based off the pedicure I got from Tyler! He's given me the best pedicures out of everyone I've gone to. He's attentive, detailed, and takes his time! He never rushes through the appointment. He asks you "is that okay?" Multiple times to make sure your happy. He not only scrubs, massages my feet, but he cuts my cuticles without me asking! I find it now a days, some places I've gone to skip that part! His prices are cheap too! Basic pedicure: $18.00 Spa pedicure: $21.00 You gotta go to him! read more

Yeah, I'll be back. Salons usually have me questioning how they accommodate males, but they took me as a walk-in within seconds. Very pleased about that. $13 for a cut is better than most of the chains but not as cheap as some of the (for lack of a better description) Asian salons where they get you in and out in 5 minutes for half the price. The owner cut my hair and she was incredibly detailed and also very friendly. It's nice that I can walk here, but still, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing a good haircut at a very modest price. This place is awesome. I'm new to the area so I was a little wary choosing a haircut place but I took a shot with this and couldn't be happier. It's a nice Cambodian lady and she talks about her family, cuts good hair and is generally a pretty happy lady. One thing to point out--the Men's cut says $9.99 in the photo posted by someone, but it was $12.99 when I got there. I think it's just an old photo though. read more

I defaulted to this salon after one that I had an appointment at didn't have it posted that no children under 12 were allowed to accompany me. So I sat in Spoiled Salons parking lot and looked on Yelp for a walk in salon. After calling A&P to make sure my son as welcome and getting a very friendly laugh and 'yes, come on over!' I arrived for my favorite salon experience yet. The owner was an absolute doll to my son and allowed him to sit and play near me, asking his opinions of things and including him in our conversations. She was extremely friendly, always laughing, smiling and had lots kind chatter about families and local places. My hair cut is absolutely what I wanted and she did an amazing styling and run down of awesome products to look for for my hair type...and the price was incredibly low for someone with over 18 years experience. I will give it a 1 because I went in for a pedicure. The water was too hot, while removing the cuticle it hurts, while scrubbing it hurts, and she did a sloppy job coloring my toe nails, it wasn't dry so she had me put on the slipper, which ruined the my nails, so instead of doing it over, she just add on another layer and it looked thick than the other nails. I wouldn't recommend this place, worst experience compare to other salons that I went to...horrible job read more
