Last year I was too weak for a surgery that I needed. I could hardly move yet desperately needed to exercise. Kathryn at At Vancouver Massage helped with massage therapy aimed at restoring my mobility and also helped manage my pain. I needed deep tissue massage that was not too much for me and Kathryn was able to find that balance. I'm now post surgery and recovering well and getting stronger every day. I wish I could better express how I feel about Kathryn, She's an angel and I don't think I couldn't have come this far without her help. read more

A certain male therapist is best seen before lunch. On my second visit, I scheduled after his lunch break and experienced his gastrointestinal distress throughout my massage. It was not as highly offensive until the end when I turned over and needed to cover my face with the sheet and blanket. I immediately reported this to the front desk as I was leaving. The owner did not offer to discount the massage due to my experience. Instead, she quickly excused herself to "make sure I give him a mint before his next appointment". To make things even worse, on my next appointment when I needed to cancel two hours prior due to a personal situation I was told I would be charged $55 for the late cancellation. My suggestion is to earn customer loyalty. read more

I've had two different massage therapists at Vancouver Massage. Both were very professional and have done a great job. Ivy does incredible work and listens to you about your body. Would definitely recommend Vancouver Massage. read more

I came here for a couples massage and I got the masseuse named Ivy and she definitely worked magic on my neck and shoulders area. I felt uncomfortable but it was a good uncomfortable feeling that it made me so relaxed towards the end of the massage. My massage was so good that at some point I knocked out. My partner got Alisa and she said that she unfortunately did not target the area she had asked. I am only giving it five stars because of my masseuse. read more

Unprofessional management. In a service industry owners should know not to argue with customers and have some good customer service if they want to keep their customers. read more

Great availability. Easy scheduling online. THEY TAKE HEALTH INSURANCE. The owner, Jean, is a gem. Jacob did a phenomenal massage. The place is cute and expanding to another building. I'd recommend over and over. I've already rebooked. Definitely don't waste your time with chain massage, they don't even begin to compare to the service and care you receive here. read more

Audra is an amazing massage therapist who catered to my every need and exceeded my expectations. I melted into the table after 90-minutes and booked another one soon thereafter. Not only is the staff incredible but the environment is quiet and calming. They also have other services to assist with relaxation and detoxification which is perfect for this time of year as we head into a new season. if you're looking to have a massage or get a gift for someone you love, At Vancouver Massage will not disappoint!! As someone who experiences on-going scoliosis-related pain and athletic soreness and tightness AND struggles to feel comfortable in their own skin, the professionals at At Vancouver Massage help me feel welcomed, relaxed, and at ease. As I hesitate to broadcast the names of my go-to massage therapists, because their schedules tend to fill up quickly (for good reason), I must give them the highest kudos! Jennifer and Amber are FANTASTIC! If you're someone who struggles with anxiety and/or are self-conscious, I highly recommend Amber and/or Jennifer! Last, but not least, the beds and headrests are nice and padded, which is something that someone with scoliosis appreciates. read more

I had a really smooth experience booking at Vancouver Massage , they had availability on a short notice and upon arrival made me feel very comfortable. My therapist was Aaron Twiss, he did an amazing job at listening to what my body needed and I felt he was knowledgeable which I liked. I got cupping done for the first time as well and I really enjoyed it , I believe it took down a lot of inflammation in the areas they were placed. Great place to book if you are looking for a professional and thorough experience ! read more

Very relaxing space with great therapists! My body thanks me every time I come in for a massage.

I absolutely LOVE my therapist Ashley! She listens, knows my needs and adds just the right pressure. I honestly appreciate every massage therapist I have seen here and I love the rewards system in place that allows me to get some extra benefits like cupping or hot stones! All so good! read more

I unfortunately experienced a significant injury in which it required surgery and a 3 to 6 month timeline. Now with that being said I booked my appointments months and months in advance before this surgery took place to get the days and times I wanted. But Per doctors orders for the recovery process I am not lift or be too active for at least the first 6 weeks, which in turn made me have to cancel my appointments several different times. I was then notified by Vancouver Message via text messages not a phone call that this facility might not be the best fit for the time being due to the cancellations rather than coming up with a plan to correct this and have a plan in place. According to their policy it is required to give at least 24 hours notice before canceling which I did every time. But then was told that the 24 hours notice wasn't giving them enough time to rebook other customers (maybe adjust your policy if that's the case) There were also a couple other times that my appointment was canceled because of their staff for other reasons. I've been a customer here for several years and felt that their business took priority over my health. Believe that they could've of handled this situation better and more professional than they did. I will not be returning and do not recommend. read more

I had a great massage with Amber who I found to be a sweet and friendly person who listens to what you need. I'd give her 5 stars. Unfortunately I wasn't comfortable at the place as the staff wasn't masked. I noticed the other clients I saw were masked. It just doesn't seem respectful to the clients for the staff to not wear masks. Also, if you don't like animals or have allergies, be aware that Amber does have a dog in the room with her while giving the massage. It wasn't an issue for me but it could be to some people. read more

Do not leave your card on file. If you don't make your appointment, they will charge you anyways

I had an amazing experience with Amber. She paid attention to my problem areas. I've been having issues with my shoulder for over a year and I just to moved from Hawaii and have been getting massages regularly for the problem. I'm hoping Amber can help it get better. I thought the price was kinda on the high side but totally worth it. read more

At Vancouver Massage is run by a top-notch individual (Jean) who takes the time to really find out what kind of things are taking place in your body as a whole that could be impacting your health in a negative way, shares fantastic information that she runs across in her studies (as well as her network of other health care providers), and truly has a passion for wellness. She has helped me tremendously over the years. ~ read more

Amber was great, super funny and easy to get along with. She worked out my tight back and hip, woke up the next day and was able to get out of bed easily. The essential oils she used smelled very good, and made for a relaxing time. Definitely plan on going back! read more

Excellent massage. I was thrilled to get a next-day appointment and extremely pleased with my experience.

I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and my hips have been giving me pain for several months. I was getting monthly massages elsewhere and although I felt relaxed after, my main focus on my hips were never resolved. I had a massage and facial at Vancouver Massage last year and came back a few times, but never thought I'd they'd have prenatal. My husband suggested I look since he's the one who found this place for my birthday last year. I filled out my concerns (all on digital forms, very convenient) and seen Linda my massage therapist. She was very attentive on my needs and afterwards I was able to walk without pain, sit without pain, and it really impacted my overall mental and physical well being. I will definitely go back before I have my baby and afterwards! Such a little Gem. read more

They don't listen to any suggestions or requests about where or how to massage you... it is extremely frustrating. They reschedule almost every time you have an appointment and you never get the same technician twice in a row. On top of all of that, I got ringworm from one of the technicians! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARLOR!! They seem nice at first but they have zero structure for consistency and that is so frustrating! Plus, RINGWORM.. I am so upset that this even happened, I am a clean person and this makes me feel embarrassed as well as dirty! Do not go to this massage parlor. Enter at your own risk!! I would give zero stars if it were an option. read more

Yesterday, I had my first massage here with Ashley. Not only is the environment soothing, but Ashley was incredibly accommodating with my needs and preferences. Had one of the best massages I've had in years by Audrey! It was a one-hour Signature Massage and she covered everything in that hour. She didn't leave anything out and even listened my request for painting to certain areas on the body that needed a little extra TLC. She has great pressure and does great deep tissue work! She was doing some awesome neck stretches and neck work that I had never had done before in the many years that I've been receiving massages! I definitely would go back and see her again! The yoga studio is very quaint and intimate clean and cozy read more

Had the best massage with Lisa! I really didn't want it to end. She found all the tough spots in my back and shoulders and worked her magic. I love deep tissue and a lot of pressure and it was just that! Cant wait to come back. read more

This was my first time receiving an Ashiatsu massage (where the masseuse uses ceiling bars and then uses the feet, mostly one foot at a time, to provide a deep tissue massage. My masseuse Kerri, explained it well and took lots of time listening and discussing the plan prior to the massage in order to work on my needs. She knew what she was talking about and she did an amazing job. The pain in my muscles afterward did not hurt the day after my massage as a normal massage does. I will ask for this type of massage again in between other types. I surely recommend Kerri. I'm feeling relief!! read more

Great service! Highly recommend, the massage was great and staff listened to my concerns , I recommend them.

I reviewed this establishment back in 2012 while frustrated with the poor customer service and unavailable staff. Six years later Jean Koncos (of At Vancouver Massage) reached out and offered me a free massage and an apology. I accepted and had lovely massage. Jean was very knowledgeable, kind and a talented masseuse. I appreciate her taking the time to make things right and sincerely hope the best for her business. Better late than never! read more

I've been going to At Vancouver Massage since the end of January due to back trauma and pain. I usually meet with Amber on Mondays and it's a relaxing way to start my week. The first session I teared up when trying to describe my pain and Amber was so warm and non-judgmental. Fast forward to now, I have so much more mobility and relief from pain. I am so grateful- they have already helped me so much with healing. read more

My shoulders/ lower back were so stiff from sitting all day. Lisa did a deep tissue massage. I don't like light pressure I really need someone to get those knots out and holy cow she is amazing. Combination of gentle and relaxing AND strong? Worth every cent and then some. I really don't mind chatting but she just let me relax which was nice. I wish I would've scheduled a longer session! She's awesome 10/10 recommend Lisa. read more
