You'll want to read this!…read more Let me start by saying that I haven't gotten my nails done professionally in YEARS, because of terrible experiences I have had at multiple different nail spots. Since the weather has been nice the last couple days I was like hmmm... I should get my nails done! I have honestly been looking at this spot for the last couple weeks, and wasn't hesitant to commit because of all my previous bad experiences. Noe let me bring you to my visit yesterday with Trinity. I had seen her reviews online, and they were phenomenal (though I had went to other recommend ppl from reviews in the past and was left with terrible nails. So I was still nervous.. but hopeful) Trinity is WONDERFUL! She is the only person that works at the location, and you have her full attention during your appointment. She's super friendly, and chatty! And beyond that, my nails have never looked better. Legitimately the best manicure I have ever gotten.. EVER. My nails are perfect. Everything is even and the polish isn't caked on. She will ask you along the way how things are looking in the case you want anything adjusted too. We made a couple color swaps as we went, and they turned out better than the original idea! The location is small and quaint. Parking is all over, so you shouldn't have a problem with that unless maybe you go in a busy weekend day or something when there is something going on downtown. I did a full acrylic set (I had bare nails prior). It cost $97 for the set with the French tip & flower design ($97 does not include my tip!) Honestly SO worth it. I don't think I have ever felt like what I paid for a manicure made sense... Until yesterday. HIGHLY recommend seeing trinity for your nail needs! I literally have no notes. Haha Make sure to call and make an appointment with her prior to going in!

I did not expect to leave a medspa feeling genuinely appreciated. Perhaps the last place I went to…read morehad bad energy or something of that nature, but I truly felt loved and seen today. I went in for a consultation where I got to share all my aesthetic insecurities. Despite the vulnerability, I felt empowered to make the right decision for me. Further, my decision was treated with respect which made me feel more confident about moving forward. I ended up getting masseter Botox for my TMJ. My injector made me feel comfortable and even provided me with anxiety relief tools. She was precise, patient, and provided wonderful patient care. Unfortunately, my injector is no longer at this business but I'd be willing to see others who are also qualified and experienced. I also appreciate the complementary 2 week follow up because it alleviates any concerns about possible complications.

Very similar review to the average of those here. It is about half and half. The studio is very…read morebeautiful, everyone is nice, but it is overpriced. I have only had Dysport, nothing else and recently went to an equally if not a better location for similar injectables at the Vancouver waterfront and it was a fraction of the price. You can also find Groupons (then cross check their Yelp reviews) for a fraction of that. I usually prefer to do lasers etc when I travel because it is MUCH LESS than of the price for the same treatments in the states, but I usually get Botox at home. Overall the vibes are weird, cons of treatments (other than dangerous) aren't really shared, or alternative options for the look you want are not shared (if not sold here) similar to other reviews. I originally tried Dysport in my massetur muscles in my jaw for tension. It helped of course but I did notice slight jowling after which I found out was correlated/caused from Botox in the jaw from tiktok vids. Needless to say, it isn't addressing the underlying problem and is just a bandaid. My last appointment here, I shared I wanted to look a little lifted and refreshed mostly under my eyes. I had done lasers and microneedling in the past which helped, but was short lived. Now -- more thanks to tiktok -- I probably need to fork over for sculptra or sofwave. This will NOT be fixed by injectables. My nurse told me she could do a little cheek filer and some other filler around my face. Mind you, I'm terrified of filler. Potentially I would want a facelift down the line which I have heard can complicate that process, but mostly I don't like the bloated look, it is often so obvious and then you become blind to it, keep getting it, and look crazy. Especially in the cheeks. I already have full lips so I don't need that. It was sold as if it would even out my face and give more balance, and I thought about it, did trust the nurse, who had great texture but who's own filler was still a tad overdone, making me a little wary. It's not like Botox where it wears off over months. You're getting it "dissolved" or whatever with little lumps lying around forever, so I wanted to take the time to think about it and ended up canceling. I could see others being very pressured and trying at the appointment even though I'm sure this is as overpriced as Botox and it gives you the vibes they're trying to hit a metric. They should give you options--even if they don't offer the treatment--for the result you are looking for.
