My appointment was with Jaimie and I got a Thai massage for my first appointment, it was amazing! I could tell she had a lot of experience and had a natural talent. I will definitely be back but my only problem was the price. I'm used to paying $50 for an hour and $75 for 90 minutes. At Castle they charged $90 for a one hour Thai massage so no way I can swing that price every other week. Other than that I highly recommend Castle Spa and Massage!

My daughter came out crying!!! We are latin by the way. My daughter suffers from high anxiety and is on the spectrum. just going to ask for an appointment was hard enough. Being treated in such a crapy manner was not ok. I was furious I did go on line and they had plenty of appointments available. So not sure what the issue was. This ladies don't need any more costumers. She was only asking to book an appointment by the way. I never leave bad reviews but this place needs to work on their customer service.

She seemed genuinely excited to meet me, kind and so knowledgeable. I was feeling pretty discouraged with my skin, but Anna let me know she would provide suggestions that would help (not in a 'sales' type of way). One product she highly recommended, she gave me an in-depth tutorial on how to use it, how it should feel, how my skin would react, etc. Throughout the facial she checked to see if I was having any tingling (reaction) before moving on to the next step. I left with generous samples and suggestions, with Anna saying she would note my file for next time I visit. My skin has never felt so nourished! It was a very good experience for me. I have back problems from working behind a computer all day, every day, for decades. It felt so good. And she even walked on my back! Which was Awesome. And she didn't just work on my back.. Also my legs, arms, hands, feet. April asked me a few times to let her know if she was being too strong/aggressive. For me she was not (just right), but just let her know if she is. I felt it was a great overall massage, and I plan on going back again. I'm hoping if I go on a regular basis (once every 2 weeks or so) that it will help keep my back pain under control. Think I'll opt for the 90 min. next time. Thanks again, April!

I had great experiences here but last time I went was the worst service I've had, ever. The…read moremasseuse was on her phone for at least 30 of our 90 minute appointment. She was out of the room for significant periods of time. I indicated to the masseuse working on my husband where is she, but it got worse. She talked on the phone while "massaging" me, seems like they were trying to squeeze people in. At one point on my back she rubbed the same spot on my leg for 7 minutes and I could see the blue light from her phone. I asked if she could put the phone away and they finished almost immediately and told us they didn't have time for cupping, which we had booked. A few minutes later as we were getting dressed they changed their minds and one of them rushed through cupping both of us. The masseuse avoided my lower back like the plague. When I tried to get off the table, the rest of my back muscles were loose but my lower back locked and clenched and my husband had to help me off the table. I was in tremendously more pain than when I had arrived. They charged us for the full 90 minute couples massage and 2 cuppings. Severely disappointing. I get the hustle but squeezing in as many appointments as possible will hurt the appointments they already have. They were our go-tos but after that experience we will not return.
