$20 for a real basic pedicure that took a quick half hour. The nail tech did not speak to me. Did a few passes on my feet using the foot filer, not removing any dead skin. Massaged each foot for maybe 2 minutes each. Sanitizing doesn't seem to be of importance here. I saw her clean the other foot bath next to me. She did a couple spritz of their chemical in an unlabeled bottle, grazed a couple spots in the tub with a filthy scrubber that she tossed back into a plastic drawer, still wet, and ran some water down the drain. They all speak great English and don't spend the entire time on their phones like other places. The nail artists are talented. I've come here about a dozen times in the span of three years. I've gotten manicures with polish, and gel, pedicures and acrylics with gel and polish. They are all so nice and patient. I used to be a loyal customer, BUT NAILUX IS LOSING THEIR AUTHENTICITY, AND THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! They asked if I could wait "a little bit" so I figured, 10-15 minutes, which I agreed to.... I timed the wait, and by the time I was about to leave, I had been waiting for 23 minutes with one nail artist literally sitting at his station, eating while staring at me. Also, one of the gals lied to me and said one of the other nail artists was "almost finished" with her client, when she had just started, so it was awkward for all of us. I am sorely disappointed. They used to take really good care of their clients, but they've grown egotistical and unprofessional. DRIVE DOWN MILL PLAIN TO FIND A BETTER NAIL SALON. First time I got my pedi here I loved it. Second time (different lady), she peeled off my gel polish with clippers and left white marks on my toenails. She also forgot to put the top coat on my left foot which I only noticed later in the day. I went to my original girl who doesn't work at this salon; and as she was doing my pedi, my nails were chipping off, which I am assuming is because of the way the gel was removed last time. read more

I've been twice & I'm not sure how they have such great reviews... First time pedi, my heels were the same as I walked in. They didn't scrub them at all. No leg massage which I thought was odd. And cuticles look bad leaving. Gave them another chance, the guy sang along to their loud playing 80s music the entire time doing my feet. He was nice yes but didn't do a good job on my toes. Cut the side of my big toe so short it hurts. Scrubbed my legs with a brush! Which I've never seen anyone do & my legs don't need scrubbing by any means! Lol Even worse the nail polish is smeared from him putting top coat on too soon. very disappointed! Won't be returning. I will say they are very nice, and the place is very clean!!! Absolutely rude! I had an appointment and I ended up still waiting. the lady doing my nails was rude. I told her I wanted my nails coffin shape.. she was about 6 nails into shaping them and I didn't like the shape she was doing. It was FAR from coffin.. I looked like I had circles on my nails.. I asked her to change the shape, she loudly said i can't do that. I said you "won't" then again she said I " can't" do that. All she had to do was take the glued on tips off and reshape them so I got up and left and went to 205 nails! They never do me wrong and always so great! Great nail salon, took my 8 year old daughter here today for a mani/pedi ahead of family photos this weekend. We got Andy as our nail tech, yay! He's done our nails several times before & he still remember us, even though we hadn't been in for over a year. They took me as a walk in which was awesome and they were so nice. But now that I'm home and I've had some time to look at my nails I've noticed how terribly UNEVEN they are. She hep filing them To make them even and just made it worse. Even my husband noticed and he never pays attention to my nails. I waited prob 20 minutes, so I'd suggest having an appointment because they had several people have to "come back later". My nails look great and they were friendly.
