Daisy is amazing! I'm so happy with the beautiful nail design. Also this place has the most relaxing atmosphere!

Great job with Olivia. Just stopped in without an appointment, they were very accommodating. Thank you read more

Spending $81 (not including tip) I am incredibly disappointed with both the quality of service and the customer service here. I received a professional builder gel manicure, and within just one week, the nails started lifting and peeling off cleanly in one solid piece. By week two, six full nails have completely popped off and the rest are lifting. Because they came off intact without damaging my natural nails, it is clear the nail plate was not properly dehydrated or prepped during the appointment. When I called to explain that the product failed to bond and ask how this could be resolved, I was met with zero flexibility. The receptionist put me on hold three separate times to check what could be done, only to repeatedly hide behind their strict 5-day policy. To make matters worse, after refusing to offer any assistance or a discounted fix, the receptionist just said goodbye--without even asking if I wanted to book an appointment to come in and get them properly fixed or safely removed. Having them fall off in days due to poor preparation is frustrating, but the complete lack of customer care and the receptionist coming back and saying they have a 5 day policy and have a nice day on the phone is why I will not be returning to this salon. read more

Horrible experience. I came in to get an acrylic fill and they ended up doing gel builder without asking and I left with an $80+ bill. I went back to the salon to ask them to fix it and they refused and treated me like I was dumb. Now I have to pay to have the set removed elsewhere and get a whole new acrylic set. I will not be going back. read more

Not a good experience. I made an appointment online, came in early, after waiting for 25 minutes I left. There were people coming in without an appointment and they took them to the back right away. I was just sitting and waiting and nobody paid attention. read more

This is the spot. I have been going to Shayla for about a year now and I have never been happier with my nails. The sheer amount of talent she has is unmatched. Pedicures here are great and as someone who has psoriasis I'm always made to feel comfortable. I can't recommend this place enough and I've tried many many salons in the area read more

I had a pedicure with Tam. She is fantastic. The salon is pretty with really nice people. They offer something to drink and lots of options and nail colors. The best part of the experience was Tam. Super nice and really detail-oriented. Ask for her! read more

The nail techs are very good. The receptionists seemed to be bothered by any request (water for client) from the nail tech. I did ask for pink polish I ended up with orange the nail tech insisted it was pink. It's definitely orange. I think the bottle was labeled incorrectly.. I really think the owner should pay attention to what the receptionist are doing. read more

Great place to get your nails done! Nice atmosphere and friendly techs. They did a great job - thank you!

Nina is amazing! From the moment I sat down she was so sweet and kind and instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. My nails were a complete mess when I arrived and I honestly didn't think they could look as good as they do now, but she worked her magic and completely transformed them. She paid so much attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect. Now my nails are absolutely beautiful. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. I'm so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back to see her again. Highly recommend Nina. read more

This is a great nail salon. I travel from Longview to get my nails done by Wendy and it is so worth it. She does a fantastic job with my builder gel nails. Highly recommend Wendy and this salon. Wendy has great attention to detail and I love the look of my nails every time. My nails never lift or break and they look natural. read more

After passing by so many times when shopping at Trader Joe's I finally decided to stop in and get my nails done. The staff was so friendly, the place is super clean, and they have a great selection. I did the basic manicure with regular polish and asked for almond shaping, and she did a great job. I also appreciated how she picked up on my more quiet nature and didn't force conversation yet still was very friendly. This will definitely be my go to spot and I look forward to trying out their pedicure optimist. read more

Tam and Vincent did a great job on my nails. I went in for a regular mani-pedi and due to some miscommunication I received gel polish instead of regular polish. I've never done gel before so I'm curious to see how long they last. They might have converted me....we shall see. read more

Came into get dip done they talked me into Gel-X nails explained when I come in next time they will remove the old nails and put on a new set. 4 weeks later I come in and the gal starts using a dremel on my nails. I said what are you doing she said filling your nails I said no I have Gel-X you need to soak them off and put a new set on. She says "Oh" ok proceeds to put on a new set and here are the pictures they are horrible. She left nail polish on my skin and they are filed crooked, and they are rigid, and my original nail underneath there is a gap between my real nail and the Gel-X nail. My thumb nail is crooked and I have dried up gel underneath my nails. read more

had an appointment for a gel fill mani. i was on time. I was seated and told i was next, after a nail specialist was finished with her client. she said she didn't have the time. it was a very detailed mani. i waited 25 minutes and then I asked about my appointment and was escorted back to my seat. the front desk person started my mani while asking the nail specialist I was seated next to how to start. many other people entered the store or got up to pay, each time she had to leave me to take care of them. They all got service by being seated and their service started. I was made to feel like an inconvenience. When I left I noticed my one thumb was not completed with a top coat. Long winded , but I will not go back. read more

Will not be returning. Got a dip manicure done here and they lasted less than a week - chipped within 3 days. Also got charged for "shaping" the nail and "take off" of the previous color (this could be normal for salons but the one I normally go to does not charge for this) it would have been nice if they mentioned that before. Plenty of other nail salons in the area that I will be going to. read more

The front desk was busy and not very informative but Daisy, who did my toes was great! From the time she helped me get my shoes off, my cane situated and into the chair, which was lower than I expected, to the neck warmer she placed around my neck I felt comfortably pampered! I just needed my toe nails trimmed, no polish, but loved the relaxing jets in the water, the massage on my feet and lower legs! Then when done she actually put my shoes and socks on for me! The neck warmer was so comfortable I forgot it was there and when I got up to go she politely helped take it off! I highly recommend this place! read more

Emma was my nail tech. She was very gently and the massage was amazing. She's very kind.

I usually go to a different salon, but my daughter took me here for my birthday. My dip nail manicure lasted less than a week. Got it done right before a vacation, so I couldn't go in to get them fixed. Within days, the finish was wearing off, leaving my nails dull. Dip started lifting, breaking off and almost disintegrating, my nails were chipped and looking terrible throughout my vacation. I've been getting dip nails for years & this has never happened. They almost never chip, last until they grow out and rarely have lifting until maybe after 3 weeks. I was on vacation doing a lot of nothing. I can't imagine how these would hold up under normal conditions, dishes, typing, etc. They must be using some kind of very cheap product for dip. Complete waste of money. I would never do a dip here again. Photos are at 2 weeks. You can see how the finish is yellowing & coming off, nails are trash. Now that I'm home, I'm getting them redone at my usual salon today. A different person did my pedicure, just regular polish & it was fantastic. I think his name was Houston. He is not the one who did my nails. read more

Great gel X manicure every time with Wendy! She is the best, I've been getting gel X from her for the last 6 months.

The nail tech was so rude to me. She kept jerking my hand and telling me to relax. I informed her I have arthritis and my joints cants straiten or relax 100%. At one point she fully stopped to stare at me then pushed my hand down to "relax" I was thoroughly annoyed, and then she cut my thumb cuticle, causing it to bleed for the rest of the appointment and just attempted to paint over the blood. Then after the final curing, she didn't file the edges or clean up any polish on my skin. I'm honestly tired of going out to treat myself to something nice and be treated like an inconvenience when I am a paying customer. I would leave her name but she never even gave it to me. Cheers. read more

Can't say enough about this place. All of the techs I have been to (just about everyone) have done an outstanding job and take the time to listen and understand what I want. I've done it all manis, pedis, acrylic, gel x, gel builder, gel polish, simple polish, designs...I have never left feeling unsatisfied. My daughter takes the drive from Hillsboro to get het nails done because she loves it as well. Just make sure you book in advance and don't get frustrated if you have to wait sometimes, people come in and change their mind on what the want or add services, they will accommodate with an available tech if that does happen. read more

Update review. Went back with a picture of what I wanted. Didn't turn out like I wanted. I kept asking her to fix it and she insisted it was fine. I was surprised that a fill and nail art would end up costing $110! The owner did reach out and sent me a $20 refund because we weren't happy with the nails for that price. Just be aware that anything extra will definitely cost you. A fill is around $50 so the nail art was more than a fill. They do nice work but next time we will stick with a simple nail color like the pictures below read more

We made an appointment for 10:30 on the day of prom about 3 weeks ago. We knew the salon would be busy and didn't want to risk walking in. We arrive at 10:30 and they act like we don't have an appointment. We sat for 15 minutes before the lady tells us it will be 2 pm before we can get our service because multiple techs called out. Meanwhile they are accepting others who came in after us presumably with appointments after ours and not making them wait. The lady then puts the owner on the phone and I explained the issues and he put the lady back on the phone. She then agrees to see only my daughter in 15 minutes, I will have to wait. We will never be back. read more

Made an appointment for a mani & pedi at 11:45, sat and waited for over an hour before my services started. When scheduling my appointment I didn't select a specific technician as this was my first visit. While waiting, I even had to ask how much longer before my nails would be started. I'm not sure who performed my services. Once the services began, I felt as though it was being rushed. While my nails look good, overall it was a frustrating experience as I did make an appointment. As I am unable to respond directly to the business owner, I am editing my review to respond to his comments. I am unsure why you're not seeing me in the system but I attached an image of my scheduled appointment. It seems as though the business owner is making it seem as I am not being truthful about my experience, which I find disappointing. I have text messages between myself and my husband about the length of time I spent waiting for my services to begin, as he ended up having to pick up our son due to the lengthy delay I experienced. read more
