I got a free orange juice (they do serve mimosas and other alcoholic/ non- alcoholic drinks as well. One drink for free of your choosing) I did get a pedicure as well. I did take off a star only because the nails were cut shorter than I personally like. But I also could've let him know prior to the consultation to keep them on the longer side. Overall, Hanson gave incredible attention to detail on both my pedicure and manicure and I highly recommend him! I will absolutely be returning.

We ended up just getting regular gel nail polish. The front desk girls have great customer service. But some of the other workers there are very intimidating and just stare at you. Every customer should be greeted and welcomed in, after all we did pick your establishment to spend our money. Overall, the experience was good. They have so many nail color options and styles, you will find something you love. We will be back to try them out again!

It was a very small cut, so I didn't make a big deal out of it and let him continue. A few minutes later, while filing another nail, it burned so badly that my eyes watered. I even said, "Ouch! Maybe my nails are just sensitive today." Despite that experience, the customer service that day was kind, so I left thinking maybe it was just an off day. When my friend suggested we come back this past Saturday, I was hesitant but decided to give the salon another chance. I spent $150 on my nails because my daughter's birthday party is next Saturday, and I wanted to get them done early so I wouldn't have to worry about them during the busy week. We left for Seattle after my appointment and returned Monday. By Sunday--less than 24 hours later--my nails had already started chipping. I went back to the salon to have them look at the issue. Instead of acknowledging that something might have gone wrong, the first thing I was told was that "this gel doesn't last long." I asked, "Less than 24 hours?" I was then asked if I had been cooking a lot for my daughter's party. I explained that the party wasn't for another six days, so that wasn't the cause. During the conversation, the customer service representative rolled her eyes at me, which made the experience even more disappointing. My issue isn't the money. It's the lack of customer service and accountability. Sometimes products fail or mistakes happen--that's understandable. What matters is how a business responds. I ended up going to my regular nail salon, and the difference was night and day. As soon as I walked in, they asked, "Oh no, did we do this?" When I explained what had happened, they fixed my nails with care, kindness, and without making me feel like I had done something wrong. I believe good customer service is about listening to your customers and standing behind your work. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here, and because of that, my friend my daughter and I, won't be returning. My friends nail was also damaged and her finger nicked at this appointment but I will let her write her own review. UPDATE: THanks for the response again this confirms that they are blaming the client and lying. No apology about how I was treated. Your response speaks volumes. If you did stand to your 7 day policy I would have been treated differently from the start and this review would never have happened. Not the clients fault that you use cheap material.

Good experience. Nice staff, all very friendly, interacted with the customers well. Knew almost everyone that walked in the door, remembering locals, which is cute to see. My gal did a thorough job on my toes. They were having a special for a 'delux pedicure' (including all the basics plus exfoliating scrub, hot stone massage, and foot wax for $25). I tipped a little, so it was $30 in the end. Not bad! Massage chairs worked well and I was able to sit in the drying lights for as long as I liked (pending someone was not waiting I suppose). Felt relaxed and enjoyed my get-a-way from mama in toddler-land... pretty toes and soft feet as a result! read more

I recently went into Lavish Nails Salon and got a French tip manicure and pedicure with my nails being gel. There was a good amount of people there and I think they are normally busy so I would recommend making an appointment. It has been almost a week and my nails are still in perfect condition. The ladies there were very kind and almost all of them spoke English which can be helpful when you need some interpreting. The lady doing my nails was really sweet and did a great job with each of the services included in the deluxe. I have been to many nails salons and this one is one of my favorites. Everytime I get my nails done I go to Lavish. Never disappointed. Today the last Saturday before thanksgiving there was a misunderstanding on my part and they were completely booked :( I went to go find another salon near by and Lavish called me and got me in with a cancellation, Bre did my nails and was amazing. I got a classic ombré nail, Bre was friendly, quick but not rushed. Lavish is always clean with professional techs. Lots of laughing and happy chatting about the upcoming holiday season. I loved this place! I was in town for the weekend and was looking for a place to get a shellac mani and a spa pedi. This place had great reviews so I decided to give it a try. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. It was very busy because it was the Saturday before Valentine's Day but I didn't feel like they rushed my service. Jennifer was amazing and so sweet! My pedi and shellac mani turned out great. I was in and out in less than 1.5 hrs. I would highly recommend this place! read more

First I'm a dude and I go here to get pedicures cause my feet are wrecked from work and honestly being overweight. Price is great and the service is spot on. Trish is my girl. She is so great at making me feel like a member of the family. Outspoken, personal and funny. Now as far as the petty goes...... Trish has to work her ass off on my feet, poor girl. But after working on my nasty she is still gets the job done. I don't feel as though they are short changing me on time at all. Love this place. read more

I made an appointment for my girlfriend and I and we couldn't be happier with our experience! Despite arriving close to closing time, the staff graciously accommodated us and didn't rush through our services. The manager also offered us complimentary mimosa. The hand massage was top tier, leaving us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The attention to detail during our manicures was exceptional. I've been having Cindie do my nails since 2004. Amazing is how I would describe her and the rest of the folks here. It is laid back and super affordable. I routinely get compliments on my nails. I've done everything from acrylic to gel to regular manicures. Quality is impeccable. If you are not satisfied, come back and they're more than happy to fix it. However my updates specifically are focused on gel nails and nail art along with their policy and service. I got my mani with nail art on Dec. 20th. Just a few days after, my finger nail chipped horizontally. Two days later it broke off taking most of the nail and art with it. A few days after that, so around only 10 days after getting them, my middle finger paint and nail art lifted from the front, chipping off. On the same left hand. Two nails next to each other could be coincidence but to me indicates something wasn't properly applied. I called today (2 weeks after getting them done) and they said within a week they will fix for free and anything after that is on me. With the holidays I will agree ideally I would have called sooner but I was out of town so no way they could have fixed the two nails anyway. The front desk girl didn't seem to care much about thinking through the actual situation instead of just repeating someone told her while I was on hold. Bummer. In all my years of getting nails done I haven't had issues so quickly after a service and especially with any nail art up charges. But more importantly the way they responded to my call today confirms I will take my business and tons of my friends that I bring with me, elsewhere.
