I went in on a whim to pamper myself for my baby shower tomorrow. They switched nail techs on me 3-4 times. I don't know why. The older woman has horrible hygiene and was coughing all over me and her hands were disgusting. I corrected each tech asking them to file down, reshape, fix things as they went.... And still left with this hot garbage. I got in my car and just wept. How is this acceptable? How is this professional? I went back and got a refund. Will never go here again. read more

I went there today and I was there for almost 3 hours just sitting there and nobody was doing my nails 85% of the time. My nails are bulky, the wrong shape, cut un evenly, and the paint is very uneven, same as the acrylic. The acrylic and the polish are all over my fingers as well. One of the employees were very rude and were not gentle with my nails and it hurt really badly. I was putting my hand in the UV light and my nail accidentally touched the towel and the lady yelled at me and made me uncomfortable. The vibe there is really uncomfortable and unwelcoming. There were only two people there and they were switching from one person to the other to do my nails. They did not choose the color I asked for, they were working way too fast and didn't take their time but they took their sweet time with everyone else that were doing before and during when I was supposed to be getting my nails done. I was very upset with my nails. They either need more employees and learn to do nails and schedule people, or they need to shut down. I have gone through other reviews of this place, they are either bots or they are really bad nails/reviews. read more

Dropped in in the evening no appointment, for a pedi. The ladies were really friendly, I got right in - no wait. The place is a bit run down, it's an older building & they said they've been there 12 years. It is a bigger place with a lot of stations & cute little chairs for kids pedis, - there wasn't a lot of staff this day. Pretty quiet. They have plenty of tips on display for those who get acrylics, & they had a decent polish collection. IMO & from my experience I felt things went in an odd order as far as the pedi. But, it got done satisfactorily. My polish looks good & I'm thinking I'll give them a try for my shellac nails. read more

This nail place is a little hidden gem near fourth plain. The ladies were sweet and kind to me, the gal who did my nails is named Ilene, and she is super sweet and super good at acrylics. I have a 4 out of 5 stars because they did a super good job! And gave me exactly what I asked for except I feel like she could have paid a little more attention to the tiny details, the acrylic powder and the gel polish got stuck in the sides of my nails and glued my skin and nail together, so I had to go home and file that away for about 45 minutes but other then that she was great! Would definitely recommend this place for acrylics. read more

I have been coming here for several years to get pedicures. The staff is friendly and welcoming... especially Sonny who is a gem of a human and pedicurist! The shop is clean and well-lit. Waste of money. The lady who was doing my nails had no bedside manner what so ever and tore apart the skin around my nails, actually made me bleed on three nails. They don't have you wash your hands before the polish and along with the thinned out polish they already have, I was left with rough bumpy nails. They also weren't even what so ever and I had polish around my cuticles. Worst experience, and painful. read more

Very nice people but inexperienced, just got my nails done around 7:30 PM it's now 12:30 AM and one nail is already gone wasn't doing anything ridiculous just doing my hair! Overall I had high hopes with seeing the other reviews but I would not go here to get a full set however I did get my pedicure done and they did an awesome job could have probably shaved some actual dead skin off my feet but I cannot complain about how my toenails turned out.. Horrible experience I called in to ask for a dip set and when I came there, the lady that hasn't showered in years was doing my nails. She cut me quite a few times taking off the set I currently had. Then asked what I would like, I said a Dip set. She proceeds to tell me oh, I don't know how to do that like excuse me I just spoke to you on the phone and you said that you can do it. Went here because of all the great reviews but will never come here again. Took my mom in (she had a stroke a couple weeks ago and really wanted a pedi) they charged her for a new file etc even though she brought in a set of tools. Somehow didn't leave with any files. ‍ They seemed the kind of salon that push all these extra little things on you. My gel was slopped on. And their method for removal is least amount of effort on their part and max amount of damage for your nails. my nails look so bad with bubbles and gaps on the side. I never leave yelp reviews but this was a terrible waste of money. read more

I came in for a spa pedicure and was greeted with a wait in some extremely hot water to then pay extra and the hot stone/callus remover them be only done partially. I had asked for my toes not to be cut but just evened and she still cut them which also happened to the girl next to me. I then had to wait 15/20 minutes for them to switch people when I had made the appointment earlier that morning and the polish application was absolutely horrible that I had to asked for each one of them to be cleaned up . $35 for uneven, splotchy toes and still rough feet after nearly an hour and a half in the chair. i was clearly upset and kept speaking up but they did not care in the slightest. save your money and go somewhere else . photo below is AFTER I sat there myself scraping off extra polish after she has gone back in and " cleaned up" a second time. read more

I went with a friend because it had good reviews and was open on Sunday, and I was very impressed. We didn't have appointments, but they had us seated for our pedicures in no time! (As it got busy I heard them say they had a longer wait times, but you can also make appointments.) They had us soak our feet for a few minutes while they finished with a couple other clients, but who doesn't like warm water on your feet while enjoying a back massage from the chair? They did a wonderful job with our pedicures, including a wonderful foot massage, even with the basic spa pedicure. The complimentary soda or water was also nice. We also had basic manicures, and they did a wonderful job of following any requests. The price is definitely a good deal considering the high quality of service! I went in and there was no costumers and all the ladies were really nice and welcoming, I wanted to get a specific color and they didn't have it so I went with my back up plan and told the lady I wanted that, she kept trying to find me the color I originally wanted but I told her multiple times it's fine I want to just stick with my back up plan. As she's doing my nails she keeps filing on my skin and it was really painful, when she started to paint my nails she got it all over the side of my fingers, I left with bumps all over some of my nails, she took over an hour just for a fill which shouldn't take that long, but my biggest issue is that when I called in she said a fill will be $20 and then charged me $35 and when I told her to only add a $3 dollar tip she rounded my total up to $40. read more

Lack of hygiene and any bedside manner. I took a chance and went here for a pedicure, and now my toe is infected. I noticed a lack of cleanliness when I arrived but I stayed against my judgement. The woman giving me a pedicure wore gloves, but she reached down and touched her own bare toes with her gloves on and then resumed to clip mine. The towel didn't look clean and she was dropping things on the floor and continued using them. Now my toe is painful and inflamed. I don't give poor reviews lightly, but this is a is a public service announcement for others. read more

The nail salon that I had been going to made some changes while closed for Covid so I went here hoping that this could be my new nail place. The pedicure was ok- not great ...... the water was way to hot. And the lady doing the pedicure was not very friendly. I had a fill done on my nails. I had ask for nail art, I was handed a package of stickers, when I stated that I would pass that I didn't want a sticker the nail lady waved me off and said me do for you.....she then filed and filled my nails then plopped polish on ( no she didn't have me wash my hands) (no she didn't use a base coat) then she proclaimed to put stickers on my ring finger nails....THEY DIDN'T EVEN MATCH...... one of the stickers was too large for my nail..... I snagged it in my purse while looking for my car keys. She also managed to miss putting top coat on half of my nails.I ask about top coat 3 times and was ignored. when I got home and washed my hands I noticed that the gel polish was still tacky.......after all of this she ask for a tip! I received lash extensions from this place today. I specifically asked the woman to confirm that the extensions will correctly be applied to each individual lash, she acknowledged that this is the correct way to do it and how she would be doing it. The process took an hour, which is about half the time it should have taken. I immediately had pain in my left eye. It felt as if there were something in my eye. I told the woman that something was bothering my eye. I also told her that I did not like the lashes. They looked TERRIBLE! I had nice lashes to begin with, I was just looking to enhance them. Unfortunately, the end result could not be worse. I asked the woman repeatedly to remove the lashes. She refused to remove them unless I paid. Among many of her ridiculous comments, she said, "how do you know they are bad? You've never had them before..." I told the woman I would have them removed by another salon, since she refused, and then I left. I soon realized the pain was being caused by large amounts of my lashes being pinched together by large clumps of glue. They had NOT been applied to individual lashes. I went to another salon for the removal. The glue was on my waterline and my eyes were so irritated that the salon could not use remover. The lashes had to be pulled, along with my natural lash. I now have a quarter of the lashes I came into the salon with. Only the painful lashes were removed. In the few lashes I have left, I can feel every clump of glue that is still on my eyelids. I will be reporting this business to the state, Better Business Bureau, cosmetology board and filing a claim. This business has no right to practice this service so neglectfully on people's faces. In the meantime, I will be purchasing false lashes to hide my devastation and a serum to help the growth. Along with a trip to the doctor and a lawyer. read more

Price is good. Nails are nice. My mom loves it here as well. I get the gel nails, but she just gets the manicure and they massage it and spend time with her for about an hour just for a nail polish manicure. They have drink service (bottle water and what-nots) at no charge. They are nice. The fact that they open on Sunday makes it even more convenient. We had an appointment, but they take walk ins. It was quite busy for a normal Sunday afternoon which must also say something. They also don't try to upsell anything. We wanted solar which is more expensive but they recommended gel, something most normal business personnel won't ever do. We also got a pedicure which was nice as well. Just got an awesome shelac manicure as seen in pictures and was impressed how long it lasted. I got em done when my nails were cut as short as it could be. I didn't plan it that way, but I just cut my nails and then my friend called me saying we should go get our nails done. Of course I recommended this place. We both got the shelac french tip and it costed $30 each. I was a little bummed at how much it costed because you can pretty much get the basic mani and pedi ($33) for that price at this same salon! or even fake acrylic nails for only $20 here so I wasn't too impressed with that price UNTIL I saw how long they lasted and it was so worth it. Keep in mind I'm not gentle with my nails either. Normal manicures for me hardly last a week IF I'm lucky (usually 3 days tops with me being extra careful). They did a great job on the tip and when it grew out it pretty much followed the tip of my real nails! It was perfect and the fact that it was french tip made it look decent when it grew out, you can't really even see the fact that it grew out. So yea you pay a little extra for the french tip, but it is so worth it for the time it lasted. I was able to have it for at least 6 weeks before my natural tips started to show. Disclaimer: not all nails are the same, but I have a feeling my nails are pretty much average. Anyways as far as keeping your natural nails healthy I recommend the shelac. Otherwise they a variety of awesome design to choose if you prefer the fun fake tips (which I love as well). They have a great selection to choose from. read more

Wasn't greatly impressed with this place. My daughter made an appointment for several mani/pedis for her bridal party and myself. When we walked in, everyone seemed surprised by the amount of people in our party. The pedicure that I got was not like any other I've had; my feet still felt rough, and I did not feel relaxed like usual. I got a simple manicure (no nails, just polish) but the polish was so thick that even after sitting under the lights for an extremely long time, if they got bumped, it made marks. One of the girls had a nail break the next day. Also, didn't feel like we could communicate very well with them. Wasn't horrible, but probably won't go back. read more

Before all this an old women told us to wait when we got there (even tho only one was busy) we went outside to wait, she thought we were gonna leave and she came out to tell us that she will do our nails right away. I was bamboozled by the reviews for this place. One star is being gracious for the service that I received. I walked in for a pedicure and was helped right away, other than that, everything worse took forever. I decided on the spa pedicure with gel polish and was charged $50 which is the most that I've ever paid for a pedicure. I wouldn't have a problem if the service level was superb, but it was less than mediocre. The lady who was helping me massaged my calves and legs 90% of the time and my feet 10%. She got up seven times during my pedicure. Once to try and catch a customer who walked out due to them helping a lady who came in after her. Twice to speak with a lady who was getting powder dip and four times because she didn't have all her tools with her. She was cutting my nails with a cuticle trimmer. When I made a noise as she roughly pulled a cuticle from my toe she made mention that it was an "ingrown toe nail," and that she's "fix it for me." I've never had an ingrown and my toe did not hurt prior to going in nor did she go back to "fix it," which shows that she was just rough and lacked experience. The final step was when they put my feet in paraffin wax. Any other place I've been to places one foot per plastic bag and the hot was is already in the bag. Not this place. They place both of your feet in the bag then pour the hot wax over your feet. Just odd. I'll never revisit this nail place again. read more

I was done in less than a half hour, and she did a great job! 4 stars because I didn't really like her pressure and insisting I get shellac. probably the WORST manicure i've ever had. walked in for a new set and they already had to call someone in to help that apparently didn't have any of their own stuff. place seems unsanitary, watched them use same tools on multiple different people without sanitizing any of it in between. and then they kept moving me from chair to chair to chair and switching between people. they did not seem like they knew what they were doing and took literally forever. we were there for 2 hours total. but then we get to the ACTUAL manicure. it's horrendous. my WORST manicure ever. it looks awful. they are too short, extremely thick, not all the same length, and crooked. the dollar store version of what i asked for. i asked them multiple times if the design would be too intricate and asked if they wanted me to do something else, she just kept telling me to trust her. wish i hadn't. connected is the nails i wanted versus what i actually received. they were nice enough people but i would NOT recommend this place to literally ANYONE. i want to rip these nails off, and that's not an exaggeration. 60 dollars just wasted because i need to go get them redone now. read more
