Easily the worst nail experience I've ever had, and as a 30 year old woman who's had handfuls of nail appts that says something. I went in with my best friend for my birthday, we asked for two manicures, acrylic sets. It wasn't busy so we were seated right away which was great! Doesn't always happen when you do a walk in. The woman who took care of us were so incredibly rude. They did such a sloppy job. I asked for short square nails (I have two kids and that's the most manageable) All of my nails are thick, different length, and uneven. I didn't get the opportunity to look at my nails until she started to add polish to which I commented on the shapes and asked for a few nails to be corrected and straightened out. They were definitely talking shit intensely after that and the rest of the polish job was sloppy and quick. We never received hand massages, any added attention to cuticles that you usually receive. Literally horrible. Worst experience at a nail salon ever. Do not go. read more

This is a very...difficult...place to review. I visited 8/14/19 around 4pm. I was instantly greeted and asked what services I wanted - shellac mani and normal pedi. I was brought to a pedicure chair. I told them I had to use the restroom. I came back, water still was not in the bowl. The gentlemen that helped me (younger one) turned the water on with my feet in the tub. Cold water for a good 10 seconds. He worked on my feet and it was decent. He polished my nails - I requested OPI Mimosas for Mr. & Mrs. and it took 4 coats. 4. He was putting on the flip flop and his elbow indented my right big toe. He immediately removed it and repainted it. 2 coats. He took me to the table for my shellac mani. I choose my color (the same I pick at any other shop). He grabbed the gel. Correct me if I'm wrong, but gel and shellac are different. Anyway, here comes the downfall. He held up my finger and asked if he can cut. I said no. He asked if he can file, I said yes a little. He asked about the shape, I said keep as is. He started working on my nails, filing away. He was done and got up to get the color and I looked at my nails. It was basically filed down to my nails beds. The shape went from my natural squoval shape to square (only the tip was in a "u" shape - the center was filed down more than the sides if that makes sense). It was also SIGNIFICANTLY shorter. Mind you, I did not ask him to cut it down or change the length. I wanted to cry in that chair. Nails grow back, sure, but when you're paying for a service you did not ask for, it's frustrating. The gentleman that helped me was super nice and cautious. He was attentive and patient and even sat back when he saw someone calling me to let me answer (I did not). I tipped him because of the pedicure, but the manicure I couldn't get over. I will be attaching pictures to show the difference in thumbs that he shaped, how short and difference in shape from when I first got there, and the piece of lint that's under the top coat. My mom recommended and loves this place. I, however, will never come back. read more

I had a full set of French manicures filled 6 weeks ago. I was charged $35. I went there today and had a mani/pedi. I loved the nails and toes. I asked for a basic pedi, no massage (I've had a recent accident, where the massage would be painful.) When I went to pay, they charged me $45 for my toes, there wasn't polish on them, so just painting on gel color! and $55 for my fill! I feel that they charge anything they want, because how do you go about not paying after the work has been done? I will never go there again! read more

They told a good time to come in because they were in a middle of a rush. Which I appreciated because when I walked in I didn't have to wait. I got seated immediately. But dude. This place is dope. Everyone who works here was super friendly. I was one of the last ones there and we were laughing and having fun. I felt comfortable. They did a wonderful job. I'm super impressed. I feel like a rockstar. I forgot to ask for names but y'all know who you are! They're also really good about telling you when things cost extra which I was really happy about. I read the reviews and thought I would be happy coming here. However, I was so wrong. I specifically told the lady that I have issues with ingrown toenails and she seemed to understand what I was saying. I told her not to cut my toe nails too short. Did she listen? No. I left there with toenails super short and my toes hurt so bad. They are red and swollen and extremely painful. I have to wear sandals all the time now and soak them every night in order to keep them from getting worse. I surely won't be coming back or recommending to anyone read more

I always get dip mani and this time the shape and application was so poor it chipped and peeled off within 4 days. But what is most upsetting is how aggressive the massage was; I had bruising on my forearms for days after and was sore. Just so everyone knows they do not sterilize tools in between clients and they are so rude to people who don't pay in cash (i learned quickly to bring cash) and more than once when I asked for change they said no they are keeping it as a good tip. Kelly does such a good job with my nails every time. She's the only person I trust doing my nails. I've had really bad experiences elsewhere and she always seems to amaze me with her work. I'm pretty bad at picking colors and and I usually go basic but Kelly always comes up with different ideas. This is the worst nail salon for acrylic nails I have ever been to. I have gotten my nails done at other places locally, as well as other states across the country, and I have never had my nails crack and break down the middle. The technician was nice, but they were incredibly rude to me about paying, and when I inquired about a discount I had seen, they just refused to give it to me. It's been a week since I have gotten my acrylics filled here, but they were filed down so thin that they are cracking across and through my nails. I'm not someone who is delicate with my hands, but I am especially careful when I have my acrylics. The price might look nice, but go down the street and pay 5 dollars more for acrylics you won't have to rip off and have completely redone within a week. Update: The reply the owners made was about services I didn't request. None if my nails were already broken at the time, and I was not asking about a discount from my phone. This is still not a reputable business and the way they reply to people who try to look out for others in the community shows how they don't care for their customers or care about the quality of the job they do. read more
