This was supposed to be a relaxing experience but turned out to disrupt my next few days. Unbelievable $80 for this is absolutely insane. Got a pedicure here and the lady cut the side of my toenail down all the way to the cuticle. I can't walk on my foot because my big toe hurts so bad. I screamed when she did it and couldn't believe how much of my toe nail she cut off. When I got home, examined all my toes and she cut all of my toe nails at an angle and ruined the shape of my nail? I have no idea why. She did not paint my full toe nail. She painted about 70% of my nail and didn't paint any of the sides, got tons of polish all over my skin. Had to take today off because my toe hurts so had. I'm praying it's not infected. It's going to take forever for my nail to grow back and probably be an ingrown. Not to mention the entire time this lady was trying to up sale me on getting a more expensive pedicure and I kept refusing. It was exhausting. I am beyond pissed at how much my toe hurts. I can't believe it. Do not come here if you value walking. My friend came here and had the exact same experience. Except both of her toes are in serious pain. Go to lavish nails instead.

Beware of adding any nail art or issues with your nails!…read more For a regular manicure or pedicure this is a decent place. However my updates specifically are focused on gel nails and nail art along with their policy and service. I got my mani with nail art on Dec. 20th. Just a few days after, my finger nail chipped horizontally. Two days later it broke off taking most of the nail and art with it. A few days after that, so around only 10 days after getting them, my middle finger paint and nail art lifted from the front, chipping off. On the same left hand. Two nails next to each other could be coincidence but to me indicates something wasn't properly applied. I called today (2 weeks after getting them done) and they said within a week they will fix for free and anything after that is on me. With the holidays I will agree ideally I would have called sooner but I was out of town so no way they could have fixed the two nails anyway. The front desk girl didn't seem to care much about thinking through the actual situation instead of just repeating someone told her while I was on hold. Bummer. In all my years of getting nails done I haven't had issues so quickly after a service and especially with any nail art up charges. But more importantly the way they responded to my call today confirms I will take my business and tons of my friends that I bring with me, elsewhere.

As soon as I came in, I was greeted warmly and asked what I wanted done (silly me forgot to book an appointment). I told them and they gave me an ETA of about 30 minutes, which was fine with me. Luckily I came on a slower day because Helena, the owner, told me that they're usually booked all the time. She took me to a room in the back and laid me down under a blanket, where I was met face-to-face with this contraption that blew steam in my face to help me sweat and open up my pores a bit. The rest was literally a blue because my eyes were closed and Helena worked her magic from there. The best part was probably that sticky mask that people wear where it makes your face frozen for a bit. Taking that off felt so damn satisfying... I felt like a new man! Waxing my eyebrows was a little scary for me, but Helena made it extremely quick and easy for me to be comfortable with. She laughed at how much of a little chicken I was and complimented me for even getting these done in the first place. I've been going here for years and haven't had any problems. My nails always turn out great and I never feel rushed no matter how busy they are. There is a newish younger guy working there and he spent close to an hour perfecting he shape of my acrylics and polish. It was awesome! They always last a long time when he does them. Only suggestion, during pedicures, which I rarely get, could be a little longer. There is probably a 1 minute leg massage and scalding hot towels. My toes always turn out beautiful but I'd love to be pampered a little longer. read more

Disappointing spa. Me and my best friend showed up without an appointment. We did not have to wait long so that was nice. Ordered the deluxe pedicure for each of us. I got the delux but my friend just got the basic. When I went to pay I said she did not get the hot rocks or towel, and the person who did her peticure said she did the delux. We both were like no, she did not. They argued with us so we just paid and left. We will not go back. read more

She is quick too! I am often in and out in 45 minutes. During this time of the "Coronacrud", the salon is taking all precautions to make your visit a safe one. I know many women are forgoing physical upkeep since they are not socializing as much as they used to, but getting pedicures/manicures could be just the thing you need to lift your spirits during this challenging time in life. I walked into this empty nail salon, which should have been my first red flag, but I figured, hey, maybe it's just a slow day. Nope--it was a slow business because this place is a nightmare. First, I was sat in a broken chair that wobbled like it was about to collapse. No menu, no options--just straight to faking the funk of work. The pedicure itself lasted less than 9 minutes (yes, I timed it), and for $60, I expected at least some level of care. IInstead, the technician hacked away at my nails so aggressively that I started bleeding profusely--like, actual blood dripping down my foot. My toenails have been bleeding over a week........And do you think the nail tech acknowledged it? Nope. No apology, no effort to stop the bleeding, just a complete ice out before moving on to the next tragedy. I was in pain, bleeding, and stuck with a nail color I hated. When I politely mentioned I was bleeding and didn't like the color, I was completely ignored. Like I wasn't even there. No fix, no concern--just blank stares. When I mentioned the broken chair, no help. I was sincerely the only customer. It was disgusting. As if this horror show wasn't enough, they rushed me out like I was some kind of inconvenience, assuming I didn't have the money to pay for my service ....mmmMind you, there were still no other customers in the building, so what was the rush?? Maybe they knew they did a terrible job and didn't want to deal with the aftermath. Tbh I'm not sure but I was deeply repulsed regardless. Long story short: this place is an absolute joke. Do yourself (and your toes) a favor and go literally anywhere else. I'm grateful they let me know that my business isn't wanted here. Never again bro.
