They were so detailed and really cleaned up my cuticles and were so attentive throughout with temperature and the calf massage. I think the stylist and I might have had a miscommunication because I asked for her to put more layers in my hair and clean up my bangs. She asked if she could cut off a little bit of length because of my split ends, and I said that was fine. But when I walked out she'd cut off a good four inches, and the layers were barely there. The ends of my hair are really boxy, blunt, and heavy now, but I'm afraid to go anywhere to fix it because I don't want to lose even more length. I hate to leave a negative review because this was a really nice place and the stylist was really kind but I'm so sad about my hair. I look like Lord Farquaad.
