Owned and operated by a wonderful Vietnamese family who are considerate, caring, honest, kind, and very skillful at giving pedicures, manicures, hair care, facials- all at very affordable prices. I have been going there for several years and am always impressed with the manner in which they treat all their customers- especially good with older people like me. The lady that called them crooks is terribly mistaken. Try losing a gift certificate for any business and then call them on the phone to see if they will honor the missing item. If this lady had simply brought her Aunt into the shop and told them what happened, I am certain they would have accommodated her. They are honest people just trying to make a living by providing outstanding service- especially to older clients. They are gentle, respectful, and kind. She called them "Malaysian" and said they spoke rudely to her. Did not happen. She needs to go into their shop and explain what happened- not talk to them on the phone as they do not always understand our language. read more

Called at 450 and asked if they had a haircut opening soon. They covered the phone and spoke to someone else in an Asian language and then came back to say "530?". I said "Sure!" and she replied that she would see me soon. Arrived at 520, went in and they immediately greeted me with "Hello! How may we help you?". I told them I had called for a haircut a little bit ago and they sat me right down in a chair. The woman who cut my hair was very sweet, asked a lot of questions about how I wear it and how long I tend to spend fixing it up each day (I dont... lol... shower, dry, and go!). The trim was perfect, and she was pleasant. I was a little worried at first since instead of dampening my hair with a spray bottle prior to cutting she actually combed it out and used a flat iron to straighten it instead. Different, but it worked the same. All the gals in here were very nice, and pleasant to chat with. The shop was clean, including the bathroom, and well decorated in a nice but comfortable atmosphere. I think I am going to try them next week for a manicure, too. read more

I absolutely love this little nail/hair salon they did an awesome job. I got pink and glitter shellac with a gift certificate from my work they are gentle and may my nails look so fresh. I recommend this place to anyone. I'll be coming back for sure don't let one persons bad experience prevent you from trying this place. I chipped a nail and my shellac peeled off so I called and let the owner know it was my fault and how much it was to fix she told me come on in and I'll fix it for you. To my surprise she didn't charge me anything I think it was because I got the nails done days prior but still I've been to places that charged me to fix even if it was the next day. I've been going here to get my hair cut for 4 years. Becky does a great job and does EXACTLY what you ask... the price is great. As far as I know, you don't get a wash and blow dry with the service - she's always straightened my hair and then cut it dry. It works for me! read more

UNPROFESSIONAL! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! & POOR SCHEDULING!!! I made TWO appointments first for refill & they didn't log it. I drove there just to be turned away. Shame on you. The second appointment I called a week in advance to get a perm & refill. I requested 7pm but was asked to come in at 630 instead so I agreed. The same day my sister wanted to join me so she called to see if she can get a haircut around the same time as me. She gave my name & time AND THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR ME!!!!! Second time!!! Shame on me! They didnt even offer to remedy the situation either. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO BACK!!! read more

This is a great place to go when I went there to get a haircut for my bangs it was very clean and straighten the lady that helped me was very nice and she continued to talk to me and keep me company then she continued to help other customers which was a bit odd but it was OK because I still got a good thing out of it my hair looked absolutely gorgeous she said that it might change color but since I got it died that day so yeah but it turned out pretty nice read more

These gals are wonderful. It's family owned and they they take such pride in their work. I take my grandmother with dementia here for pedicures because they always remember us and are so kind and patient with her. We are never rushed and it really does feel like our own little spot. read more

My daughter and I recently went to this salon to have manicures. The gal that did my nails was wonderful, however, the women that gave my daughter her manicure was very unprofessional! She was on her cell phone conducting business with her bank the ENTIRE TIME. I called and spoke to the owner, who had apparently already heard about it. She was very apologetic and understanding, and thanked me for calling. She said she had spoken to her employee about it. I appreciated her response and will definitely go back to see the manicurist who did my nails. read more

Went for a shellac pedicure right after I ran a 1/2 marathon and the ladies were AWESOME! Great leg and foot massage and so patient with me as I had never had shellac before. One of the most relaxed comfortable pedicure experiences EVER! Super nice to chat with and my pedicure is still going strong TWO WEEKS later, after many miles of running, playing soccer and a cruise with lots of sand and salt water. The only reason I am getting another one in the next week is because I am going to a wedding and want a different color. Also going to get a shellac manicure. Cannot wait!
