She seemed genuinely excited to meet me, kind and so knowledgeable. I was feeling pretty discouraged with my skin, but Anna let me know she would provide suggestions that would help (not in a 'sales' type of way). One product she highly recommended, she gave me an in-depth tutorial on how to use it, how it should feel, how my skin would react, etc. Throughout the facial she checked to see if I was having any tingling (reaction) before moving on to the next step. I left with generous samples and suggestions, with Anna saying she would note my file for next time I visit. My skin has never felt so nourished! It was an amazing facial and I can't wait to return to see Anna. Oh, and the neck & scalp rub were amazing!!

I had one appointment with Rose. I get to my appointment, and she comes from the back, saying…read more"didn't you get my calls and texts?!" Keep in mind, I had never met this woman. She says she's running behind, and I look at my phone. I got no calls OR texts, and my booking account is very current. I ask for the wait time. She says 30 minutes. She made me wait 70. After my haircut I got bombarded with calls and texts. (I needed to give her a selfie, is the necklace in the shop mine, etc..) When I finish with a haircut that's what I'm there for - only a haircut. That's it. I blocked her # and now I've had other women from the shop show up on my FB account. I'm not coming back to Allure, I got gaslit by someone I don't even know.

My daughter came out crying!!! We are latin by the way. My daughter suffers from high anxiety and is on the spectrum. just going to ask for an appointment was hard enough. Being treated in such a crapy manner was not ok. I was furious I did go on line and they had plenty of appointments available. So not sure what the issue was. This ladies don't need any more costumers. She was only asking to book an appointment by the way. I never leave bad reviews but this place needs to work on their customer service.

I have been going there for several years and am always impressed with the manner in which they treat all their customers- especially good with older people like me. The lady that called them crooks is terribly mistaken. Try losing a gift certificate for any business and then call them on the phone to see if they will honor the missing item. If this lady had simply brought her Aunt into the shop and told them what happened, I am certain they would have accommodated her. They are honest people just trying to make a living by providing outstanding service- especially to older clients. They are gentle, respectful, and kind. She called them "Malaysian" and said they spoke rudely to her. Did not happen. She needs to go into their shop and explain what happened- not talk to them on the phone as they do not always understand our language.

My first manicure was so uneven it looked like each nail was done by a different intern on their first day, and I was honestly terrified to take off my socks and see what they'd done to my toes. At the time, the skin around my nails somehow looked worse than when I went in--like a magic trick nobody asked for. Enter Helena, the manager, who could have shrugged me off after my last review but instead genuinely encouraged me to come back and give them another chance. I'm so glad I did! This time around, the service was fantastic, the technician took their time, and the final result, my manicure and pedicure look salon‑worthy instead of cautionary‑tale‑worthy. Consider this redemption arc complete: I'll absolutely be returning and I'd happily recommend Fancy Nails to friends who want comfortable chairs, good vibes, and nails that don't look like they were done in a dark alley.
