I love the ladies here, they're very sweet and take good care of the customers. The only downfall is they're skill. Usually when I get a pedicure, they cut and paint, and do a great job along with a nice massage. Today I went to get my nails done, which I had grown out for a while, and asked for an ombre nail, almond shaped, natural nail. The nail tech, who was very kind, said she could do it. She did the ombré well, but made my nails much shorter than I wanted, and were unevenly shaped. Plus some paint on the sides of my nails. I would recommend going here for pedicures. Great massage chairs wonderful staff I have had many different people give me wonderful nails on my hands on my feet over many visits I have brought several friends here and family and have enjoyed each trip. Tiffany is the manager here and she is always pleasant and kind quick to take reservations for anyone and work her schedule to fit your schedule. The salon uses liners but in a fashion that is not hygienic. There is a huge language problem. I've been given the wrong color AND the nail tech cut my toe trying to cut cuticles that should not be cut in the first place. After I told her NOT to cut. The nail techs are poorly trained (e.g., cutting cuticle, filing after gel is cured, cutting sides of toenails, leaving rough edges on sides of gel, "massage" is the simple application of lotion, etc.). The manager is a flat-out bully who tries to extort cash payments in lieu of credit/debit cards. read more

They listen to my requests and do their best to accommodate, and even give color suggestions that are close to what I'd want. My nails always comes out nicely polished, shiny, and long lasting. I asked for French tips and they never asked me for the shape I wanted. Nail filing was uneven and when I asked to make the white polish thinner, the lady kept muttering in Vietnamese that I was being difficult. I'm not difficult, I just know how I want things. She was using a larger brush to clean up the lines when I saw thinner smaller brushes that she could've used. The streaks were uneven and the lines were not clean. After stating multiple times that I was difficult, I finally spoke in Vietnamese apologizing that I was difficult. She was stunned and quickly used the excuse that the brush was too large for my hand. If I could give zero stars I would. I was recommended to go to Tiffany by a friend. I asked for A new set of thin acrylics but she suggested thicker because they will break, and trust me they were thick. Next day one breaks, fine, they fixed it no questions ask and free of charge. But then the next day another one breaks. I call asking why this Is happening, note I get my nails done every two weeks by a different nail salon and have never had this happen, for 5 minutes she goes on telling me that it's my fault I want them thin and also that she knows my nails and my nails are bad. I asked her maybe the glue she used was bad but no of course my nails were the problem. After the phone conversation I am not even going back to get the other one fixed. I went to Tiffany this whole place is extremely unhygenic you could tell she had been just dipping her acrylic in the same powder for every client it didn't look like anything had been getting cleaned she took nail clippers out of the drawer and proceeded to clip my cuticles and then put the cap back on them and stuck them back in the drawer after that she put the tips on laid her acrylic and I noticed one was crooked she told me that it was my fault for not telling her before she laid the acrylic, she also cut me with the drill & said that was my fault because I was too stiff! Found this place driving by since it's right by my house and I can go on my lunch hour. I went a few months ago (and again recently) for a pedicure and it was great (see pedi picture.) Yesterday I decided to get a manicure. I haven't had one since 2019 and felt it was time. I just want color. No art, no "bling", none of that. My appointment was 11:30 and I get there and get seated and one gentleman takes the polish off and then I sit there. No explanation of what's happening. So around 11:45/11:50, I realize the lady next to me is almost done with her client and she's going to work on my nails. She comes over to the station I was sitting and begins to work. Scraping the nail (shoving hard back into the cuticle which caused me to flinch a few times) and then starting with the cuticle trimmer. Let me say I've been getting my nails done for about 30 years (and also do them myself) but this was THE most painful ever. It wasn't like she was trimming, but more yanking the cuticle out. I kept flinching and even said ow, but she continued. The worst part is she cut me and didn't even say anything. Just moved along, dabbed some antiseptic on the cut and continued. I got up to wash my hands and tried myself to stop the bleeding, but nope. (And it's still bleeding this morning.) When I got back to the station, I realized she moved to another one, so I get up and move. I contemplated getting up and saying no thanks, but I assumed it would get better. Nope. Then she cleaned under my nails WITH the pointed end of the trimmer and that was equally painful. Polish job is ok. There are bubbles so I'm sure it will peel/chip soon. She also made my right pinky rounded and pointed and didn't match to my left pinky (which I fixed later.) My total was only $31, but I would've paid more for a little gentler technician. Unfortunately now I won't be going back for any services. I would've given one star but the salon is itself actually really clean. read more

Did not get a hand massage as I typically get with manicures. The glitter lasted minutes, the gel was goopy and could be scrapped right off. I went back the next day (today) to see if I could get a refund. Lynn told me the owner would contact me. Asked for the owners name and she did not know. Asked when the owner would be in and she did not know. I am patiently waiting for a call back, so we will see. I just feel like the service was not up to par. The first time I came here, I thought everything was done great. Except after a few days later- my husband who had got his hands & feet done ended up with a fungal infection. He has never had one & then he goes to a nail salon and all of a sudden gets one? coincidence I think not. However, the pricing was extremely fair so I decided to go back for a second time. This experience was not so great. I was being treated great until I told the nail lady that I just wanted a gel polish change instead of all the extra stuff. You could tell that she was mad and she threw my feet down and did them as fast as she could. I was then transferred to the owner who did my gel nails. She did them so quickly that she was actually hurting me and my nails were filed all uneven. You could tell she didn't even care. We will definitely be coming back, very clean & new products per guest, they check on your needs & still give you the time to relax your eyes on their good massage chairs as well. Thi, my tech, was really nice and did a good job on my acrylics. The acrylics also lasted a long time with no chips or scuffs, and when I came in to get them filled they gave me an additional discount (in addition to the grand opening discount). Very nice salon! I noticed one person commented that the techs are preoccupied and don't converse much, but I don't think it's necessarily that they're unfriendly as much as it's just a lack of knowledge of English. read more
