this is a 68 $ pedicure job worst pedicure i've ever had and the most expensive plus they added there own tip for 80 i've never been so embarrassed in my life i took my youngest daughter in we have not had pedicures since before covid and we are ready to start going back for our monthly pedicures and fill every two weeks i told the lady a few times the amount of money i had to spend and i swear they decided to spend it all plus some our afternoon of pampering ourselves and enjoying our time together turned into a uncomfortable conversation where i was told how terrible my feet were and i needed everything done to them my poor daughter is so shy and i didn't even want to pay my feet look terrible now she definitely didn't do anything worth 68 n a 20 tip for each services all together charging us 264 with a 80 tip wtf i'm very unhappy with the whole experience
So happy my friend and I chose this place to go! Wonderful technicians that knew exactly what they were doing. I've been to several nail salons and this place topped them.
Being honest-I don't do pedicure or manicure, it's just not who I am. My wife offered it to me for a special husband's Day :). I don't know what it is. This place is wonderful and amazing. Let me tell you this place is amazing isn't all about the quality products they have like massage chairs, comfortable seats. The other salons could buy the same nicely items. However, what makes this place is different from other salons are their employees, nail techs there. They are so friendly, kind, respectful, nice and skillful. When they say hi and hello to all guests, I feel that they wanted to say hi. it's not they are told to say hi to all guests. We are attune animals, social animals-we could feel the social awkwardness. I would thanks to their manager/boss who is pretty good and growing minded leader/boss-who understands the keys of business growth is to put their employees's needs and growth first. That is why their employees are so happy, friendly and respectful to all their customers. It actually the right way to run a business to outlast the competitors that you don't even need to compete with all of them in anything external things. Happy Employees happy customers Happy shareholder and profitable business. Anyway, the product is pretty good quality and the service is fantastic. I could see that they've been helping and learning constantly from each other to only want to accomplish one goal is to make customers happy, is to meet and exceed customers' expectation. That is fantastic for their mind and heart. If you guys only want to get your nails and other services done without caring about how well their employees have been trying and caring to overcome for the happiness and satisfaction of the customers-you guys should not care for all I have said. However, if you guys believe in what they believe and want to help them grow, you guys should come here.
I ended up calling a little later than I wanted to on a Sunday but they were still able to get me in and help a girl out. My tech was Tiffany and she did such a good job referencing a photo of a design. She was very kind throughout the process and treated my nails better than some of the places I've gone to before. Definitely coming back!
The nails are done fast, and not very neat. They don't fill in nail polish to the cuticles. You will need to come back to get them refilled, but you'll end up going there much faster then you plan to. They did fix my nails, and didn't charge me anything and they look much neater. But the cuticles are still empty, and no nail polish on them. I will not be coming back
I love coming here. Alone, as a mamas outing or together with my daughter! They always make me feel welcome, they make you feel wanted and always take me in for appointments! Amazing job EVERY SINGLE TIME! It's why I haven't stopped coming here ever since I first came. Pedicure / manicures/ acrylic or shellac all amazing! They take such good care of there place and their customers! I love how clean it is here, how friendly they are and that the nails always are perfection!
I've been going to this salon for 2 years now and my experience with this place keeps getting better. I've had the salon manager, Katie, Mai worked with me, and they are all experienced and thorough. They listen to my requests and do their best to accommodate, and even give color suggestions that are close to what I'd want. My nails always comes out nicely polished, shiny, and long lasting. I get shellac manicures so I cannot speak for dip or acrylics. I suggest making appointments or call the salon prior to a walk-in to avoid waiting.
I asked for French tips and they never asked me for the shape I wanted. Nail filing was uneven and when I asked to make the white polish thinner, the lady kept muttering in Vietnamese that I was being difficult. I'm not difficult, I just know how I want things. She was using a larger brush to clean up the lines when I saw thinner smaller brushes that she could've used. The streaks were uneven and the lines were not clean. After stating multiple times that I was difficult, I finally spoke in Vietnamese apologizing that I was difficult. She was stunned and quickly used the excuse that the brush was too large for my hand. Overall, not a great experience and I will go to other places that have done my French tips correctly without issue.
So excited I found this place! Called and made an appointment for 3 friends and I to get pedicures. We were a little late but they were still very accommodating. They were all so nice, very welcoming and hospitable! They served us complimentary wine as we got our deluxe pedicures. Came with paraffin wax and hot stones, very amazing! We will definitely be back again!
If I could give zero stars I would. I was recommended to go to Tiffany by a friend. I asked for A new set of thin acrylics but she suggested thicker because they will break, and trust me they were thick. Next day one breaks, fine, they fixed it no questions ask and free of charge. But then the next day another one breaks. I call asking why this Is happening, note I get my nails done every two weeks by a different nail salon and have never had this happen, for 5 minutes she goes on telling me that it's my fault I want them thin and also that she knows my nails and my nails are bad. I asked her maybe the glue she used was bad but no of course my nails were the problem. After the phone conversation I am not even going back to get the other one fixed. Also the nails are uneven and crooked I had to file them myself when I got home UPDATE: 4 days later and a third nail is now Breaking off like the other two.
This place is fantastic! Got three spa pedicures done. The massage was perfect and they paid close attention to all the things each individual liked or was concerned about. I had a really bad ingrown toenail and they took care of it and I was so relieved instantly. These ladies are super sweet and friendly. I highly recommend them!
Such a gem! Came across this place looking for a pedicure before 10am (hard to find) and near-ish to PDX and was not disappointed. The owner, Tiffany, is so sweet and did a fabulous job. I'm very picky and my toes are perfectly painted; feet are baby soft. Can't wait to come back!
The works ! Two years eyebrows, hands and feet all done here. Great massage chairs wonderful staff I have had many different people give me wonderful nails on my hands on my feet over many visits I have brought several friends here and family and have enjoyed each trip. Tiffany is the manager here and she is always pleasant and kind quick to take reservations for anyone and work her schedule to fit your schedule. Many people come in and she make sure that everyone gets to be seen. They have an excellent staff and I have not had a bad set yet !! my nails have never lifted or come off . I have never had any trouble and they have always had an incredible selection of colors like it seems like they have more colors than any other salon I've ever seen . they are always up on the new stuff and they seem to take a lot of pride in their shop. read more

I asked for French tips and they never asked me for the shape I wanted. Nail filing was uneven and when I asked to make the white polish thinner, the lady kept muttering in Vietnamese that I was being difficult. I'm not difficult, I just know how I want things. This place is fantastic! Got three spa pedicures done. The massage was perfect and they paid close attention to all the things each individual liked or was concerned about. overall the nails look wonky I would not recommend this place at all. I went to Tiffany this whole place is extremely unhygenic you could tell she had been just dipping her acrylic in the same powder for every client it didn't look like anything had been getting cleaned she took nail clippers out of the drawer and proceeded to clip my cuticles and then put the cap back on them and stuck them back in the drawer after that she put the tips on laid her acrylic and I noticed one was crooked she told me that it was my fault for not telling her before she laid the acrylic, she also cut me with the drill & said that was my fault because I was too stiff! She proceeded to take phone calls in the entire time she did my nails and at one point she left the acrylic bead sitting there and then tried to just form it but it looked weird and I had to have her redo it she got an attitude about having to redo one nail because she was in an obvious rush to get to the next job, she had her regular In that was waiting for her nails to be done as well. 65$ waisted read more

Went here for the first time and I was welcomed kindly and energetically. I enjoyed the atmosphere it was extremely welcoming. The staff were amazing, and I could tell they wanted to make me feel pampered. I will not be going anywhere else in the future. I have found my forever nail salon!! read more

Found this place driving by since it's right by my house and I can go on my lunch hour. I went a few months ago (and again recently) for a pedicure and it was great (see pedi picture.) Yesterday I decided to get a manicure. I haven't had one since 2019 and felt it was time. I just want color. No art, no "bling", none of that. My appointment was 11:30 and I get there and get seated and one gentleman takes the polish off and then I sit there. No explanation of what's happening. So around 11:45/11:50, I realize the lady next to me is almost done with her client and she's going to work on my nails. She comes over to the station I was sitting and begins to work. Scraping the nail (shoving hard back into the cuticle which caused me to flinch a few times) and then starting with the cuticle trimmer. Let me say I've been getting my nails done for about 30 years (and also do them myself) but this was THE most painful ever. It wasn't like she was trimming, but more yanking the cuticle out. I kept flinching and even said ow, but she continued. The worst part is she cut me and didn't even say anything. Just moved along, dabbed some antiseptic on the cut and continued. I got up to wash my hands and tried myself to stop the bleeding, but nope. (And it's still bleeding this morning.) When I got back to the station, I realized she moved to another one, so I get up and move. I contemplated getting up and saying no thanks, but I assumed it would get better. Nope. Then she cleaned under my nails WITH the pointed end of the trimmer and that was equally painful. Polish job is ok. There are bubbles so I'm sure it will peel/chip soon. She also made my right pinky rounded and pointed and didn't match to my left pinky (which I fixed later.) My total was only $31, but I would've paid more for a little gentler technician. Unfortunately now I won't be going back for any services. I would've given one star but the salon is itself actually really clean. read more

Glitter came right off as soon as I stepped in the car. I don't think it was dry all the way. I paid for a manicure, techs were clearly in a hurry to leave and I felt rushed. Did not get a hand massage as I typically get with manicures. The glitter lasted minutes, the gel was goopy and could be scrapped right off. I went back the next day (today) to see if I could get a refund. Lynn told me the owner would contact me. Asked for the owners name and she did not know. Asked when the owner would be in and she did not know. I am patiently waiting for a call back, so we will see. I just feel like the service was not up to par. I would rather get a refund and go somewhere else. UPDATE: I never got a call back. read more

Absolutely amazing! The staff all went out of their way to ensure that I was happy. The man who did my nails got the shape perfect in record time! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy after I had come in upset from a poor experience from a nearby salon. They fixed the other salons mistake and so much more. The price is also VERY reasonable for the area! I will definitely be back!!!! read more
