Stopped in with my mom for a couple of manicures in a random Sunday. The salon staff was sweet, accommodating and super great. We worked with Lewis and he was super awesome! He does an amazing job!!! Best manicure I've had in awhile. We will be back. read more

I was recommended to this Nail Salon by a good friend, actually. I would say book an appointment before going in so you don't have to wait very long. Ask for IVY! She's been the only one to touch my pretty little nails. I would show her a reference photo and she definitely makes it happen! She may suggest ideas but definitely listens to your heart's desires. The service also comes with a free drink! I personally love their Vietnamese Coffee. What's not to like about free delicious coffee while getting pampered?? read more

Decided to give this place a try, obviously was a mistake. The polish is very sloppy and you can see and not much effort was given to it. I will not be coming back, should've kept my old polish These look horribleeee read more

I went here to get a full set of gel nails. I got them done and immediately hated them but had plans so I couldn't stay and get them fixed. I came back the very next day to get them fixed. When I told the nail tech, he tried to just put more paint in the gap. I told him he needed to repaint the whole nail because it wouldn't match. He questioned me then started talking to his coworkers in a different language. Then I asked him if he could cut my cuticles that he was shoving down with his nail so he could file my nails and he said "we don't do that now" then trimmed my cuticles after my nails were completely done. The man didn't speak a word to me the whole time he did my nails. Obviously annoyed that I wasn't satisfied with this ridiculous attempt at a mani. He never put lotion on my hands either time and charged $50 read more

The man, Pat.. literally the rudest person I've ever had do my nails. Wouldn't even do what I asked for, and I hate the way my nails turned out & talked shit about me to the others working there. Customer satisfaction, right? Well this place throws a fit when you ask for any type of change or even when asked to SHORTEN MY NAILS, when it was a fill. I don't get out by myself much anymore, due to kids and work/school, so I was hoping to relax and get a good fill with the colors I wanted. And even this turned to shit! I'm really upset that I had to pay $35 for such a shitty person to do my nails! And I don't even feel bad that I didn't tip him. I will never go there again. read more

This salon was recommended to me by a friend and my gel mani was so well done and lasted 3.5 weeks! Eventually my nails were just too long I had to get it taken off. When I got the polish taken off there was still no lifting around the edges, which is a great sign of a good gel mani. They were also super nice and the salon was really clean. Will be back! read more

I've been coming here for a fat minute cause it's close to my house. They are really sweet, and they have this bomb ass iced coffee which I highly recommend!!!!! I mean my nails looks cute when I walk out soooo I obviously love this place read more

This establishment was sold some months ago. The previous operators would spend an hour and a half on a deluxe pedicure. During the last appointment, under a new establishment, there was no one but me that came in. The pedicurist was a very young girl/woman--i don't want to describe her to where she could be singled out by her employers but it was not at all professional. She was very nice but looked incredibly sad. She said she was FLOWN IN from out of state. The pedicure lasted 30 minutes. After she was done, she left to the back. An Asian man said he would take payment. Saying I'd like to give a tip to the pedicurist, he insisted he would take it. No other customer or employees came in during or after my appointment. This place does not seem or feel like a legit business. They need to be investigated. read more

I went here on a recommendation from a coworker and didn't know what to expect. I was so pleasantly surprised with the service here. They were all so nice and offered us free Vietnamese iced coffee which I didn't have because I already had gotten coffee on my way but next time I will definitely remember they offer that! I wanted my nails done with French tips but wanted them ombré (I had gone to another place on a prior occasion asking for the same thing and they had no idea what to do) here they knew exactly what I wanted and did a fantastic job! The person I saw was Joseph and he did a fantastic job I highly recommend this place and will be going back!!! read more

I walked in at 4pm on a Wednesday. No one was in the salon except 2 employees. I asked for a simple gel manicure and they told me they didn't have time for me since I didn't have an appointment. Mind you, the salon was completely empty. I'm confused because I sat in the parking lot doing some work calls for the next 30 minutes and didn't see a single person walk in. read more

My sister went to this place to get her nails done and came out in tears for how pissed off she was! She specifically asked for ombré light pink nails to make them look like French tips. She got something completely different. she asked the nail technician if she knew what she was doing and both the supervisor and nail technician laughed and said yes. What she got was definitely not an ombré French tip! Never going back! read more

I got my nails done from this place really liked how they turned out but did not like the man who did my nails he is rude and rough. He squeezed my fingers very tight and kept telling me to relax my hands when he was squeezing my fingers so hard!! When I was leaving he made a very rude comment I won't be going back there. I also feel like he really dislikes Hispanics it's not the first time I see him act rude and he never offered me a drink, probably because I Hispanic although he did to everyone else. Will not put lotion on your hands at the end of a service but everyone else will. This man should just sit in the front desk because he has an awful attitude horrible customer service. read more

The atmosphere in this salon is very relaxed, friendly, clean and up to date. They offer a wide variety of services. Unfortunately, all of these things are useless if you can't deliver on your product. I found the salon on yelp yesterday and stopped in with my daughter. I requested a solar set and pedi for myself, mani pedi for my 4 year old daughter. If you are looking for a place to pamper your child, this is it! They have child pedicure chairs with little DVD players. Perfect for any little princess. They took amazing care of my daughter, she loved it! I would give 5 stars for the service my daughter received. My experience was less impressive. I got the solar full set and my fingers are in PAIN. The service was so rough and painful! It has been almost 24 hours and they still hurt. The nail technician noticeably hurt me and nicked my skin several times. What's worse is that my nails are not functional. They are so thick (or maybe just filed off incorrectly) that I can't itch my skin or peel a sticker. They are basically useless. The design that was painted on my fingers are so bad that the tech didn't charge me for them. Instead of correcting them, she simply told me "that's the best I can do." $75 for a service that only provided me with pain, less functional hands and a 4 year old pedicure. Needless to say, I won't be returning. I'll be paying MORE MONEY today to get my nails corrected. Ouch! read more

Love this place. My natural nails do not grow... If I want pretty nails it has to be solar. I like them thin, and natural looking though. None of that super thick, super fake looking nonsense. A few of the girls here have listened to my preferences and did exactly what I asked. They speak English here, even to each other! Awesome! Clean, bright, cheerful, and quality. read more

Been coming here for 2years. I always love my nails after getting them done here. But they tend to rush sometimes if it's getting busy and if you bring someone you usually aren't sitting next to them. Overall the service is great and as I work in construction, almost never do I have a problem with nails coming off. read more

I read through many Yelp reviews when I was looking for a good nail salon in the Vancouver area, and this salon was one of the highest rated in the area. I took a couple hours away from my family to go out on my own and get my nails done. The tech was kind, answered my questions and got to work. I asked for ombré white tips. First of all, he didn't adjust my cuticles- didn't even touch them. I asked him about 3 times why he's doing what he's doing and his answer remained the same: "because this is ombré it must be done this way." Second of all, he put sparkles on my nails! I showed him THREE photos of what I want. I showed him the color on their display board. I did. not. want. sparkles! Sparkles I could live with, whatever. But I am most disappointed in the fact that he didn't even bother to push down the cuticles. Three days later and it looks like It's been 3 weeks since I got my nails done. They've grown out, or so it looks, drastically! I paid $50 and need to get them filled within the next week, which would cost me another $25. This is not okay. read more

I've gotten my nails done here for years and I'm always thrilled with the work and service. I've done shellac gel, dip powder and solar on my natural nails. I've been going to this place for a while now and it used to be great until recently. The new male worker is absolutely terrible at his job. He messed up my nails, they were way too think and nail polish was crooked. It took 3 people to finish my manicure which still turned out horrible and I was embarrassed to have others see it. The place did not offer any discounts and made me pay $57 for that terrible experience. They lost a client and I will be making sure non of my friends go there. read more

I came in here today as a recommendation from a friend. I decided that it's been a few years since I've splurged on my nails, so I chose French tip solar. The woman who did my nails was very gentle and precise when it came to making sure my nails were perfect. The atmosphere was very relaxing! They serve you drinks while you're getting pampered too! I'll come back! Updated: 03/16/16 I went in here today with a girlfriend, and the friendly service is still there, but the quality of pedicure I got was disappointing. I've found my routine place to get my nails done, and this is my second best. I decided to make appointments on a whim. For the price $25, you get a light exfoliating massage, and hot stone massage also, and ends with hot towels. At the place I go, queen Nails, right off of 76th st, for $25 you get a wonderfully long massage and paraffin wax as the final touch and also for $5 you can get the callus remover. TOTALLY WORTH IT. I'm disappointed how rough my feet are still, after spending. $30 on a pedi. I think I'll wait to make an appointment next time read more

Helen really took the time to make my nails look perfect, although she did not trim my cuticles or do the dip powder all the way up to them, so I will have to get them filled even sooner now. Other than that they look great. She asked what shape and length I wanted and actually listened unlike some other places. The color was a bit darker than the one I picked out, I think their sample colors are a bit off, but I still ended up liking it. read more

I had the best experience ever here! I brought my two nieces (8 and 10) here for a birthday spa day. They not only had special pedicure chairs for the kids but they gave them juice pouches and let them pick their own dvd to watch in the mini did played attached to the chair! The girls had a smile on their face from ear to ear from how nice the workers treated them! I got a mani pedi from Karen and she was amazing! She shaped my toe nails, pushed my cuticles back and cut all the hang nails. She was very gentle about all of it! With my acrylic nails she went above and beyond! They are perfect not too thick and no rough edges! These are the first set I have had that I did not have to file when I got home or just take them off. I will continue to bring everyone I know here for spa days and I will go to Karen as long as she is working! I would give a lot more then 5 stars if I could! read more

Ivy's Nails & Spa is the BEST! I have been going to Ivy's for about 1 year, I have never been happier with a salon. It is Clean, Bright, Comfortable and Relaxing, (no strong chemical smells) and they have adorable "Butterfly" pedicure chairs for the kids. They offer you a choice of beverage before they start, and speak English (not an issue for me, but I know it is for some). The service is exceptional, I have always been very happy with how Ivy has done my nails. They are always perfect, not too thick and no rough edges. I prefer the gel polish, but sometimes I can't quite afford it - I get no pressure to select a service beyond my budget. From what I have seen during my visits, their staff is exceptional. "Tony" (Ivy's husband) usually does my pedicures and does a great job. I would highly recommend this salon. read more
