I went here to get a full set of gel nails. I got them done and immediately hated them but had plans so I couldn't stay and get them fixed. I came back the very next day to get them fixed. When I told the nail tech, he tried to just put more paint in the gap. I told him he needed to repaint the whole nail because it wouldn't match. He questioned me then started talking to his coworkers in a different language. Then I asked him if he could cut my cuticles that he was shoving down with his nail so he could file my nails and he said "we don't do that now" then trimmed my cuticles after my nails were completely done. The man didn't speak a word to me the whole time he did my nails. Obviously annoyed that I wasn't satisfied with this ridiculous attempt at a mani. He never put lotion on my hands either time and charged $50 read more

The man, Pat.. literally the rudest person I've ever had do my nails. Wouldn't even do what I asked for, and I hate the way my nails turned out & talked shit about me to the others working there. Customer satisfaction, right? Well this place throws a fit when you ask for any type of change or even when asked to SHORTEN MY NAILS, when it was a fill. This salon was recommended to me by a friend and my gel mani was so well done and lasted 3.5 weeks! Eventually my nails were just too long I had to get it taken off. When I got the polish taken off there was still no lifting around the edges, which is a great sign of a good gel mani. They were also super nice and the salon was really clean. This establishment was sold some months ago. The previous operators would spend an hour and a half on a deluxe pedicure. During the last appointment, under a new establishment, there was no one but me that came in. The pedicurist was a very young girl/woman--i don't want to describe her to where she could be singled out by her employers but it was not at all professional. She was very nice but looked incredibly sad. She said she was FLOWN IN from out of state. The pedicure lasted 30 minutes. After she was done, she left to the back. An Asian man said he would take payment. Saying I'd like to give a tip to the pedicurist, he insisted he would take it. No other customer or employees came in during or after my appointment. This place does not seem or feel like a legit business. They need to be investigated. read more

They were all so nice and offered us free Vietnamese iced coffee which I didn't have because I already had gotten coffee on my way but next time I will definitely remember they offer that! But they tend to rush sometimes if it's getting busy and if you bring someone you usually aren't sitting next to them. I read through many Yelp reviews when I was looking for a good nail salon in the Vancouver area, and this salon was one of the highest rated in the area. I took a couple hours away from my family to go out on my own and get my nails done. The tech was kind, answered my questions and got to work. I asked for ombré white tips. First of all, he didn't adjust my cuticles- didn't even touch them. I asked him about 3 times why he's doing what he's doing and his answer remained the same: "because this is ombré it must be done this way." Second of all, he put sparkles on my nails! I showed him THREE photos of what I want. I showed him the color on their display board. I did. not. want. sparkles! Sparkles I could live with, whatever. But I am most disappointed in the fact that he didn't even bother to push down the cuticles. Three days later and it looks like It's been 3 weeks since I got my nails done. They've grown out, or so it looks, drastically! I paid $50 and need to get them filled within the next week, which would cost me another $25. This is not okay. read more

The atmosphere in this salon is very relaxed, friendly, clean and up to date. They offer a wide variety of services. Unfortunately, all of these things are useless if you can't deliver on your product. I found the salon on yelp yesterday and stopped in with my daughter. I requested a solar set and pedi for myself, mani pedi for my 4 year old daughter. If you are looking for a place to pamper your child, this is it! They have child pedicure chairs with little DVD players. Perfect for any little princess. They took amazing care of my daughter, she loved it! I would give 5 stars for the service my daughter received. My experience was less impressive. I got the solar full set and my fingers are in PAIN. The service was so rough and painful! It has been almost 24 hours and they still hurt. The nail technician noticeably hurt me and nicked my skin several times. What's worse is that my nails are not functional. They are so thick (or maybe just filed off incorrectly) that I can't itch my skin or peel a sticker. They are basically useless. The design that was painted on my fingers are so bad that the tech didn't charge me for them. Instead of correcting them, she simply told me "that's the best I can do." $75 for a service that only provided me with pain, less functional hands and a 4 year old pedicure. Needless to say, I won't be returning. I'll be paying MORE MONEY today to get my nails corrected. Ouch! read more

I've been going to this place for a while now and it used to be great until recently. The new male worker is absolutely terrible at his job. He messed up my nails, they were way too think and nail polish was crooked. It took 3 people to finish my manicure which still turned out horrible and I was embarrassed to have others see it. The woman who did my nails was very gentle and precise when it came to making sure my nails were perfect. The atmosphere was very relaxing! They serve you drinks while you're getting pampered too! I'll come back! Updated: 03/16/16 I went in here today with a girlfriend, and the friendly service is still there, but the quality of pedicure I got was disappointing. I've found my routine place to get my nails done, and this is my second best. I decided to make appointments on a whim. For the price $25, you get a light exfoliating massage, and hot stone massage also, and ends with hot towels. At the place I go, queen Nails, right off of 76th st, for $25 you get a wonderfully long massage and paraffin wax as the final touch and also for $5 you can get the callus remover. TOTALLY WORTH IT. I'm disappointed how rough my feet are still, after spending. $30 on a pedi. I think I'll wait to make an appointment next time read more

I had the best experience ever here! I brought my two nieces (8 and 10) here for a birthday spa day. They not only had special pedicure chairs for the kids but they gave them juice pouches and let them pick their own dvd to watch in the mini did played attached to the chair! The girls had a smile on their face from ear to ear from how nice the workers treated them! I got a mani pedi from Karen and she was amazing! She shaped my toe nails, pushed my cuticles back and cut all the hang nails. She was very gentle about all of it! With my acrylic nails she went above and beyond! They are perfect not too thick and no rough edges! These are the first set I have had that I did not have to file when I got home or just take them off.
