Decided to try getting a facial and my eyebrows done and I gotta say, it was definitely an experience I won't forget. As soon as I came in, I was greeted warmly and asked what I wanted done (silly me forgot to book an appointment). I told them and they gave me an ETA of about 30 minutes, which was fine with me. One thing I noticed and appreciated is that they have gummy bears for you to snack on! I love gummy bears!! After only 20-25 minutes they were ready for me. Luckily I came on a slower day because Helena, the owner, told me that they're usually booked all the time. She took me to a room in the back and laid me down under a blanket, where I was met face-to-face with this contraption that blew steam in my face to help me sweat and open up my pores a bit. The rest was literally a blue because my eyes were closed and Helena worked her magic from there. The best part was probably that sticky mask that people wear where it makes your face frozen for a bit. Taking that off felt so damn satisfying... I felt like a new man! Waxing my eyebrows was a little scary for me, but Helena made it extremely quick and easy for me to be comfortable with. She laughed at how much of a little chicken I was and complimented me for even getting these done in the first place. But thanks to her, my whole team of female colleagues noticed my eyebrows first thing coming back to the office!! Thanks Helena! read more

I do not think the nail tech who did my nails spoke English because she barely said anything and when I said anything she never responded or would look at another mail tech who responded for her. My nails were not soaked in water beforehand to soften my cuticles and she immediately started dremeling my nails including my cuticles which hurt. I asked for the dip powder. It was my first time doing the dip so I'm not sure what the normal technique is but she dipped three times which created a super thick polish. It looked like I had acrylic nails. No hand massage in the end either. Not much care for the nails. I definitely would not come here or at least not get my nails done by her again. Going to a wedding out of states this weekend and asked for a baby pink. They gave me a book with nail options to choose from I chose the light pink I wanted and they painted my nails purple. And one of the nails looks like I got aids on it. Not even speaking of the glue residue she left on my fingers after making me dip half my hand into some chemicals to remove the old polish. I'm an esthetician and do facials for living. My whole hand has never been more rough. And worst of all I can't rub it off. Seriously cried after leaving. read more

I came in yesterday for a gel manicure. The place was overall clean. The staff was overall friendly and not too chatty. I chose to get a chrome powder over my nail for $10 and then I decided to add little diamonds to my nails as well for another $10. Paid $46. Woke up in the middle of the night to find that almost all of the diamonds on my left hand have come off in my sleep... $10 for gems that come off with normal wear in less then 12 hours.... read more

REALLY DISAPPOINTED! I used to get pedicures every month until I had a newborn. Now it's hard for me to escape for some "me time". Today was supposed to be that day. I'm in a wedding next weekend and was hoping these would be my wedding toes but honestly I'm going elsewhere to get them redone. I ventured in with a friend, we had appointments at 2:30. I wasn't seen until 2:50pm. Her nail lady was amazing! Her toes came out pretty and her service was done in a timely manner but she still was being taken care of. Mine on the other hand was rushing trough my pedicure. I had to ask to have the callus remover done and my polish is uneven. A few more groups of ladies walked in while our service was happening and she kept saying omg omg omg. When the phone rang it was omg omg omg. I was stressed out for her! I asked for a sparkly color, assuming it would look like the nail swatch. I also asked for white to go underneath it to make it pop more. It's barely on there and I'm not impressed. Helena and Dustin did the most amazing job on this set - I was blown away!! I expected the flower to be painted but Helene took it multiple steps forward with a beautiful 3D acrylic rose. It's been multiple days and not a single rhinestone has fallen off! It looks just as good as it does from the very first day. It has gone through wear and tear but the shape and color has not budged. More so, their matte top coat is even more unique compared to others. It is not just matte but has the feel of suede material - a definite plus in my book. I try and get a mani/pedi at least once a month. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The lady was pretty rough on my cuticles on my feet and hands. I had to say "ouch" really loud because it hurt. She gave me a dirty look as if it was my problem. She used the dremel on my toes instead of nail polish remover. Then when she did a massage she was pulling on my toes. She isn't a chiropractor. Again, I said ""Ouch and "stop that it hurts" again I got major attitude from her. I have never been treated so poorly. Don't go here if you are looking for a relaxing time. She also tried to get me to use gel and I said No Thanks again attitude from her. I had a bad experience getting my nails done here, customer service wise everything was fine except the person doing my nails was on their phone for half the time, but then the quality of my nails was where it was really bad. I got acrylics, and asked for coffin shape, they turned out much more square than coffin and were thicker towards the end of the nail than on my actual nail base. The edges at the ends went out way further than the middle of the nail and they were really sharp. I had to go home and re-file and shape them myself. Just save your money and your nails and go somewhere else. read more

This was my first time getting acrylics, my best friend and I found this place on Yelp. I really liked my artist, and my bestie really liked hers. The end results are gorgeous colors with really pretty accent nails and a stunning matte finish, like in the photos. I did have a few complaints, but nothing too grievous: 1- with the electric file, my artist pressed a little hard and it burned a bit, but I said something and she was very careful afterward. My BFFs artist was a little less gentle and burned a couple times, also pushed a little hard on her cuticles. 2- my artist seemed a little new, because I had to ask her to straighten one of my nails and she left some lumps underneath the tips that I should have asked her to fix. Aside from that this place was nice, the ladies were very helpful, and it was a pretty decent price: $5 extra per accent nail, and a base price of about $38 with no accent nails. They took their time and didn't rush at all, even when they were a little busy. The foot/leg massages also weren't rushed and were AMAZING!! The massage chairs are also really nice :) the staff is extremely friendly (even though my friend dropped a bottle of their nail polish and it broke and splattered everywhere) they were nice to us even after that haha! I HIGHLY recommend coming here any time you need your nails done. My friend and i both showed pictures of what we wanted and we both got exactly what we wanted!! They do beautiful work and i love the service!!! I also got my lip/chin waxed for the first time here and i gotta say, im extremely impressed. I have a couple different shops I go to and this one has become one of my favorites. Started coming here because it's a 2 minute drive from my house. I've had a few techs do my nails here and they're all so nice every time. Donna did a pedi/mani for me today and really took her time. The leg message even lasted a lot longer than I've ever had done by a nail tech before, which was a nice surprise. (They even gave me a glass of wine even though I didn't get the Deluxe pedicure which is normally the only time you get wine) Even with walk ins I never have to wait long to get seated, and the and manager Helena is cute as a button! She's super sweet and friendly, I had my nails done before by her too, it was the only time I ever had chrome. They looked great but after a few days started chipping pretty bad, so I went back and Helena gave me a color change free of charge. Plus, they have gummy bears. Most PAINFUL manicure I've ever had! My cuticles are still sore after 24 hours. One of them was bleeding for most of my appointment as well. I've never had a manicurist spend so much time either. I was in edge the entire time she was cutting my cuticles. I got a gel manicure and it's not the best gel I've had but not the worst either...I'm hoping they'll last a couple weeks. They're good at doing pedicures. Last time I went to get a powder dip manicure, it must've been some new lady because she did a horrible job! She went outside my nails and it dried up like that so it looks sloppy like a little kid did it.. also she kept hurting me constantly and even cut my skin! She assumed I wanted acrylics even tho I never mentioned that I did and cut all my nails off that I've been growing out! She cut one of them way too short to the point where she snipped my skin off with it! It was way shorter than the other nails so she put an acrylic nail on it and even charged me for it! I didn't even want to ask her to redo the sloppy ness because I sat in the chair for an hour and 40 min for something so simple! Almost 2 hours!! She put oil on my cuticles and never told me to go wash my hands.. very horrible job done..
