Got a mani and pedi for less than $40! The one thing that I look forward to when I get a pedi is the massage. For once in a very long time, they spend a whole good 10 minutes massaging both legs. Their massage chairs are also top quality. Their customer service is also quite good. They have some SWEET SWEET SWEET people who work there. Tammy and Dou(?) did a wonderful job. There are alot of nail places near my work and one of those I have gone to for many years. Today I decided I was due for a change and I picked Stylish Nails because of the Yelp reviews. I wanted a Fourth of July theme and they really delivered. I presented a picture from Pinterest and they did a great job. I just got them done today so can't comment on the durability, but since I am not a novice and they did the same technique as the place I usually go to, I will bet that these will last a full 2 weeks. I always get the shellac when I want some nail art done. It's a little more costly but worth it if you dig around in the garden like I do. Dirty and horrible manicure. One of the worst manicures I've ever had. I had them remove the previous Gel polish I had on and she barely let my nails soak in acetone so she had an incredibly hard time getting it off and was scraping my nails super hard to get them off. Then when she painted my nails, the polish got all over my cuticles and skin and I kept asking her to clean it up but she couldn't understand me. Not only that, she was doing my nails on a dirty towel that had someone else's nail clippings on it and the scraping tool had gunk on it that she just wiped off with a towel. read more

i came as a walk in and they got me an appointment about an hour later. i appreciated this shop because they give you your own set of a buffer and a file which is usually just an Oregon thing. the lady doing my nails did an amazing job and kept on making sure i was liking it. she was very precise, i'm so in love with my new set. definitely will be coming back ! read more

This is one of the most cleanest and sanitary places I've been to far! They DO NOT reuse disposable nail files and buffers and they wrap and clean their foot tubs before and after each customer, which not very many nail salons do around here in fact they're the only salon I e seen do it! I was very impressed with the environment walking in, everyone was friendly, very kind and so welcoming, not only towards their customers but towards each other as well. I truly felt like they genuinely cared about my needs, wants and expectations. I've been to so many nail salons here in Vancouver and I'm very particular with my nails, sanitary practices and customer service. I heard many great things about this salon and about Helena and I definitely was not disappointed having experienced it first hand! Helena not only met my expectations, but she was also very sweet and sincere. Her customer service is by far the best! Not only was I impressed by Helena, but honestly everyone there is just as great. They really do care about your needs and expectations and really listen to what YOU want. The prices are a little above what I'm used to paying but I don't mind at all since I am happy with the overall result each time. Had an appt scheduled for a certain time. Came exactly on time and my nail tech Helena was doing someone's nails. I waited for 20 min! Then a girl came in for a brow wax! My nail tech finished with her previous client, washed her hands and went to the back to do the wax! Very unprofessional to schedule an appt, make your client wait for 20 min and then to take another client while I wait! No thanks! Will not be coming back here!!! read more

This salon has gone downhill since the owner sold it :/ I paid $90 for a shellac mani + deluxe pedicure (they raised the prices) and the shellac didn't even last a week! The new owner is nice enough, but it seems the techs don't really know what they're doing. And I didn't see them sanitizing used tools either.. sad to say I won't be back. read more

This is the only place I go for pedicures. They are wonderful. I try and go about once a month without an appointment, and they can always get me in right away, or within about 15 minutes. It's fantastic. The quality of the pedicure is always good and lasts. Which is saying a lot, because I hike for a living, and that's really hard on my feet. But the paint always holds up perfectly for multiple weeks. No matter who I've had do my pedicure here I've always walked away very happy. read more

I called 1hr before closing and they made it their mission to take me in for a new set of over lay nails and a pedicure. I've gone through spoiled spas and salons and to Madison's nails which are supposedly the best nail shops in Vancouver to go to. They are probably the worst. shopping for a new nail salon is very hard and time consuming. i used to go to ivy's nails and kept leaving disappointed. i tried stylish nails for the first time the other day and was very very pleased. they have the new chrome powders, which i got sucked i into. chrome powder is an extra $15 no matter what service you're getting. the only reason i knocked one star off was because she ripped off each of my acrylics by hand. no soaking, nothing. it was insanely painful. but helena is very sweet, precise and checks constantly to make sure she's giving you exactly what you want. i'll be returning read more

I wouldn't even give them one star. I went in here with an appointment that was called over the phone and made sure to ask how much a regular set of acrylics is and they told me 35$. As I went to get them done I showed her a photo of what I wanted and asked for diamonds to be put on my ring fingers and she told me yes she could do them. And she is putting the paint on I noticed I could still see my regular nail and it didn't have any acrylic on it so all she did was paint over it. And as we're finishing up she asks if i liked them and I then pointed out how there weren't diamonds and she decided to then tell me "we can only do those with gel" when she knew i didn't wash gel to begin with. And as we go to pay she tells me 41$ and I told her the lady on the phone told me 35$ and she just kept saying 41$ 41$. so I gave up and left. I have never left a nail appointment so upset and sad. there were supposed to be my prom nails for senior year. But instead this is what I left with. I immediately called the place I usually go to and asked them to fix it. Even they realized how horrible these nails were. read more

I hate to do this but the truth is the truth. After reading all the positive reviews I decided to give this shop a try and I even bought in new clientele for them. Today I received the worst manicure I have ever had. The nail technician was too busy on her cell phone and caring for the people walking in the door to properly attend to my manicure. I left there with my pinky and thumb on my left hand completely jagged, I have never had a manicure that did not include a hand massage until this one. Not only did I walk out unhappy, the person I brought in with me has one nail that is also completely messed up. I will not be back and I recommend anyone who chooses to go, make sure they are not so busy with other clientele that you are given half AR$E service. Very disappointed. read more
