I wouldn't suggest coming here. The basic pedicure is $35, if you want gel it's an extra $15, and if you want French tips it's an extra $8. My BASIC pedicure was $58!!!!! They don't even scrub your feet with a callous remover because that's an EXTRA $5!! Good grief! read more

I called in to see to see if they accepted walk-ins but made an appointment anyways for a week out. I arrived 15 minutes before my appt to see if I could get in earlier. It was at 6pm on a week day. I ended up having to wait until 6:20pm to start getting a manicure done. The nail tech barely said anything to me and was done by 6:45pm. So the gel manicure took a little over a half hour. She definitely was efficient. I noticed 3 nail techs there all working on someone when I arrived. 2 others waiting (with appointments) and they accepted walk-ins but told them to come back in 40 minutes. They definitely hustle but maybe a bit too much and definitely overbook. The amount of Gel nail colors that were available were decent. Not too many to choose from. read more

I had searched all around Vancouver for a nail salon that does both good quality work and is kind. After feeling bullied at other places time and time again, Nail Clips was so refreshing to find. Not only do I love my nails EVERY TIME, but they are also so sweet - offering me beverages, a cookie on one occasion, and even a Christmas gift of a full size tube of lotion. I have been getting pedicures here for the past 10 years. You cannot go wrong here. They are enforcing social distancing and scheduling appointments for their customers. This place is the nicest place. I've been to in Vancouver and i've been going to nail salons for at least 25 years couple days ago when we had the snow I couldn't drive my car so I walked from my house to get my nails done halfway there I called asked him if they would have time he said they were closing early and she was sorry I told her I was walking and I would be there in 10 minutes. If there's anyway she could fit me in I would hurry said OK will wait when I got there. They were so nice they each worked on one of my hands I believe it was the husband and wife, and not only that they said do you have a ride home? How are you getting home? I said I'm walking he said oh no, we'll take you home but then I got a ride from my cousin but I was very impressed with how nice they were. I'll definitely be going there from now on. read more

Went in today to get a pedicure with my husband. Waited about 15 minutes, no big deal. Once the lady doing my pedi started on me, I explained I like my toe nails very short because they grow super fast. She nodded and proceeded to clip of the tip of my nails only. I let her continue because I figured she'll get back to it. But no, I asked her 2x to please cut them very short. And nodded and didn't bother to clip anything off! Finally when it seemed like she was going to start painting my nails, I pointed to my big toes specifically and asked for the 4th time to please cut them way shorter. She snapped at me and said "ok ok I'm not there yet I get it hold on" in the rudest tone. I sat back and again watched her clip nothing off my toes. Super disappointed in the customer service and my pedicure sucks. Never coming back to this place. read more

It wasn't the best pedicure I've ever had, massage wasn't pleasant and barely scraped callouses... The customer service is what really killed it. The tech spent the entire time looking away from me taking to her friend in a different language and then spent the last 10 minutes talking on her cell phone while polishing. So unprofessional and a poor experience overall. read more

I will never go back. The women giving me my pedi gouged my left foot clear down to my pink flesh. I screamed when she quickly put some kind of antiseptic on it without telling me she cut me. They charged me full price and even charged me for the sugar scrub that cut my legs. Horrible horrible horrible!!! read more

I wanted matching toes and nails, picked the color and after I was done with my hands they asked me to change color i said no thank you I want the same color. They kept on insisting until said fine I will pick another color. They wanted me to switch because another customer I'm assuming one of their regulars wanted that color. I came here to experience a new place, and hopefully find a gem. They started it off ok, service was fast. I picked out a shellac color that I liked for my pedicure. After she had done the pedicure and applied the shellac, I asked her where the "line" was, (the magnetic nail polish that creates the pearly effect). She then said $5 dollars extra. I said that's not a extra, that's the how the polish works, why is is extra?? She didn't know what to say and got another employee involved, which he apologized and said sorry she didn't tell you before she painted it on that it was extra. He then continued to say its $5. He then said "she will pay it" pointing to the nail tech. I declined, payed and left. Why make the customer feel bad by telling them that instead of dismissing this, they will force their employees to pay a stupid simple thing like run a magnet over the nail? I will never come back, will continue looking for my perfect nail tech. read more

This is really a great Salon, my first visit was on New Years 2016. I was not going into to get nails done for a big party, just a little treat for me. They were swamped I didn't mind the wait, they offered to do my eyebrows first while I waited. I could tell they had regulars. Always very helpful. And I love my nails. If I could give zero stars I would. I have gone to them many times and have always loved my experience. However this time I was disappointed to say the least and will not be returning. To start off the experience my friend had to sit in the plastic chair. When my friend grabbed the comfy chair she ripped it out of her hands and no you get that one, And pointed to the plastic one. They had one other person in there getting nails done so it was not like they were really busy and didn't have extras. Disappointing but it was what it was. After the hour it takes for your nails, her butt was numb and back hurt. Then to top it off when I was spraying my nails at the end, one of the ladies came over and grabbed my hand I told her no and she continued to go after my hand. She then grabbed my arm and yanked it to her. I said no again a little louder but she would not let go. I told her to get her hands off me. She then continued to turn around and talk about me in her language (thanks to google translate) I was aware of what was being said. I have never been so unhappy after getting my nails done. When I got to the car I noticed that they look like shit. My nails are sharp and not even. Lesson learned will never be returning and will no longer recommend them to my friends and family. They should not even be allowed to do business. read more

I have never had a more unpleasant experience in a nail salon. I went in with a picture showing exactly what I wanted. I had one person start my nails after I went through explaining what I wanted. After about 10 minutes, I was told I would have to wait for the other tech to finish with his client and he would be finishing my nails. After he shaped my nails, I noticed that they were all different lengths and I pointed it out. So he got out the file and went to town. I asked for my nails to be thin and natural looking and came out with thick, square, unnatural looking nails. I called about An hour after my appointment and they told me to come in and they would fix them. I went in right away and they told me they didn't have time and to come back in 2 hours. I went back in 2 hours and they made some comment about me being early. They told me that they didn't know why I had a problem as they did exactly what I asked for. After showing them all of the issues, I was told they still wouldn't be able to do what I wanted. I asked for them to soak my nails off and refund me. They then started yelling at me calling me liar and saying that I was only there because I changed my mind and wanted my money back. This was all done in front of a crowded salon and my children. They were in my face yelling at me calling me a liar. Not only would I never go back because of the horrible service and horrible nails but after being screamed at, I felt physically threatened. I wouldn't suggest ever going to this nail salon unless mediocre is what you're after and you don't mind getting screamed at. read more
