My nail designer was Hanson. He shaped my nails beautifully and did an AMAZING job. I told him I wanted Halloween Disney theme since I'm going there later this week. I let him take creative liberty with one ask of a Mickey ghost & at least one Mickey Candy Corn. & he absolutely killed it! *AMAZING JOB!!!* I chose the shape/ length of nail and told him to do every nail different. I got a free orange juice (they do serve mimosas and other alcoholic/ non- alcoholic drinks as well. One drink for free of your choosing) I did get a pedicure as well. I did take off a star only because the nails were cut shorter than I personally like. But I also could've let him know prior to the consultation to keep them on the longer side. Overall, Hanson gave incredible attention to detail on both my pedicure and manicure and I highly recommend him! I will absolutely be returning. read more

Went in with my family for manicures. Made an appointment and there was one other person in the salon. They raced through, the shellac started coming off 3 days later. Also up charged on something that they offered without saying there was an extra charge. Then when it came to paying they said they would take the up charge off. But, still charged my dads card the full amount. I feel that they take advantage of the elderly. Also, when getting an eyebrow wax, the gal asked if I wanted my lip waxed. I said "no" and she kept saying I needed it. When I told I do my own at home. She ignored me and started to wax my lip!! It startled me and I asked for her to get it off. She said you wanted it. Unethical and no sanitation in place . Staff has warts on hands and doesn't wear gloves , uses same file on clients , doesn't sanitize tools. Tries to charge for services they don't tell you cost more like cutting cuticle or nails shape. read more

This was my first time at creative nails. I didn't have a reservation and walked in to get a full set and a pedicure and they were so nice and got me in a chair within 10 minutes. My first experience here wasn't great but after my original review, the owner called to apologize and asked me to come back in to redo the manicure. He and the lady that did my nails the second time were so kind and attentive. I actually felt like kind of a jerk for my first review but I had such a bad day that day that started with a terrible haircut at another business and I think I was too hard on them. Lee and Tracy went out of their way to make it right and the manicure that Tracy gave me was absolutely incredible. I can't stop looking at it because she did such a great job and I've had 2 strangers compliment me on it and wanted to know where I got it done. One even asked if it was gel because it was so nice but it was just polish. The other thing I wanted to mention is that my second time in the salon, there were a lot of return customers and the techs and customers seemed like long time friends. One gentleman in the waiting area even said to me "don't you just love this place, they really are the best". I felt humbled by the experience and wish I would have called before leaving a bad review because they went out of their way to make it right. I'll definitely be returning. They will tell you what they did looks better! Shape can be iffy often with them and yes the nails last, but when you're being disrespected in the process it's not worth it!!
