The worst nail salon experience ever! I seriously doubt the nail technician named "Tracy" is even certified. Let's just say my 5 year old could've done a much better job with my nails. Tracy speaks very little English, she yelled across the room to talk to one of her co-workers in her native language while paying no attention to what she was doing. I ended up with the gel polish all over my fingers not on my nails. She did a horrible job. I would not return. read more

I cannot disagree more with the previous review. This place is TERRIBLE. I went in for a shellac manicure. For starters, she quoted me the wrong price over the phone. Secondly, Holly the manicurist said zero words to me, not even asking if I'd like rounded or squared nails (although I know she knows English, because she knew full well how to ask for a tip). Third, Holly and the other lady carried on a loud conversation with each other in another language the ENTIRE TIME. After she was done shaping my nails (and by shaping I mean cutting my pinky until it bled for minutes... See picture), I decided I had had enough. I paid for the services I received and left. Just got a basic pedicure this morning and I am quite happy for the following reasons: 1) Price - $20 is what was listed and that's what I paid (plus tip, of course). I wasn't "talked" into any extras as I have been in the past by people who I can't understand. 2) Conversation - I really appreciated that my stylist chatted with me, even while we both had trouble understanding each other. It was clear enough to pick up pieces. More importantly, she smiled, was friendly, and I felt like she liked me. I liked her back! :) 3) Pedicure - I had an injury on my heal two years ago and as a result experience a lot of pain/scar tissue. I always point this out when I get pedicures. This was the first pedi I've had where my request for "gentle" was respected. Very big deal to me! The chair massage was also enjoyable. I typically turn off the chairs, but this one got me in all the right places and was the perfect setting the first time. No fussing! 4) Clean - It was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. The building didn't smell like strong chemicals either! For a basic pedicure, I don't think you could find a better deal. Walk-ins welcome, no wait, clean, no frills. Perfect for me! read more

my nails turned out pretty (the colorful ones) i liked them but tracy kept burning my cuticles with the drill. my friends nails we're really wide and thick. the handwriting was nice on my friends nails but mine was a little sloppy. they were really nice i just didn't like the work. probably won't go there again for acrylics. read more

I got in right away this morning. They were so nice and my nails look fantastic. I am very happy with the service and I will go back! I told her about my special occasion later on today. She hugged me after I paid. Lol that was very sweet and unexpected. I had a shellac polish done. It was the first time I've tried it. I loved that my nails were completely dry before I left the salon. Update....I wish I could figure out how to post a pic. I had my nails professionally done because I was getting engaged that night. I wanted my nails to look pretty to show off my beautiful diamond ring! I was not disappointed. The beautiful red polish added to the shine of my ring and smile. read more

Rude service by the younger woman. I let her know I was dissatisfied by how short she cut my acrylic nails (like regular nails short) and she insisted my perception was wrong. I made an appointment for myself and my daughter and my daughter has to wait for someone to go in front of her, I guess because she is a kid? A LOT of talking in another language, on the blue tooth to someone, to the other woman, beyond what is normal in these salons. Disorganized, time consuming, and I wasn't happy at all with my last manicure. My daughters polish has come off in less than 24 hours. Pluses are ease of getting an appointment and price. read more

Found a Groupon so I thought I'd try this salon out...NEVER going back! The lady who did my shellac manicure was in such a rush, she was buffing so fast that she cut the side of my pinky nail and it bled. My manicure looks like my 6 yr old daughter painted my nails. I discovered the salon after having a terrible experience across the street at the Polish Nails & Spa. Yvonne and Tracy were amazing! The Pedicure Chairs or something you have to experience for yourself. It's like having a masseuse directly working on your body. I would actually pay $25 just to go and sit in the chairs and not have a pedicure ! And then to have Tracy doing your pedicure is the topping of it all. As a matter of fact I fell asleep in the chair so hard they had to wake me up! I'll definitely be a return customer. read more

If I could give no stars I would! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I have had gelish polish several times and have loved it. This place skipped several steps when applying( no primer, no base coat) oh and they repeatedly tried to file my nails with the electric file even though I said no several times. And even the hand filling was painful! I can't stress how terrible this place is. The women are rude and have no interest in what you ask or say at all. Didn't look at their website, or any reviews before I went, just decided to try it because they are right down the street. The entire time I was in there, the two women were speaking another language to each other, barely said a word to me. She used dirty tools, cut my finger, and didn't ask me a thing about how I wanted it, other than the color. I got the shellac done, and all she did was file my nails, cut my cuticles, add the polish & cure it, and then charge me $25. Would not recommend, will not be going back. read more

Used this salon with a bridal party I was a part of. I asked for a purple shellac manicure, and picked the color I wanted. Looked ok right after it was done. The next day it had turned a brown color that looked horrid. The wedding was that day so I didn't have time to get them fixed. The next day, they have now turned a horrible yellow brown. Something was done wrong in the shellac process and I am very unhappy about it. I will not go back. read more

I purchased a Groupon for the shellac manicure & pedicure for Creative Nails. I should have read these reviews beforehand. I called to schedule an appointment and was told there was no availability for the day I needed, no other day was offered nor was there any offer of going in as a walk-in. I was not impressed. A few days later I decided that I would try again, but as a walk-in. The place was clean. 2 ladies were there, 1 doing a pedicure & the other sitting at her manicure table playing on her iPad. She greeted me & asked how she could help. I told her i had a Groupon & she looked around & started talking to the other lady in their language, it was as if they were deciding if they "had time" to see me. There was no one else there! It was eventually decided I could be seen. I started with the manicure portion. It was very fast, no hand massage, no lotions, just a little nail clean up & painted. The LED light kept having problems, it seemed very old & worn out. In the middle of my manicure, the lady got a call & talked for the remainder of my time. Rude. My pedicure was a bit better. It was a different lady that gave me the pedicure. It at least included a leg massage. One week later & my shellac polish is flaking & peeling off of my hands. I've had many shellac manicures & this has never happened after 1 week. Overall, bad experience there & with polish 1 week out. I will not be returning! read more

I have been going here for a few years now and have to say that I love the salon. Evon, the owner, does my nails and I love Holly for my pedicures. They are super friendly and the salon is very nice. Do not go here if you are at all concerned about cleanliness. I went here today and have never written a spa review but my experience here drove me to do so. I called and got a same day appointment. After arriving I was sat by a woman who did not really speak to me at all just instantly started filing my nails. I didn't really get a chance to look at the file before she started but I looked at the buffer and it looked extremely old. She then picked up the cuticle remover to use on my hands and I noticed old cuticle parts on the end. Before she could touch my hands I indicated that I didn't think it was clean and that the buffer should be new as well. She insisted it had been and that it was polish. I picked it up and was easily able to scratch the cuticles off with my finger. The woman at the front desk came over and said that she was supposed to use a new set for each person and that it would cost $3 and that they have a machine to sanitize. I was never given the option to purchase new items so I would have expected that they would automatically use them as this is the standard. As far as the cleaning of the tools you could also see smudge marks on the handles so they clearly had not been cleaned. This is a serious health risk. I told the women it was fine and that I would go elsewhere for my manicure. I know have misshapen nails (the shaping she did on my one hand is very poor and the nails are very rough) but at least I realized the unsanitary practices before she started digging at my cuticles. read more
