I came in today and was taken to a chair right away. I have read previous reviews and taken then into consideration. The vibe was warm and inviting. Space was cleaner then I've seen,in most salons, in years. The way they handled me was with care and a positive disposition. They did a complete remodel, the chairs felt like clouds. I know there are negative reviews but I encourage you to give it a shot or a second shot. The pricing was very good, a little shocking to be honest It's nice to pay under $80, again. US Nails has a very accessible location. Mandy is excellent. She and Kim were exceedingly friendly. The salon is worn out. All furniture is frayed and dirty. Floors, sinks and toilet are dirty. Toilet has a black ring along the water line that can turn your stomach . Bathroom vent is clogged with thick dust. Friendliness does not ease one's sense of concern about the cleanliness of the pedicure tub, etc. I had such hopes but cannot recommend the shop. read more

I visited this salon yesterday on a whim and I'm so happy I did. I received the basic shellac mani/pedi and a brow wax. (Total cost before tip was $80.00. I was able to pay and tip with my debit/credit card.) Kim was my specialist and she was fantastic. Very personable and friendly and I'm thrilled with the work she did. My toes and nails were shaped and polished perfectly, which honestly doesn't happen at every salon. This was my very first brow wax ever - Kim was gentle when she sold it to me; really she wasn't pushy at all - and it didn't hurt a bit. I kind of wish she had asked me what shape I wanted for my brows because I already liked my natural shape and she took off a little more than I was hoping. But the shape is still polished-looking and pleasing. I'm still happy I got the wax service. The setting isn't fancy - the décor is definitely dated. But - it's very clean! Lots of places have dusty décor and walls, but this store was spotless, which I appreciated. The massage chair for the pedicure was obviously a little worn at the edges but it wasn't unattractive and the massage rollers still worked perfectly and I was very comfortable. I highly recommend this salon to others and it's definitely going to be my "home" salon from now on! read more

I love this nail salon their pricing for waxing is affordable and they are GOOD I get my eyebrows waxed here all the time and it only costs $8. Next time when I am wearing pants that have a looser leg I will get the spa pedicure, but at the moment I can be jealous my husband is getting one right now :-) he has ingrown toenails that they are taking care of:-) I will always frequent this place, they are awesome, nice, and affordable:-) read more

Mandy and Kim are really nice and they get to know their customers very well. They have very comfortable chairs if you're into massaging chairs that vibrate. They have lots of colors and they do gel nails and pedicures and waxing and they have lots of specials. I've been going there for at least 15 years and I'm glad they still are. FYI if you get the deluxe pedicure, it takes about 45 minutes but they don't just cut your nails and paint them... they smooth out your feet they get rid of your calluses they give you a eucalyptus cream rub, hot towels, they give you a hot stone massage, and they give you a sea salt scrub to get rid of all the dead skin. Best of all at the end they give you a hot paraffin wax treatment for your feet to make them silky smooth! read more

I told the lady before waxing my brows not thin, and repeated that. Then after feeling so much hair being ripped off, I was just praying for the best since you can't put eyebrow hair back on. I came in with FULL thick eyebrows, I just wanted them shaped. I left at the upmost dissatisfied because my eyebrows are HACKED off before my trip. They're so thin and I'm embarrassed I don't even want to take a picture. However the workers there are very nice, but I simply cannot do my brows here and don't wish to return. read more

I came here to be done my nails. I did regular acrylics and shellac. They charged $45 because $25+$15 (gel color)+ $5( coffin shape). After that, I came here to fill with shellac and fix 1 finger. Some nails salon fix free for someone did there before but in here not. I'm still ok with that. But this time, I just fill. I still charged $45. I asked them and they answered they used solar powder, fix 1 and COFFIN SHAPE. I did regular powder for last time. Why did they use solar for this time? Why didn't they ask me? Last time I paid for this shape and now I paid again. Fill and new set are same price. I don't understand. I never come back there. Not recommend. read more

Today was my first time at US Nails in Vancouver & I had a great experience! I was the only one in there but it was also 3 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. The ladies that worked there were very nice and my french pedicure turned out perfect. For some reason when you click on directions on yelp it will send you to a different salon but US Nails is actually located where it says it is! The address is correct just make sure your GPS is actually sending you to THAT address! Located right next door to the Auto Licensing on Andresen. Will go back again! read more

I went last night with a friend that lives in the Couv as a birthday gift for her. The place was only so so. The chairs were old & the only function on them was vibrate.... they did a nice job polishing, but the leg & foot massage consisted of just rubbing some lotion in real quick. Over all not impressed. The staff was SUPER NICE. but that was about the only good thing about the place. Only $20 is good too, but I have been to much nicer places for the same price. read more

Went in because I needed a torn fingernail fixed. The woman who fixed my nail was very fast, and very nice. I didn't realize until after she was done though that they don't take credit if the charge is under $10 (this was $4 service which was very reasonable)... so I ended up getting my brows waxed too. I'm not mad about it because all the services were reasonable, it was quick, I was happy with the results, and the staff seems very nice. I will probably go back. I'd probably give more stars if it weren't for the credit card issue. read more

Ended up here the Sunday before Labor Day. The one star i have given is only because they did fit me in 20 minutes before closing. Got a full set of of acrylics but have to say they are the worst i have ever had. Thumb nail was broken and he noticed it but put it on anyways and put the acrylic over it. Then proceeded to put white out underneath as not to see the crack?? 3 nails have since started lifting and acrylic is cracked on another. I was rushed and he kept trying to convince me how "natural they look"?? No, they do not. Normally i'd say you get what you pay for but i paid less at Hot Nails and they did a fantastic job!
