Stopped in here while traveling through town & they took such good care of me!! Beautiful location, super clean & great service. Trish did my nails & toes. She was very friendly & kind.

The new set up is nice and I love that they have volcano pedi's! I recently got an almond shape tip with gel polish on top and they look beautiful.

Been coming here for a little over a year. Change of ownership &staff for the good. Booking was easy and they never make me wait outside of my appointment time. The staff were pleasant and never pressured to upsell services. I like the fact that is quieter and the service does not feel rushed so much so that I can relax without the small talk or loud foreign speaking among themselves. Best Pedi. Prices reasonable.

I took my wife here to get her nails done. The spa was spacious and clean and they even offered drinks while I was waiting there. My wife loved her nails so that's kudos points for the hubby. I don't know much about nails, but my wife will be returning to get her nails done here in the future before we go on trips or weddings. Also I was able to soak my feet while waiting for the wifey, which was awesome!

Well, do not think it's a good place for your nails , first of all, for pedicure , the water is just warm even tho I asked for hot. So I soaked my foot with warm water for about 5mins . They use hot stores to massage ur feet , it's comfortable but over priced . Secondly , I asked for cat eye for my nails . I can not even tell the cat eye when it has been finished. The owner told me have to put it under the light , would be able to see it . But with all the years of doing cat eye, this is the first time like this . It should be easy to see the movement. I spent 140 dollars ( 20 dollars tip. ) so total 160. And I am not satisfied. Not just can't tell the cat eye , and it's every dirty , soo many fur sticks on my nail when it gets done . Just very disappointed. Would not recommended .

I've been coming to this salon for about 4-5 months to do pedicures. At first I loved there work but the last two times they spend through really quick. During that time, I tried there waxing on lower legs. When I tell you I just threw away money I mean it. The employee didn't have any knowledge about waxing, seemed like her first time. My legs were super irritated and red afterwards for about 2 weeks. I had a lot hair left behind as well as residue from the wax itself. But I still have them a chance and kept coming for other services. Last pedicure I did the nail polish started chipping and pealing off with in 1 1/2 weeks when compared to earlier times they all lasted for at least a month. During that visit I was offered to sign up for "points" with my phone number to earn a 20% off my next Visit. Today I come in and the lady whose usually doing a great job, sped through doing my nails, leaving them chunky. Also, they do the best job at cleaning the nail beds before apply polish, I had to observe and ask the employee to give my cuticles a trim. The overall appointment was 25-30 mins compared to other personnel's at other locations do quality work within 1 1/2 hours. When coming up to cashier register they asked for full payment, and wouldn't except the coupon they offered last time, due to "only on select types of manicure" it was disappointing because I did get a manicure and wasn't warned, nor was it in any fine print below coupon explaining that. The manicure the employee did was not astonishing, my nails do have dents and bubbles left behind sadly. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

THE BEST NAILS SALON IN VANCOUVER!! I came in to get my nails done and they came out fireEvery single times I came in to get my nails done, they always excreed my expectation. This time I came in with a cut on one of my cuticle and was afraid that it would sting when I get my nails done. But they carefully worked around the cut and it didn't bother me at all. 100 outta 10

I made a same day appointment at the end of the evening and then showed up late! My bad! They took me in right away and did not make me feel rushed at all. I had a spa pedicure and my first ever full set with dip. They turned out great and I have received so many compliments, including from people who I trust to tell me if they look bad. I'll go back for my nails. Not sure about pedicure... still looking to find someone to do them like I used to have them out of state... There were two things that kept me from giving 5 stars: 1. No liner in the pedicure tub - ew. 2. No callous remover except for blade grater thing (I'm finding this to be true everywhere I go in Vancouver - very different from San Diego and as a diabetic, I am surprised I can't find the remover/pumice stone anywhere.)

I've been to many nail salons and this one by far is the best. Super skilled and professional

Nail

I wasn't impressed at first, but their customer service is great. I came in with a crack/chip on my nail and they gladly fit me in and I left satisfied. They have a passion in what they do and they're there to show it.

Crooked nail

Non of my nails are the same length and one is crooked. I called and asked for my money back and they said wasn't allowed back in their salon. I would not recommend this place to anyone, if you want a nice set and respectful customer service I would avoid this like the plague or Covid

Navy blue gel with gold sparkles. Perfect of my starry night themed wedding.

Love this business. They did my wedding nails and they are beautiful. Dip + Gel. And my pedicure is still holding up too!

25 bucks for a crappy nail fill , not worth it. I got home and reshaped my nails . Also social distancing was not well implemented.

I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews but BIG YIKES…read more Absolutely Horrific Experience--Avoid at All Costs! If I could give this place negative and/or zero stars, I would. I walked into this empty nail salon, which should have been my first red flag, but I figured, hey, maybe it's just a slow day. Nope--it was a slow business because this place is a nightmare. First, I was sat in a broken chair that wobbled like it was about to collapse. No menu, no options--just straight to faking the funk of work. The pedicure itself lasted less than 9 minutes (yes, I timed it), and for $60, I expected at least some level of care. IInstead, the technician hacked away at my nails so aggressively that I started bleeding profusely--like, actual blood dripping down my foot. My toenails have been bleeding over a week........And do you think the nail tech acknowledged it? Nope. No apology, no effort to stop the bleeding, just a complete ice out before moving on to the next tragedy. I was in pain, bleeding, and stuck with a nail color I hated. When I politely mentioned I was bleeding and didn't like the color, I was completely ignored. Like I wasn't even there. No fix, no concern--just blank stares. When I mentioned the broken chair, no help. I was sincerely the only customer. It was disgusting. As if this horror show wasn't enough, they rushed me out like I was some kind of inconvenience, assuming I didn't have the money to pay for my service ....mmmMind you, there were still no other customers in the building, so what was the rush?? Maybe they knew they did a terrible job and didn't want to deal with the aftermath. Tbh I'm not sure but I was deeply repulsed regardless. Long story short: this place is an absolute joke. Do yourself (and your toes) a favor and go literally anywhere else. I'm grateful they let me know that my business isn't wanted here. Never again bro.

I then asked for a manicure and shellac paint job. I mentioned there was left over dip polish on nails and she used a nail file to remove it. She didn't even brush my nails. I'm a new mom and 2 months postpartum and was looking forward to finally getting my hair cut!…read more I'm unfortunately extremely disappointed in my haircut experience here. I booked with Hannah online and mentioned I have thick long hair and wanted a chop for summer. I've never been to this salon before, but know from past experience it's important to note thick hair while booking. Their online booking system requires the stylist to "okay" the appointment, so someone must have seen the note about thick hair. At other salons, most stylists will see the note and book out an extra 45 mins..or call to reschedule with an additional block of time. This never happened and lead to maybe the worst salon experience I've ever had? Hannah started cutting my hair, and was a quarter way through before she mentioned I'd have to leave with wet hair due to time constraints. I wish she would have been honest and up front and I would have rescheduled or found a new salon for a cut that would include a blow dry + style. She shampooed my hair for less than 4 minutes and everything just felt so rushed! I was expecting to see another client waiting for her but that was not the case. I was in and out of the salon in less than an hour. She gave me her card so I could contact her if the layers dried funny or looked bad...so off I left with wet hair and a potential hack job of a haircut. I don't recommend this place, I got in my car and cried. I expect to leave a salon feeling beautiful and that just didn't happen!

Nail Salon Horror Story (Perfection Nails 9/7)…read more I've been going to Perfection Nails in Hazel Dell on and off for about the last 5 years, but I stopped going as often since every time I went, each tech charged differently for the same service and the quality was inconsistent--especially if I wanted something other than a basic one-color manicure. Anyway, I decided to go yesterday because it was the only nail salon open near me, and I'd never had a crazy experience there before--just things like uneven shaping or needing a fill sooner than 2 weeks. My appointment was at 1 p.m. for both a pedicure and a manicure set. I arrived before my scheduled time and let the technicians know I had an appointment. I waited about 15-20 minutes before a man called me over to his table. I asked for an acrylic set and a basic manicure (cuticle trim, etc.). Everything started off fine. I hadn't had him do my nails before, but I'd seen his work and was excited to try someone new. He started by cleaning my hands and doing the usual prep. Once he finished applying and shaping the acrylic, he began working on my cuticles. When he got to my ring and middle finger on my left hand, he cut way too much, and I started bleeding everywhere. I was on the phone with my partner using a headset, so I wasn't paying close attention until I felt pain and saw blood all over my fingers. He was trying to wipe it up with a used rag and even attempted to use nail glue to stop the bleeding. I immediately told him to stop and said I needed to wash my hands because that was not a clean or safe way to handle the cut. After cleaning up, I noticed he had taken a chunk of skin off, and the bleeding continued for about 10 more minutes. I sat there holding my finger and asked him what happened. He told me my cuticles were dry. I apologized but made it clear I did not want him using nail glue to stop the bleeding. Mind you, this was the most I've ever bled in a salon. After the bleeding stopped, he continued painting my nails and asked me to check them. I noticed the middle finger on my right hand was crooked. When I pointed it out, he insisted it was just my finger. We went back and forth for a while until I finally asked if he could at least try to fix it, because it was clearly pointing in a different direction than the others. At this point, I honestly wanted to leave, but I still needed my pedicure. Another lady called me over to her station. I had previously gone to Reflection Spa/Nails, and they had done an amazing job--even applying acrylic over a broken toenail on my big toe to even it out. I explained this to the pedicure tech at Perfection, and she said it was fine and that she would soak it off. By then, I had already been there for 2 1/2 hours and just wanted to relax. I put a show on my phone, kept one headphone out in case she needed me, and let her start. There was a bit of a language barrier, so another tech had to interpret at times. Instead of soaking the acrylic off, she just filed it down and then started trimming my cuticles. Once again, she cut too much, and I started bleeding. She apologized immediately, and I told her it was okay, just to please slow down and be careful. She continued, but when she was cleaning under my toenail, the tool stabbed me under the nail. At that point, I just wanted to get out of there. I ended up paying for everything but didn't tip because of all the cuts I got. My reason for posting is to find a new nail spot to go to in Vancouver and to spread awareness of my experience. L

I went in for a pedicure, but when offered a mani I got that too…read more I brought my own base/polish/topper because I prefer a specific brand. They are salon quality. "Kathy" used a dremel tool to remove my old fingernail polish. She used my polish and I left with nice nails. After a few days when I removed my polish, I noticed that there were slices and fissures into my nail beds. The dremel tool must have been turned sideways and cut into my nail. Now my nails are breaking off as they grow out and it is painful. This is on both of my ring fingers but more on my right hand than left. I don't usually visit this salon and can't imagine that I will visit again. So disappointed and frustrated that this happened. It will take months to grow out this gauging.
