I got a wagyu WOWW steak which was amazing. The sides I did not enjoy. Mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese were bland. The asparagus was very salty . I did arrive at 10pm for my reservation and they close at 11 so maybe that could be the reason . The service was really good. The waiter Caesar was very attentive and kind. The atmosphere was nice inside and out . The price for everything is what you should expect to pay at any steakhouse . If I ever return it would be solely for the meats . read more

A for effort on the packaging.. this man's face is on every box and bag that your takeout order comes in... But For a $30 steak burger, Just take a look at the pictures, completely burnt bun, subpar steak and lack of effort on the actual cook of the food. For someone who calls himself salt bae... he should change his name to salt nae Also could really use some salt and seasoning on the food. read more

I came here for Miami spice and this place is a wow. I don't really recommend the drink as for me it was too strong but the food was perfect and the service was great. Our server was extremely nice and was super helpful in helping me choose my meal. The restaurant inside was kind but chill and beautiful inside. Parking was a little pricey but it's Miami . I definitely would recommend this restaurant to people. read more

I'm conflicted. I was in town for a biotech healthcare conference in South Beach and on the last night of the weeklong event my CEO and a colleague selected this place for dinner. We shared a lovely wagu steak, cooked very well with a Cesar salad and mashed potatoes. The steak was tender and had all the aspects one would want to see in such a steak, but the "spectacle" was along the lines of a cheesy Disney cruise event or a second tier Brazilian steak joint with guys walking around in gaucho pants and meat on sticks....you get the drift... They bring over an odd ceramic container pour dry ice into it and fill the table with cold billows of icy fumes as the young lady serving us cut up our shared steak. Then they just plop the cutting board on the table, sprinkle some obligatory salt on the steak, then drop a small bowl of decent mash potatoes on the table and walk away. That's it. We asked for Turkish tea, and also that we be fed - the first three bites - by the waitress - and it was kind of cringeworthy. We also ended the meal with a nice piece of baklava which they served with some sort of cheese that was like a cross between cream cheese and ice cream - folded inside the baklava. Pretty nice. Don't get me wrong - the food was good, the pyrotechnics cringy and the prices quite ridiculous IMHO for what this place is. Glad it was a business dinner and I realize this is supporting an affluent business dinner crowd and perhaps some locals - but it was cheesy and I think it detracted from what was a well prepared basic wagu steak and mash potato dinner that any number of places could also pull off - perhaps with more finesse? Looks like the lunch menu during the week is a good deal. If I wanted to spend under $40 for a three course lunch I'd come back. Perhaps worth checking out if in the hood ? Not sure I would have chosen this place in the first place and not sure I'd come back. In a word,....tacky. If you like Las Vegas showmanship and shiny flashy stuff for the sake of shiny fancy - perhaps this will be something you'd enjoy. I found it overpriced and a little sad. Just saying. Nice staff, the people working there seemed very friendly and our service was good but it was really about the concept and the fact that they now have a chain of these places copying the original and trying to reproduce it. Sprinkling salt on a nice steak is essentially the shtick. Meh. read more

Came here on vacation and would say it was an ok experience. Did their $39 lunch menu which was a decent deal. Would say the salmon appetizer was ok and maybe the meat sushi was better. The burger was pretty decent and I did like it. The ice cream was delicious. The thing is I expected more from this place. It was pretty empty at the time we went but the service was incredibly slow. We felt like they forgot about us at some point. read more

The food here is consistently very good. I've dined at both the New York and Miami locations, and each visit has been a genuinely enjoyable experience. From a purely culinary standpoint, I would rate the restaurant a strong 4 out of 5 stars--the quality and flavor are certainly there. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the lunch special. At around $40, it offers exceptional value with a three-course meal, including a 5 oz New York strip steak that I thoroughly enjoyed. It's easily the standout feature and a major reason I would return. The service is also commendable--attentive, professional, and well-paced, which enhances the overall dining experience. This is very close to a 5-star review. The only reason it falls just short is that my steak was not prepared to a true medium-rare as requested. That said, the overall value--especially the lunch special--makes this a place I would highly recommend and revisit. read more

They delivered what can only be described as a five-star lunch experience from start to finish. The lunch special was truly the deal of a lifetime--exceptional value without cutting a single corner. The steak was cooked to perfection: buttery soft, deeply flavorful, and exactly what you hope for when you sit down at a serious steakhouse. The mushrooms deserve their own applause--rich, savory, and absolutely delicious. The list was another standout. Finding a Napa Cabernet that's so fairly priced is rare, and it elevated the entire meal without feeling indulgent or overpriced. What truly set today apart, however, was the service. Our server Luis was phenomenal--attentive, warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Beyond him, the entire service team like Roman and others was impeccably coordinated, moving seamlessly and always with a pleasant, polished demeanor. You could feel the teamwork and pride in every interaction. I know there has been controversy around the brand, but a steakhouse is a steakhouse, and this one is an experience done right. I'll absolutely be back, and I'll be recommending it without hesitation. Bravo to the entire team. read more

Overall this was a fun spot! I went with my friend for Miami spice dinner. We had an awesome waiter who was really nice and was very attentive to us. The aesthetics were prettier as the night went on. We got there early , at 6, so it wasn't as dim yet. We started with the guava temptation which was delicious. Honestly all the drinks were great! It was fruity but wasn't overly sweet. The lychee martini was 10/10. Very nicely shaken so it was cold and had a nice kick of lychee. The meat sushi was good in terms of flavor. However, I was disappointed that they didn't have any chop sticks on sight. I understand it is not a Japanese spot. However, in my opinion if you are going to use the word "sushi" in the name- I beleieve out of respect to the culture - you should offer chopsticks. For the main course I got the wagyu filet. I ordered my steak medium rare but was disappointed that it came out medium. The steak was good quality cut and the salt was really good. However, I was surprised that at a steak house - they would miss this mark. I opted for the sautéed mushrooms as my side. They did not disappoint - incredibly flavorful. For dessert I did the Turkish ice cream. It was my first time trying this. It was chewy and it is made from goat milk. It was good. Overall - fun experience. But I won't be back. read more

The atmosphere is energetic and upscale, and the service feels like part of the show. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the quality of the meat was outstanding, incredibly tender and full of flavor. The presentation is also part of the experience, which makes the meal feel a little more special than a typical steakhouse dinner. It's definitely on the pricier side, but if you're looking for a memorable meal and great steak in Miami, it's worth trying at least once. You can ask for extra salt by the way! It makes the steak so much more savory! read more

Started off Miami spice here ! For 35 dollars you get a 3 course meal with variety of options ! The service was nice and the food was good. The spice menu is basically their lunch 3 course meal for a few bucks cheaper. They have a variety of cocktail specials during the Miami spice. For those who don't drink they did have mocktail options, we opted into trying the lemonades. I would recommend the coconut one over the passion fruit but I wouldn't get either again . Nusr-Et Miami - Lunch Special Review I had such an amazing experience at Nusr-Et in Miami! As someone who loves food and exploring new flavors, I couldn't resist trying their lunch special--and I actually went back twice in the same week! The deal is totally worth it: you get a starter, a main dish with a side, and dessert--a perfect way to try a little bit of everything. I ordered the Sushi Meat, the Burger, and the Steak with Mashed Potatoes. Everything was delicious, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor. The steak was juicy and tender, the mashed potatoes were creamy, and the sushi meat was a unique and tasty surprise. The vibe inside is classy but not too formal, and the service was excellent--friendly, fast, and professional. At the end of the meal, they serve you dessert. I chose the baklava with Turkish ice cream, and it was the perfect sweet finish--rich, flaky, and served with that stretchy, creamy ice cream that's just unforgettable. Highly recommend, especially for first-timers who want a solid intro to what Nusr-Et offers. Can't wait to go again soon! For some reason this restaurant has been in the public eye, and It was not on my list but we took advantage of Miami spice and had dinner on Saturday. First, it surprised me that it is pretty big. it was full and has a nice ambience and vibe. The music was fun, but extremely loud for 8.00 PM, almost impossible to talk during dinner. For after 10.00 PM it would be perfect. Service was good, but I would have really appreciated some small talk and more important, some smiles. The servers seemed angry or overwhelmed. I could see our server was very busy, so he was not there when I need to order other cocktails, or change the fork when it fell, or refill my water glass, so maybe they should train the runner to have more significant interaction with the client and complement the server's work. Wine list was extremely expensive, so we had cocktails. Cocktail menu was simple, cocktails were basic and repetitive regarding components. Tequila, pasión fruit, cream de cassis, and coco Lopez, lychee were in a lot of cocktails . Miami spice menu was good, and I would say worth it. The restaurant has a lot of table side preparation , like the tartar and the baklava , so it is very instagramable. Food was good , portion size decent , and well presented. I order my steak medium well, and came medium rare but it was still good. Funny that I had to ask for salt for my food, at the salt Bae restaurant. Loved the mushroom side and the meat sushi , and the mashed potatoes and cheesecake were nondescript. The steak tartar was very good, but maybe too much Mustafa . The baklava delicious, the best I have ever had. All and all we had a good experience and enjoyed our Saturday dinner, but the question is, would it be worth it without Miami spice? read more

Honestly I was really excited to go here after all the hype but I must say I was underwhelmed. It definitely gave a steakhouse feel my waiter was really nice. So they get a good rating for ambience. However, it overall gave low budget. The menus look like they were printed on regular paper and you could see the pixels in the text. The food that we had gotten wasn't what I expected. It lacked flavor and the portion sizes were so small. I left hungry and had to go get more food. I would not go back or recommend. read more

Overrated. Overhyped. Overpriced. Honestly, I've had better food -- and a better experience -- at Texas Roadhouse. I ordered the "Wagyu" burger... wagyu in name only. Completely bland and forgettable. The fries were the best part of the meal (which says a lot). Then came the kicker -- a 20% service charge automatically added for a party of TWO. No warning, no mention, just slipped onto the bill. The table next to me had the "Salt Bae" steak. Presentation was mediocre at best, and the meat looked dry. Definitely not worth the hype or the price tag. Save your money and your appetite. There's a spot right next door with better food, better value, and better vibes. Hard pass. read more

Came for the executive lunch special and was honestly impressed with the portions, quality, service and price of 39.99 per person. Came around 3pm and it was calm and pretty quiet (after the lunch crowd and before the dinner crowd) so it was a nice atmosphere to chat and eat some good food. For starters we went for meat sushi and salmon tartare. Good portion and flavorful. And for mains we went for juicy wagyu burger and filet mignon cooked to perfection. I came specifically for the lunch special on Valentine's Day. Due to traffic, I called ahead to let them know I was running late and asked if I could still order it. I was told over the phone that it would be okay. Based on that confirmation, I came to the restaurant. However, when I arrived, I was told that the time had ended and I could not order the lunch special. This was very disappointing, especially after receiving confirmation on the phone. It felt inconsistent and ruined our plans for the day. Clear communication and guest experience should be a priority, especially on special occasions. read more

Oh, 2017. My early 2018 review of this restaurant was, for a long time, one of my most-viewed write-ups. The most memorable quote from my table was one of my friends wondering "is the salt guy gonna come?" I had a fun experience at Nusr-Et Steakhouse, at what might be remembered as the peak of this Ottoman's Empire. Before Nusr-Et, the only celebrity chef I had ever mentioned in a restaurant review was... Emeril Lagasse. The presentation of the Ottoman Steak and meeting the chef himself was a cool experience, though even back then people were wondering how this could possibly be sustainable. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with this spot. Upon walking in I got cold feet because the restaurant was completely empty around 8pm on a Monday night. It's a nice restaurant with good music and a beautiful bar. The server took us to their meat counter to show and explain the individual cuts. The highlight of the evening was the Wagyu Amor. The most delicious steak I've ever had. The price point is up there but it is worth every penny. The entire steak is the ribeye cap. read more

I had sushi as the appetizer, for the main entree I had the wagyu burger and for dessert I had the baklava with ice cream. It was a $9 up charge but it was worth it. Came by with a few friends to try out the "experience" of dining at a NaCl Bae's establishment as we had seen and read a lot about him. On arriving we were warmly greeted and seated by our hostess. Our servers were all very warm and attentive which was a huge plus in my book. We tried a variety of different Wagyu steaks and they were all delicious and tender. The Tomahawk Steak from presentation to plate was very interesting to watch! For Dessert we had the Baclava with ice cream which was unique and deelish! FOOD POISONING We had a large group of 13 people and were able to get dinner reservation the same day. We arrived and the restaurant was half empty. It's a beautiful place and well decorated. Our table was ready when we arrived and we were seated pretty quickly. We ordered a few drinks, appetizers, steaks. The service was pretty good, lots of staff around taking care of us. The food was good, especially the appetizers. The steaks were better than average but for that price range I can find better. Overall, we agreed we could come back to that place for the right occasion... until we got food poisoning. My stomach started hurting me at night and into the afternoon. After talking to my friends, a third of our group had stomach issues the next day. One of my friend was vomiting all night. I think one of our steaks was bad, and some of us that shared it had food poisoning. This was unacceptable, even more so when you spend over $200 per person read more

Back After a Year of COVID-19... It's been a while, but I finally made it back. The food and ambiance are still just as great as I remembered. This time, I went for the "GOLD" New York strip, cooked to a perfect medium-rare, and also gave the beef tartare a shot (which I skipped last time). The Gold New York strip? Absolutely phenomenal--juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. At $600, though, it's probably a one-time experience for me, but no regrets--it was worth the try! We also had the truffle croquettes, which were delicious, and while the beef tartare wasn't quite my thing, the beef carpaccio is something I'd order again and again. In short, my impression hasn't changed from my original review--everything was excellent. The total bill came to $1,300 for three people, including tip. read more

Let me save you some money--this place is a "dry ice" smoke screen. Miami is too big, up-and-coming, and competitive to be spending your cash here. But hey, if loud, flashy, and a yummy, salty steak are your vibe, you might have fun here. The service is excellent. The team is attentive, accommodating, and friendly--until one server made a five-second mistake by delivering food to the wrong table. The response? Public humiliation and a death stare from a colleague. Completely unnecessary. The vibe here is all "big city" flash and gimmicks. If you're into fine dining, this isn't the place. Granted, we only spent a little over $400 on dinner for two... I'm sure if you spend thousands, you might leave more impressed. At least, I would only hope. I'm all for paying for fine dining, but $400 to leave hungry? No, thanks. The presentation isn't that impressive either. For these prices, go to a Michelin-starred restaurant--not one that leaves barcode stickers on their baklava trays. It's all about the details. On the bright side, the beef carpaccio is absolutely delicious and a generous portion! Happy to say the carpaccio and steak made the trip worth it... But skip the meat sushi--it tastes like they shredded a bag of Lay's chips, added extra salt, and threw it on what could've been decent sushi. The lingering potato chip taste? A definite no. The side dishes aren't worth mentioning, but the skirt steak is exceptional, and the baklava with goat milk ice cream is amazing! Conclusion: If you're looking to spend big bucks for a show with okay food and want to brag on Instagram, this is your place. read more
