We decided to go to Nucci's for dinner because we like to give business to local establishments. At 6:20, we were seated. The waiter came out at 6:40 and took our drink, appetizer, and entree order. We received our drinks 15 minutes later. We were waiting so long for our appetizer that the waiter came out and said he could bring the soup/salad because the orders were all so backed up. After being there for an hour, the appetizer was finally brought to the table. At 7:55, I went over to the owner, Nick, and told him we had already been waiting an hour and a half for our meal and we have other plans we had to get to. We told him we would like to pay for our drinks and appetizer. The waiter came out and said that our entrees were being put on the tray and would be right out. So, we sat back down, and the food was brought out. The prime rib was cold and dry, the filet mingon was overcooked and barely warm, and baked potatoes were cold. We explained to the waiter how the food was, and he went to get the owner. When we told the owner, he became very rude, accused us of lying, and told us we had to pay for the entire bill of $124, even after being unsatisfied. When we told him we would pay for the drinks and appetizer, but not the awful entrees, he grabbed the plates off from the table, spilling it all-over the table and rudely told us to get out, and leave. We again offered to pay for what we already had. Yelling and swearing at us, he threatened to take our license plate number and call the police if we left after he kicked us out. So we decided to call the police because we didn't want to be accused of not paying for our drinks and appetizers. Webster police arrived, and we explained the situation. They told us that because we did receive the main entree at the table that we had to pay the bill in full, which we did not eat because it was served improperly. We should have left when we had the chance. The owner forced us to pay in full for a meal we didn't have. This was a horrible experience. The owner of this business has stolen our money, and he is a thief. We thank the Webster Police officers who came to settle this matter. They were professional, polite, & honorable. If you are considering going to Nucci's, definitely reconsider. The owner is greedy, and this establishment probably won't last based on our experience and the many others we have now read on other reviews. We were hesitant because of some of the reviews but figured we'd give it a try because we live close by. We got take out (chicken parm, Italian wedding soup and pasta), everything was delicious and the one meal was enough for my husband and I to split and still have left overs. I'm Italian so can be picky about sauce, and my grandmother's Italian wedding soup was one of my favorite things to eat growing up so I'm picky about that as well... but I can say, everything was DELICIOUS! read more

I quit New Years Eve bc I am a waitress SO I GET PAID FROM MY TIPS I WAS FIRST IN THAT DAY I did majority of the side work but bc Nick the owner was upset with me he decided to skip me in the seating rotation A NUMBER OF TIMES (NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER) to the point two ppl walked out bc the server being seated couldn't get to the table in time, meanwhile I'm just standing there. Now he will say that isn't true to check his book but he pencils in that book. So if we go into the computer and see the number of checks open and what servers had those checks open and WHAT TIMES THOSE CHECKS OPEN THATS ACCURATE! The computer won't lie. Also if your a server and wanna work here just know you are second to his family meaning he's giving them all the bigger parties. They also have full access to the bar. And as a server it would appear to a customer that I'm slow to bringing drinks from the bar but really it's bc I have to wait for them to fit me in between there tables and drinks. So while his tables get speedy service mine are having to wait. Now to talk about the menu alterations. Last thanksgiving we had a select menu. As they do for the holidays. One of my table asked me to order something outside of the select menu and I was told I couldn't do what they were requesting! When my table ask me why the table next to them was able to but I couldn't. (The table next to mine was the owners son) I had to apologize to the customer bc at this point I saw favoritism was in play and the only people who suffer from that is the customers. There is only one issue I have with this place. If you are in any sort of hurry do not go. We have been there a couple times and I understand an enjoyable meal is drawn out over time, but nearly 2 hours??? It seemed like we were waiting for the waiter so that we could get to the next step. Living in Webster, I'm surprised I haven't found this place sooner! It is in the strip mall. It is really cozy inside and nicely decorated. The food was very good! Homemade blue cheese dressing on the salad They also had escarole with some of their dishes, which I appreciate because I don't eat a lot of pasta. And the veggie was included with the meal- zucchini. Which was excellent! Great garlic flavor. The wine was a good pour. I got the eggplant parm and it was delicious! Ive been here several times with family. I honestly think there are too many better options around (prioretti's marios pasta house to name two) that its not worth going here. The eggplant isnt flavorful. I have gotten the eggplant parm twice and its one of the worst ones around. My wife likes the chicken french. We once ordered the haddock french and they brought us the wrong entree. My wife received her food 20 minutes after mine. That's just unacceptable. The price are on the high side. if entrees were 5-8 dollars less, the quality would be more in line with the prices. It just inst worth going here with these prices and this level of food. read more

Yelp sucks! Tonight we had a supremely wonderful culinary experience. My Fra Diavalo was loaded with lobster, scallops and shrimp in a delicious sauce. Mom's baked penne was done to her satisfaction, and she's a 93 year old Italian lady who always tells it straight. My husband's rib eye was tender and his side of fettuccine Alfredo was amazing. Even my salad dressing, a house made Italian red wine concoction, was extraordinary. Steve, our server, was attentive and helpful. Our meals was delivered in stages, a delicious greens & beans appetizer, salad and soups, and the main courses. These other Yelp reviews suck. This place is really good! read more

I'm a 1969 AQ graduate and we were making plans for our Color Guard gathering on Friday night. Somehow I stumbled upon Nucci's restaurant in Webster and realized that Nick Nucci who graduated with us from AQ was the proprietor. So I thought I'd take a chance and have our Color Guard gathering at Nucci's. Why not help out a fellow classmate with some business. I contacted the restaurant through Facebook and Nick called me back within a couple of hours. Mind you I had not seen Nick in a long time, but he remembered me. We chatted for a few minutes and he said he would be glad to accommodate us for our gathering. Nick was the perfect host. He greeted us with open arms and even extended happy hour for 2 hours. We sat down to eat and Nick gave us a bottle of complementary Champagne and we had a toast to the class of 1969. The wait staff was excellent. She rattled off the list of specials and took our drink orders. She them came back and took our dinner orders. I was a little concerned how the food was going to be based on some of the Yelp reviews. I'm not sure why people left the bad reviews because the food was out of the world delicious. Everyone was served what they order and there were no mix ups. Everyone one in our group was very pleased on the choice of restaurants and the hospitality provided by Nick. I now live in Las Vegas and when I come home for a visit I will be sure to put Nucci's on my list of favorite restaurants to visit during my visit. If you live in Rochester even on the westside it would be well worth the trip to Webster to enjoy a great meal. I'm shocked to see the negative reviews. Last night we enjoyed a lovely dinner and everything about it was delicious. We bought three appetizers, four dinners and two desserts. Everything was perfectly cooked and we had a great waiter. I've been here once before and enjoyed my meal then as well. I didn't plan on leaving a review until after I called to let the restaurant know thinking they should be aware and management couldn't have cared less. Let me start off by saying the food is delicious - shoutout the chefs. The service? You can watch the seasons change from the windows by the time you get your food. 1 hour and 52 minutes. That's the time it took us to get our food. For reference 1 hour and 52 minutes is enough time to: watch the entirety of 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off', take a trip out to Niagara Falls, or play an entire match of soccer. Some might say that's not so bad - and to an extent I agree- like if you're there to celebrate a birthday, you're already celebrating the next one by the time the food gets to you! Was there any warning of long wait times? Nope. It was only after the first 40 minutes of waiting did we find out there was only 1 chef working in the kitchen, and that there were still 3 tables ahead of us. Did the owner make rounds and apologize for the long waiting times? No - Jeopardy was on! It was up to the waitresses (who were busy enough) to apologize and try to keep customers from walking out the restaurant (a sentiment shared by nearby tables as well as ours). Long wait times are inevitable but the lack of care or effort from an owner who is clearly surrounded by unhappy customers is someone who won't get my business again. read more

Checked out Nucci's on Sunday night. Not crowded (as expected) on a Sunday night around 6pm. Seated at a comfy two-seat table. The menu is what you would expect to see at an Italian restaurant. Eggplant parm, chicken parm, etc. To start, I had a cup of the Italian wedding soup (which was tasty and satisfying). The fiancé had a salad, the star was the Italian dressing. It was either a strawberry Italian or raspberry and was so delicious that I dipped my bread into it. The fiancé and I both had the carbonara with pancetta and sausage and it was absolutely delicious. The homemade sausage was cooked perfectly. If anything, it had too much meat with both the pancetta and sausage. Overall we'll be back. read more

Within: Bad first impression, great service, awesome food, waddling. We approached some hand written posters advising us to enter through the shared entrance, makes sense in the winter so cold air doesn't blow all over guests. Immediate first impression wasn't great. The dessert case had some mangled cakes and three small tables were covered with bills or some other paperwork (see image). A USDA beef poser was haphazardly hung amongst some cards. However, we then walked through into the dining area. The eatery was filled with customers, which could be expected for 6 on a Saturday night. If we hadn't arrived when we did, we may have had to wait. We were seated at a round table and promptly had our water poured along with some bread brought over. Our waiter informed us of the specials and we pondered the menu. We started with calamari and soon after ordered chicken parm and baked ziti. When the food came we dove right in, probably not the best because my tongue was burned by the very hot sauce, but much better than being cold. The chicken was well cooked and the breading stayed on even have been sitting in sauce. The pasta - which can be served under the chicken or on the side, an awesome option to give someone - was perfectly cooked and the sauce was flavorful and fulfilling. The busboys were very quick to wrap our leftovers - which we only had because the chicken parm comes with two extra large pieces - and clear the table. While the owner didn't come over, he was always walking around and checking in with tables and keeping tabs on his staff. We waddled out, to go bags in hand, completely satisfied. Decided to try this place because delivery fee was less than others on Grubhub. Should have known better. Ordered penne pasta with meat sauce. The best things about this dish were the plentiful amount of meat in the sauce, and the pasta was cooked perfectly and plentiful. Now the bad things. The sauce was very bland, and they didn't drain the pasta well before plating. So the bottom was swimming in water further diluting the bland sauce. I don't know about the other food but I would not order this ever again. Try something else maybe. read more

Never again!!! Would not recommend at all!!! We went to Nucci's last night with six other people. We had made reservations for 6 p.m. We were seated immediately and the waitress came right over and brought us water and bread. The waitress took our order and then it was almost an hour later when we saw her again to bring us our salads and soup. About 40 minutes after that, our entrees started to arrive. The waitress was very nice, I believe she may have been new at her job, because she forgot to bring some of the items ordered and kept checking her tablet, but she was pleasant. however the food was mediocre. Prime Rib was tough, the lobster tasted like it had been in the freezer a long time, not much taste to it. One of our party ordered a type of garden salad with chicken strips for her main course. The lettuce was obviously freshly washed because she had to pour the water off her plate in order to eat it. The rest of the food was average, nothing special. We were enjoying visiting with our group and didn't think too much about the poor food until the owner made his way to our table. He came to our table as we were about to leave and asked if we enjoyed our meals. My husband said the food was okay but the wait was way too long. At this point, we had been there for 2 hours and 15 minutes. The owner was very perturbed and told us that we were not at Applebee's, that his food was made from scratch. He told us that he was short staffed just like every business and company is. He continuted to go on a rant about the government and how the government had spoiled the American people during COVID and given them so much money that no one will go to work, they just sit on their butts and collect the handouts from the government. The food here is pretty good and the people are nice but the service is terrible. I'm ready for the next restaurant to come in. This place would benefit greatly from a consultant to come in and coach on how to run a restaurant. I've been here a handful of times and my next visit is always right after I've forgotten how poor the service is. Every time I've been here we've had to ask the server to take a drink order. It is at least another 10 minutes before it arrives. I am not kidding when I say we've sat at the table for over 30 minutes with nothing at the table. Two times ago when we were there the bus boy turned off the lights on the whole restaurant. This latest visit was aweful. A couple of of arrived a few minutes later than the first part of our party that was seated. After at least 10 minutes we asked for drinks. Not a huge deal since we were late. Since we had been waiting for a while we asking put appetizers in. The waiter didn't seem to be paying attention so I joked to my wife that there was a good chance he didn't know the order. 5 minutes later he came back to ask what wine we had ordered. After another wait drinks finally showed up. We finished our round of drinks and had no attention from the wait staff until the appetizers were ready. So we waited for a while again with no drinks or food. By the time appetizers showed up we had probably been there over an hour. The manager did say they were busy with a large table and food would be 15 - 20 minutes delayed. This was way longer. We ordered a second round of drinks at this time. Almost as soon as the waiter left we realized they sent the wrong calamari appetizers. After waiting for a while we began to pick at it since we were getting no attention. Dinner showed up finally and the waiter asked if we needed anything else. We told him he brought the wrong appetizer. "Oh I know, but I didn't have the ticket so couldn't tell the kitchen." ... What?! We told him we were still waiting on wine. He said "oh yeah, that's been sitting at the bar." Also asked for milk for our toddler and a side of sauce. Drinks showed up. I had to get up and go to the bar for milk. I had to ask another waiter for the side of sauce. Our waiter also didn't know which dish was which when he dropped them off. Wasn't confused by who ordered what... He just didn't know which dish was what. Unreal. When the bill came I asked him if he could remove the appetizer we didn't order. He came back with a $2 discount on the bill for a $12 order. Really hate to see this place do so poorly. The owners are nice people and the food is good. Sorry Nucci's. I want you to succeed, however it appears you don't take some of the negative reviews serious enough. My first visit a couple months ago was pretty bad. Rude owner, over-cooked pasta, smoky atmosphere. Note to chef: Don't let the pasta sit in the soup all day. After reading about the improvements I decided to give the place another try. I thought by now all the "bugs" would be worked out. Our waitress was new. She informed us it was her second night. She was a little nervous, as could be expected. This was not an issue for me or my dining partner. However there seems to be a pattern of high employee turnover with this restaurant noted from other reviews I have read. The bad: Water spots on our glasses. $1 up-charge on crumbly blue cheese dressing. (seriously?) IMO when paying $ 24 and $26 for entrees, there should not be an up-charge. It's petty. We were still enjoying our salads (not half done) when our entrees were served. Our entrees were too salty. The "cioppino" is not really ciopinno. We went in tonight with 6 adults and 3 kids for dinner for my fathers birthday. Immediately, you noticed there was confusion and lack of organization. Our waiter came over to see what we wanted for drinks and possibly appetizers and wasn't even aware enough to notice there were no menus on the table. Our food didn't come until sitting for almost 3 hours. We asked multiple times for the kids food sooner, but it came after ours. We had to prompt them to clear the table from appetizers and salad as plates were piling up. The food was mediocre at best. We sked to comp a meal for the inconvenience, we were denied. We asked to speak to the owner and he wouldn't come over. We saw him when we were leaving and have never been treated so rude by an owner of any establishment. It amazes me that this restaurant is still in business. We have had been here a few times before, and the service was so so but we thought we would give it a try regardless but never again after this. I would have left 0 stars it let me. read more

Nucci's is a ridiculous place. First of all, all the reviews that mention the wait time are correct. Expect to wait over an hour for your food after you've ordered it- any night of the week, whether the restaurant is full or empty. This dude intentionally understaffs and overbooks; it's been that way for years. The staff and owner will consistently tell you otherwise, "oh we just didn't expect this crowd!" But after hearing that more than five times, we realized it's a pattern. Xmas eve at this place was unbelievable. The wait to be seated WITH a reservation was TWO hours. The food is fine, when it's not gonna kill you. Once I ordered the tomato cucumber salad, and it had FERMENTED, which was a first for me. On xmas eve, we asked for lemon wedges, and they had highly conspicuous spots of blue mold. The cookies in the display counter are worryingly the same over many years- exactly the same... But it is clear that almost all of the food is heated up from frozen and/or premade. That would be fine, but charging $45 for canned clams and frozen shrimp over naked pasta, for one example, is a scam. We were told that they did not have any chopped onions to add to a dish. An italian restaurant that doesn't have any onions isn't making fresh sauce or any other dish, I'll tell you that. Lastly, the service is bizarre. All servers are clearly very chipper- verging on dinner theater- but orders are forgotten and incorrect with hilarious frequency. It's not uncommon to be missing every side you ordered, and get offered a random entree. Nucci's is not an honest business. I cannot stress enough that this review is based on much experience; multiple occurrences of these same issues prove their consistency. An unfortunate incident occurred while I was with my family and friends waiting to be seated. When asked if he had a table available, he looked over at a table and made the statement that "he would if these people would stop camping I should charge them a fee." The table was clearly embarrassed and quickly put their coats on and left. So when I asked if I could sit next to a table of friends he publicly humiliated me and called me a "big shot" and said "I should be able to do whatever I want cause I come here every two years." Clearly he has bigger problems and does not realize he is his own worst enemy. After the rude encounter I decided it was best to leave and he decided to comment that we should go to Applebees because that's where we belong. We ate here this past Saturday, November 11th. I called the day before and made a reservation for 5 people. While on the phone I mentioned we were going out for my boyfriends birthday. I was told he would get a free dessert for his birthday. I then asked if they were doing any Veteran's Day Specials because he is also a Veteran. The man on the phone said he hadn't thought of any specials yet, but he would let me know. We got there at 6:30 for our reservation grabbed a couple drinks before we were seated. Right after we sat a man came over, shook my boyfriends hand and thanked him for his service!!! (I'm pretty sure he was either a Manager or maybe even the Owner). I was so happy he remembered our phone conversation the day before and made a point to thank him personally! He told my boyfriend to pick any appetizer he wanted off the menu. We ordered the Arancini and it was delicious!! Other appetizers that were ordered at the table was I think maybe Clam Chowder or a Lobster Bisque (honestly can't remember which because I don't eat Seafood) but everyone that ordered it said it was tasty. A bunch of our meals also came with salads. For the main course I ordered the Ribeye steak which was cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. I ordered penne pasta with garlic and oil which was also great! Everyone seemed to really enjoy their meal and my boyfriend was super happy they had Lamb on the menu because he doesn't get to eat that very often. They also were running around constantly filling our waters which was nice. After our main meal our waitress came out with a huge piece of cake with a candle on it for my boyfriend! I honestly thought the appetizer was the upgrade from the dessert for it being his birthday and because he was a vet but they comped both the appetizer and the dessert which I thought was super nice of them! I feel like it's rare to find places that show such generosity and I can tell you that it did not go unnoticed. Three of us went for dinner last night. The waiter came over after approximately 10-15 minutes to take our drink order, we opted for water only and asked for an appetizer. Waiter cane back after another 10-15 minutes for food order. Was very frazzled. Possibly new (which is completely fine, everyone has to start someplace). Appetizers came out and five minutes later food comes out. I had the Chicken French which looked good.... however there was absolutely no taste to it whatsoever. I had everyone at the table try the sauce, same thing "this has no taste at all". A woman came over and asked how our meal was, I explained to her that my meal was very bland, no flavor at all. Because the rest of my party was almost finished eating I asked her to just take it back and take it off the bill. She said "no, I'll have the kitchen fix it". So now the rest of the party of done, dishes cleared and out comes my plate. It tasted the exact same... void of taste. No one (including our absent waiter or the woman) came over to check on us or ask if the dish was satisfactory. Will definitely not be back. If someone eats literally two bites of a meal and says this doesn't taste good at all, please just take it back.... you take it back and remove it from the bill. If you decide to demand the dish be fixed, check on your customers. Ask how the meal is. The restaurant was not busy at all. I would much prefer, and do often usually, write reviews for places that I have liked, and enjoyed. And while last night was Valentine's Day (holidays where eating out is a big part of the tradition, one should NOT expect perfection), it's not the food or the service that I will be critiquing. My girlfriend called to make a dinner reservation at 11:30 a.m. the same morning. We were not squeezed in, as several other times were offered at the time of the call, but accepted a 7 p.m. reservation. When we arrived, there were about 5 other couples that had to wait a short time before being seated. Again, not the problem. The restaurant is quite large and there are enough tables to accommodate an influx of 5- 6 couples at one time. The problem(s) were these: One is greeted by the restaurant's owner and host, Mr. Nick Nucci. His place is a lovely restaurant that has some very good servers and staff that is in an industry that typically relies on relationships for repeat and loyal customers. And I'm the type of person that honors and patronizes such a venue. I'm now retired, but part of my job as a salesperson, was to take clients out to dinner as part of establishing a rapport and gaining their business. A friendly and engaging host/owner can make a huge impact on whether a patron enjoys their experience in a restaurant and wants to return again and again. But that was not the case last night. The owner was quite rude and curt to a few of the people that were waiting, not even making eye contact, smiling or engaging any of us. I had forgotten that there was a (large) bar at the establishment, and it would have benefitted both the customer and the owner had it been suggested to us to have a drink while we were waiting for our table. When a table did open up, and Mr. Nucci had to inform the party waiting that their table was ready, he walked through the restaurant, loudly calling out that person's name....like it was a fast food joint and one's hamburger was ready, not like the fine dining establishment it should be. A suggestion for you Mr Nucci: hand people a buzzing device like they do at some fast food places, or better yet, show some respect and class and write down a description of the party and where they are waiting, to personally approach them, letting them know their table is ready, and to assist them in carrying the drinks they could have purchased at the bar while waiting for their table (that could also be bringing you in more money from those drinks). Unfortunately, it gets worse. The straw that broke this camel's back last night was this: As every woman who walked in accompanied by a man, Mr. Nucci would hand the woman a single rose upon seating her, or shortly thereafter. We did not receive a rose simply because we were two women! We ate our meal quietly and watched with complete and utter astonishment and disbelief at the blatant discrimination for the OVER TWO HOURS that we were in the restaurant, as the woman in every heterosexual couple received a rose at the time of being seated. It wasn't until after we had paid our check and were about to put our coats on to leave, that Mr. Nucci finally approached us with two roses, saying "I didn't want you to think I forgot about you....I think you thought I forgot about you." No, Mr. Nucci....we didn't think you forgot about us. That would have been forgivable. You deliberately ignored and disrespected us. It was now after 9 p.m. and there were no more additional reservations, which meant whatever roses you had left, it was probably safe now to get rid of them. My girlfriend and I failed to check to see if the the other female, bi-racial couple received a rose. My guess would be, based on your attitude towards same sex couples, that they did not, for obvious reasons. For the reasons I have mentioned above, it doesn't matter how good the food is (although that is important. And yes, the food is good here) or the ambiance of the restaurant. What matters the most to me is how one is treated, and if the owner makes the effort to connect with the patron. I will absolutely not patronize this restaurant again. There are far too many good restaurants in Rochester who clamor for one's business, and treat patrons like they are happy to have them there....like they rely on them as they are what matters most. Without customers keeping them in business, there is no business. That's basic Business 101. I'm further ashamed that you Mr. Nucci, would treat women in such a overtly biased, judgmental and misogynistic manner. read more

Ordered chicken parm, and clams casino. Here's how it went.. Clams, 8 of them, the size of a quarter. $14 salty, roommate ate. Chicken parm, over cooked chicken, sauce was horrible. $21 I had to call and tell them it had a burnt taste. They wanted me to order something else, I declined and they agreed to refund me the $21 if I would return it, along with the salad, bread, dressing, butter. No problem. Chef said he couldn't believe it was burnt. I said well he wasn't the one eating it. I believe it was the owner that refunded me as he wore no mask and seemed a little put out. Hmmm, how bout me, gas to the place twice. No apology no nothing. Really thought he would refund the entire bill. Wrong, but ok as roommate did eat the clams..so, and yes I did tip him $5 incase you were just thinking I was being cheap!! LOL.. Yogurt and rye toast for dinner....... I have to say I really like this place. Wonderful food, neat atmosphere and terrific service. We were seated promptly even though the place was jammin. My husband has the chicken parm which was nicely portioned and cooked perfectly. The sauce is perfection. I had the broiled scallops with a side of fettuccine alfredo - alfredo was classically made and delicious. Our bill was reasonable , our waters and drinks were consistently attended to & we were checked in on often, but not in an annoying way. Overall, the menu choices are broad, the prices are spot on and the owner is often out greeting and helping. Great bar selections, but I wish they had more local wine options, but now I'm being picky :) I also love they have an information sheet next to the bar for safe ride options. This place is so overpriced for what you get. One time, I was casually looking for Italian places in the area since my normal place (Proiettis) was closed. I walked all the way over here and I was disappointed. The chicken parm was ok. I would've just preferred the pasta honestly. After the meal, I bought a peanut butter chocolate cheesecake to take home. When I got home though, it looked better than it tasted. It wasn't sweet at all. Everything here is just a joke. read more

Overall horrible experience. But it wasn't the servers. They were excellent and so clearly overworked. Steak was completely ruined and the replacement was raw. The owner actually came to our table took a chair and not a word. Really!!! How about hello! Really tough. The food is generally very good. Overpriced. And the service is fair. If I could give less than 1 star I would. The owner is a small, obnoxious man and his restaurant is dirty with crappy food at best. He treats his employees very poorly and doesn't care that he does it in the earshot of his patrons. He has a couple sons working for him and he really needs to specifically either retrain them or just straight up fire the pair of them. My waitress was fantastic and I am very sorry that I totally did not get her name. She was very good and should really put her skills to use at a better place of employment. I will never go back to this joint and I will be telling everyone I possibly can to never go there! read more

Don't bother! The worst meals ever! We had 10 people and the food showed up uncooked and cold. The kitchen is inexperienced and the owner is horrible. We sent filet back 3 times and still owner never showed his face. Then waitress spilled hot steak juice on our friends and the owner still never showed. Don't bother and tell friends don't bother with this crappy restaurant. If you want real Italian food go somewhere else. Proiettis would be a much better bet. read more
