He came the same day, was on-time, texted me ahead of time asking if it was ok if he came 20 minutes early, texted me his ETA and was courteous and professional when he arrived. He installed the deadbolt lock, gave me extra keys, had me test it, explained the different quality ratings of locks (and that what he installed was the highest) and gave me great advice for automating the lock so it automatically locks and can be controlled with my phone.
