I had such high hopes for this establishment. There is definitely something to be said about farm to table. The choices sound super intriguing but are bland to taste and don't equate the price charged. When I first lived to the area one of the servers was drinking on the job. The next few times my opinion relies solely on the flavors presented. The goal of most fresh food places should be that nothing is needed to accentuate the dish save for maybe some lemon or lime. We drove up from Tacoma for lavender and needed a meal. My mom avoids wheat, corn, and potato so we have to be selective. Nourish was perfect! Beautiful space. The staff were all so helpful. One sever noticed we were waiting for a table and brought us coffee. My mom always has questions about ingredients and they didn't bat an eye. We got the sweet and veggie carrot waffles. We went here on the recommendation of my son and his wife, it was a great place to visit and have a great meal. My wife is celiac so finding a place out to eat can be discouraging. My wife was so excited that they had bread options on the menu and yes , the breads are house made. Run down on what we ordered (my son and his family are with us) Rock fish Sandwich w/ Salad - Very good! Mussels - Awesome, tender and tasty with GF crusty bread Mac and Cheese- Kids loved it, the serving was of the kids menu and their was enough to take home for a snack. The beautiful fixtures, garden, and lights really create a unique vibe in this area. Very fun to explore with a date. The food is very good. The quality is amazing and you don't feel horrible after eating here. My wife and I ordered the lamb burger and chicken pot pie. We were both very impressed. Farm to table for sure! However, if you're looking to get the most food for your money, this isn't your spot. Such a lovely gem in Sequim! They're dog friendly in the outdoor seating area and our servers greeted and pet our dogs couple times which made us feel so welcome here. We had eaten at Nourish several years ago and were looking forward to the experience only to be disappointed by mashed potatoes that we're cold, no bread or crackers with my soup, no salt and pepper on the table and overpriced meal. $9.00 for a non-alcoholic drink. Really? Dessert chocolate cakes were dry. Dinner for two with 3 courses (including dessert) came to $126 with tax and 20% tip. Very disappointed. We'll not be eating at Nourish again. read more

What a spectacular meal! We live all the way in Port Orchard, but made the trip out here and would do it again and again because of the quality of ingredients and the amazing flavors and good service. It's just so obvious that the chefs here really care and are passionate about what they are doing because you can taste their passion in their dishes. The attention to detail and the flavor combinations were just stellar. We had a tAble with 3 meat eaters and a vegetarian and everyone raved about their dishes. Not a single person complained about anything on their plate. If you're vegetarian or vegan, you need to try the curry noodle dish. Amazing! This is truly a hidden gem in Sequim, WA! The atmosphere is simple and welcoming. The food is farm to fresh and packs plenty of flavor. We had the Mac n cheese with Dungeness crab on top. As a gluten intolerant I was very excited to experience Nourish when in Sequim last week. We went for a lunch and a dinner. The lunch was very good we both had the fish pie which has mashed potato disk for the topping. For desert we shared the chocolate cake with walnut also very excellent. The dinner was mixed. After a very long wait for a table we shared an mezze platter appetizer with falafel. It was incredibly bland. The falafel was made with plain quinoa with no flavoring. we couldn't finish it. I had a flat iron steak and grilled vegetables. My entree was good. My wife had a mushroom pasta which also was so bland she had to add the pickled items from platter and half my grilled vegetables to provide any flavor. My guess is that a vegetarian would be disappointed and it does seem you have to carefully choose your dishes. Maybe the chef is a carnivore? read more

I finally went with the lamb sausage and clam penne special, with a side of the warm chevre in molé sauce with crostini, because, why not?! Not normally a fan of gluten free bread, I'd eat this crostini any day of the week. The chevre dish is as sweet as it is savory, so don't hesitate to order it at the end of your meal. The penne dish was delicious, and everything in it was unmistakably fresh. It was also generous enough to feed me tonight, as well. I didn't have room or time for the dessert menu, but it looks dangerously delicious. My server was friendly, informed and attentive. While it did take an hour to receive and thoroughly enjoy this meal, that is the point, folks. Don't come here in a hurry. A bit of a strange system of ordering and paying that caused a long line of frustrated people, but otherwise the food and service were good! They have you order at a window, then provide table service, then you go back to the window to pay. When we got in line to pay there were a lot of people in line to order, and all we wanted to do was leave. They offered to us to pay ahead of those ordering, and I heard some of them complain. This place is a gem and we stumbled upon it on our way to Olympic National Park. This place was amazing! We drove up into this little farm house area and the restaurant was located on the side of the farm house and everything was very rustic and modern. The atmosphere is nice. Everything is completely gluten free which is why I went because I have celiac. I'm usually very picky with gluten free food because having celiac for 15 years I know what it should taste like. But they definitely knew what they were doing and the food was amazing. It's reasonably priced for gluten free and if you love crab you need to go here. I will say though the gluten free bread that you can get at an appetizer was not good very very dry. But other than that the crab cakes and my crab sandwich were to die for. read more

If you return to a restaurant when you are in a place for 4 days, either its the only restaurant in the place or it's really really good! On our first visit we stopped for lunch on our vacation rental in Sequim - as a group we tasted the cauliflower lasagna, pot pie and the crab melt - all of the food was awesome - the location in a beautiful garden is even better than the food - on a warm day definitely get a seat outdoor.
