Be careful what you tip. After having lunch an OK lunch. I paid the bill adding a 15% tip which was fair for the service and the food. Much to our surprise the server came out with some cash asking me if I saw the people over in the corner "he said their bill was similar to ours and he left a $20 tip (which was more than 20%) I was so taken back by his confrontation having never had this happen before I didn't know what to say. We would maybe go back for the food but won't because of this server, just not cool at all. read more

I had the chicken pot pie. It was executed perfectly. The bean and beet burger was understated but good. The gazpacho was flavorful and spiced just right. The place is bright and pleasant. The weather was threatening so we didn't sit outside. I would love to try more items on the menu. read more

We didn't end up eating here. The grounds are absolutely lovely and resplendent with herbs and vegetables they use in the kitchen. However I found the experience quite weird. The place was *maybe* 40% occupied. We were told it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait. We waited for a bit and then I asked if it would make a difference if we sat inside (it was completely empty). We were told, "no," and that they were expecting several reservations and were waiting for some tables to open before seating us. Apparently the kitchen was behind. I appreciated their honesty--but I don't quite understand why we couldn't sit at one of the many, many empty tables. It would have been nice if we were given the option of sitting while we waited--either at a table or the bar and offered water or ordering a drink. I guess make a reservation? read more

Amazing food, great atmosphere and impeccable service. My husband had the special which was a seafood gumbo and I had the halibut which was very good. We ended with a wonderful Pluot (cross between plum and nectarine) crisp with ice cream. I would highly recommend this restaurant! read more

In my opinion this is the hottest freshest place to eat in Sequim. It's off the beaten path and definitely not cheap but your body will love this fresh vegan hideaway. This place is amazing! Came here because of the great reviews and it did not disappoint. The place itself is beautiful. A really cute, cozy, attractive aesthetic so it's a really enjoyable place to sit and enjoy a meal. The service is also wonderful-- everyone is so friendly and the service really adds to the whole experience! But of course we came for the food and it was all phenomenal. I got the roast pumpkin and carrot cashew cream penne pasta. There were so many fresh vegetables, the sauce was thick and creamy, and the pasta was perfectly cooked. Finished off the meal with a slice of their carrot cake, which I highly recommend!! I've never had a carrot cake that tasted so refreshing and delicious-- and with so many real carrots! Delicious. Everything was delicious, staff was amazing, outdoor space was beautiful...we had such a great experience. 100% gluten free and my gluten-eating couldn't tell any difference. My wife and I went to the Olympic Game Farm, and decided to stop in after. My wife is a vegetarian, and loved her beet and black bean burger.I had the beef burger, with local cheese. It came with pickled onions and made-from-scratch ketchup on the side. It was one of the best burgers I have ever had. Don't expect the bun to be your classic, basic bread. It was slightly douhhy, but complimented the burger well. We finished with the carrot almond cake, and it was everything I expected after eating my burger. This place is a gem. Advertised on the Lavendar Tour so we stopped in for lunch 1:00 pm Wednesday. Several tables were available out front, on their patio, and inside. My parents, aunt and uncle (all over 70) were greeted with "we won't be able to serve you for 30 minutes." No hello, no how are you. We asked if we could be seated. While shaking his head no he says, "You can but I won't be able to talk to you for 30 minutes and I won't be able to get you drinks." After trying to joke with the gentleman we left knowing he did not want us there. I don't know if someone called in sick or he was having a bad day. I reached out to the restaurant via email and got a reply that we should have MADE A RESERVATION. This is not on their ad and we did not mind waiting--but we did mind being made to feel like they did not want us there. If you go make a reservation or just skip altogether. If you don't have to have organic, there are other places in town with a better selection, variety, and beautifully prepared plates at more reasonable prices. I really want to praise this restaurant, and I can't. The fish was over-cooked, the beef tough, the cake pudding burnt. The prix fixe price ($65) is way out of line for the selections and portions of this 3-course meal. Darn, I really was looking forward to this restaurant being a locally grown farm-to-table favorite. We came here for lunch while we were road tripping to the Lavender Festival. We were a little confused as we were following GPS because it actually sits in a residential neighborhood. As we entered, we found the ambiance to be so peaceful and beautiful. We were surrounded by so much beautiful countryside, which was entirely relaxing. They had plenty of outdoor seating and are pet-friendly. We found that they have an extensive lunch menu and everything sounded amazing! We started off by ordering the garlic bread. It was $4 and not very large. It was more the size of a large muffin. For $4 we expected more... it was good but tasted similar to the Brazilian frozen bread, Brazi Bites we buy at Whole Foods, just bathed in butter. The crab and shrimp cheese dip appetizer was disappointing. It was primarily cheese. I saw maybe 5 little shrimp pieces. I didn't see any crab. Normally when you order this dish anywhere else, it is loaded with crab and shrimp. But unfortunately, this was not the case here. The smoked salmon pasta was gorgeous! Beautiful presentation! However, the sauce was very thin and soupy. The smoked salmon was very flavorful but the rest of the dish was very bland. I was not really a fan of the GF pasta. GF pasta has come a long way and in many instances, you wouldn't know that it is GF. I believe this pasta was homemade so A for effort! However, we found the pasta to be very dense and heavy. Our favorite was the chicken pot pie. It was filled with chicken and home-cooking goodness. (I attached a pic). They also had yummy looking desserts in their case, but unfortunately, we were so stuffed, that we did not have room for desserts. Overall, love the concept of farm to table. Customer service was decent. Love supporting local businesses... Love the home-feel and love that our entire family, even the four-legged members could join us for a meal and love LOVE the fact that they offer a 100% GF menu. If I come to the Lavender Festival again, I would come back to Nourish Sequim but I would try different menu items and not waste my appetite on the appetizers so I could have room to try one of their yummy looking desserts. read more

Best Valentine's Day ever!!! The take home Nourish Valentine's Day Event was soooo fun and delicious! I could  set the table and decorate it the way I wanted, there was a step by step guide to reheating and timing the event, then there was a online link to files that allowed the Nourish server to introduce each course and had lovely accompanying music for each course. It was just the best experience, and then not having to break the mood to drive home was also much nicer Than going to a restaurant! I hope they will continue to offer online events in the future, especially their online Valentine's Day event.  Don't get me wrong, their restaurant is lovely, but there just are some holidays better celebrated at home...  ;-) read more

The dumbest place on earth to eat at! Straight off the bat attitude and rude waitresses! We went before the mask mandate was into effect again. You have to order inside so they made me wait outside cuz I had no mask I said do you have one do you guys prove them ? No we don't wait outside will take your order. I had my family seat outside while I order she finally came and started finding dumb reasons to give me ok ur order won't be made till after the line of ppl I said ok that's fine we got a table will wait. Oh you can't seat till you order I look at her I'm ordering right now aren't I ? No, they have to get up. She went and got 4 kids as husband up to wait at restaurant door while I order. Husband said screw it we're leaving. Anyways if you gonna have dumb rules to order inside this that and want to follow stage rules your own rules need to change. The atmosphere was nasty !! Was visiting the town don't live there and don't recommend! This restaurant was amazing! We stopped by while staying in Port Angeles and visiting Olympic National Park and loved everything we tried. Our server was extremely kind and the gardens outside the restaurant were stunning. The green curry was phenomenal, and totally gluten free and vegan! We actually had our wedding reception at Nourish Sequim in late August 2021, and we were absolutely blown away by the level of attentiveness, deliciousness, and hospitality of everyone we interacted with at Nourish. They let us rent out the entire place on a Saturday night for a great price which included all food and drink for the evening, including the freaking wedding cake! It was absolutely perfect for our micro wedding of 34 people, and we keep getting compliments weeks after the fact about how superb the food was, especially the cake! Also they were great about working with us on the menu, while providing amazing base ideas to work with. Also I was totally amazed they made last minute preparations for our one vegan friend who I'd forgotten to mention, and he ate like a king. I would seriously recommend Nourish to anyone for any type of event, possibly the best decision we made for the entire event. We will be back many many times in the future! read more

My husband and I ate at Nourish tonight for the first time and it was delicious. I had the cream of asparagus soup, the pork, and layer cake. The pork was amazing. It was tasty, moist, and the best pork I've ever had a restaurant. My husband had scallops, flank steak, and pan a cotta, it was equally delicious. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the meal was well paced. Both my husband and I were very full when we left. Nourish is surrounded by beautiful flowers and gardens.
