Gnocchi Pesto, Gnocchi Alla Mare, and wine.

Second time coming here (the first was during their grand opening in July), and I can't say enough good things about this place! The staff is incredibly efficient, welcoming, and attentive. Our servers, Sal and Ethan, took great care of us throughout the meal, and the owner, Jaxton, even stopped by our table to check on how everything was. It's always a great sign when an owner is so hands-on and genuinely cares about making sure every guest has a great experience. He was so friendly and made us feel truly welcome. I had the Gnocchi al Pesto alla Genovese, and it was absolutely delicious! My husband ordered the Alla Mare and a Vesper Martini, and I was lucky enough to try both--they were fantastic as well. Plus, they're open until 2 a.m. on weekends and have live jazz! After experiencing the energy at the grand opening and coming back again, I can definitely see this becoming Sausalito's go-to nightlife spot. Highly recommend!

I only wish Elizabeth could see Divino today. I think she would be so happy to know it's alive again. Johnny has done a wonderful job reopening one of Caledonia Street's most beloved restaurants. Divino was always one of my favorite places to eat, and it was such a joy to return last night and experience its new chapter. I truly wish Johnny and the entire team every success. One of the nicest surprises was seeing so many familiar faces. The staff are still there--hardworking, welcoming, and a huge part of what made Divino feel like home. It was comforting to see them again. The food was fresh and delicious. We shared the passed creamy risotto, a crisp cucumber and tomato salad, flavorful pasta, and perfectly crusty bruschetta. Every dish was wonderful. The cocktails are as good as ever, and I was thrilled to see the same bartender behind the bar. There's also live music, and the outdoor seating is still one of the best spots on Caledonia Street for people-watching on a beautiful evening. The biggest change is the back room, which now has a darker, cozy vibe complete with a piano. It's a great space, though I'd love to see the folded chairs replaced and the room fully transformed into a late-night lounge. Welcome back, Divino. Thank you, Johnny, for bringing this special place back to life. I think Elizabeth would be proud.

OK, so not fully open yet. I attended the "soft opening" this past Friday. I had a great time, I met some cool people. The crowd was somewhat massive, at least on the street. There was much more room inside, but a little too hot for comfort. I would like to call out the folks that kept blocking the doorway, it's just remarkable to me that people kept standing in front of the doorway, virtually shutting off the facility from customers entering, like a boulder in front of a cave. Holy Jesus! There were two or three areas from which to order cocktails outside and an occasional complimentary food item was hustled through the crowd in a haphazard fashion. The interior has not been changed one iota, at least to my eyes. Now this is cool because I always felt that there is a great aesthetic, especially the back room with the very colorful abstract art and lighting which is very pleasing. One had to go searching for a little snack to complement the booze sold. It wasn't easy. It's cool that they tried to keep it the way it was, including the staff, which is most likely suggested by the previous owner, Elizabeth. That's admirable and cool, but doesn't necessarily work well considering some have the personality of a door knob. At any rate, I'll be there a lot. I love the place. I love the music. I wish the whole joint good luck and a long successful run! Ratatattat, bring on the jazz! Absolutely what Marin needs, all Italian wine imports, original cocktails and knowledgeable staff! What Johnny Love and Jaxton Funk have put together it's truly special. In a world full of "elevated cuisines" and "big corporations" this is the last heartfelt experience in all Marin.

My sister was cold and really didn't want to have to sit outdoors so we almost opted for to go food, but ultimately chose to dine anyways, and I'm so glad we did. I'll start by saying EVERYTHING was incredible. From the food down to the service we received. All of the staff we interacted with during our time there were very kind and attentive. For starters, when we arrived, I told our waitress we had a dog and she directed us to a table on their "indoor patio ", so we we're basically sat indoors, which was really nice. We weren't cold at all, and had we been, it looked like they had overhead heaters! We ordered their bread service, the warm trout dip, truffle fries, steak & frites, the burger, mussels/clams, the chocolate tart and creme brûlée. It was all delicious. While eating our appetizers, our poor pup got sick and threw up under the table :( we tried to discreetly clean it and felt really embarrassed. Entrées came out a few minutes later, and while eating our entrées, it happened a second time. At that point, we were ready to ask for the food to go, because we were feeling so thoroughly embarrassed. As I started cleaning the vomit a second time, our kind waitress came over and told me she would take care of it. I apologized repeatedly, and we felt sooo bad. She was so kind, and gracious towards us, telling us it was okay. I never got her name, but I wanted to let her know just how much we really appreciated her assistance and for not making us feel worse about what had happened. The way she handled the situation, was the epitome of dog friendly service. I'm not sure why our pup was so sick at the restaurant. My guess is he may have swallowed some water while playing at the beach. I just really wanted to express my gratitude for you all allowing us to enjoy a nice meal and continuously treating us kindly and respectfully after our poor boy got sick in your restaurant. Thank you again! If you're looking for a restaurant with delicious food, great ambiance and even better service, THIS IS IT

Outside seating was relaxing and the views complimented the evening. Nice to see staff members with smiles on their faces, don't always see that at a restaurant! Fharid was the server, ever attentive, but just enough! What's important...the food! Romaine Caesar Salad - just enough of the flavorful dressing to compliment the salad. Roasted Half Chicken - tender and absolutely delicious. Portions were very filling. A wonderful homemade peach mint chutney enhanced the flavor option if you so wished. I love chutney, wished I could buy a bottle to take home! Dark Chocolate Cake - words can't describe how good it was! Dark chocolate cake, sour cherries, fresh whipped cream - a piece of chocolate art. Hated to destroy the dessert, but I did! It was decided I should meet the baker. She came out and I thanked her again for the beautiful and flavorful surprise. The Bungalow Kitchen: Great evening, wonderful food, atmosphere is superb, lucky to live nearby.

The Manager Peter really appears to be on point. My dry aged bone in New York strip had real dry aged flavor. It was a little under seasoned and with no salt and pepper on the table I just ate it. My GF really enjoyed her filet. The one thing we both said was that both of our mains and both of our sides were served on the cool side. They were at the temperature that most meals are at when we are at the end. The corn side was served on the cob; ridiculous. JUST DON'T! The menu is small. All of the employees were instructed to tell EVERYONE that they just added 12 new items to the menu. Which means that they threw out Michael Mina's menu and replaced it with their own. The energy in the restaurant is lively and loud. There were people watching the game at the bar and many parties chatting it up around you. It's a great atmosphere and perfect for a night out. Started off with chips and salsa. The chips were on the thicker side, which I think made the chips crispier if you're into that. It came with two salsas (salsa verde and red salsa). The salsa verde had a fresh, bright flavor with a nice tang. Ironically, the red salsa was a lot milder. It had a slightly sweet, bold flavor but still tasted a bit watery. I ordered the fish tacos, but found they were a miss for me. The accompanying sauces didn't add much to the flavor profile. The toppings and sauce were watery, leaving the overall taste bland. On the other hand, the lamb birria was a hit, but I think I would have preferred a traditional beef birria instead. Had a strong gamey flavor I couldn't ignore. The food did not live up to their presentation. I did enjoy the atmosphere and service, but the food fell flat for me. If I could describe this experience, it would be disappointing.
