Ambiance: casual/ date spot Service: attentive and nice Their Neapolitan style pizzas and whole roasted branzino is cooked in a handcrafted Valoriani oven from Tuscany!! So the pizzas come out with a light and airy crust!! Highly recommend ordering any pizza from here!! My absolute favorites: Oysters- clean, lightly briny, and refreshing Tempura Green Beans w/Shrimp ($18)- I love how light and crispy the batter is, green beans had a crunch and who doesn't love garlic chips!! Smoked Trout Dip ($25)- mixed with tomatoes and avocado with homemade potato chips, salty snack in an addicting way North Bay Pizza ($25)- you get sweet, salty, cheesy flavor profiles Peach Crumble Pie- naturally sweet with a golden crumble Since it's a farm-to-table restaurant, the menu is seasonal, so some of these dishes may change depending on what's fresh and in season. But honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu!!! Def coming back for more!!

Nice location with outdoor sitting. No direct water view but the view is just right outside. Truly lives up to farm-to-table promise with very fresh local ingredients. Excellent services and great food. Definitely will recommend.

I felt maybe I was a bit critical in my last review. .. I thought perhaps it was just a bad day for them so I went back to try their evening menu. The second experience was a disaster. 1. DRINKS: They served me their "special" old fashioned, which was terrible...way too sweet... so I sent it back... I later found out that they used brandy instead of a bourbon or whiskey... 2. FOOD: We ordered their margarita pizza "extra crispy " as instructed by a friend who said the tend to come undercooked.. it came to us way undercooked... crust chewey and doughey.... We sent it back and the second one was better. ...actually pretty good. I do want to add this: i still may return someday because things can change. Management at good restaurants read reviews, acknowledge problems and often fix them. I believe they have management that cares so im confident that whatever issues I mentioned will likely be solved very quickly

The food was amazing. I had the chicken sandwich it came with fries. The sandwich had a spicy coleslaw and it was very good. My friend had the poke and she said it was delicious. We sat outside at a very comfortable table. It was nice to be able to people watch. The staff were friendly and attentive.

For me, Cultivar lands around 3.5 to 4 stars for brunch right now, but I'm open to being wooed on a future visit. We had a tasty, spendy, weekend brunch experience here, the day before Mother's Day. The biggest draws were the buzz of the crowds, pretty marina views in the distance, and country club-like outdoor cafe seating, alongside outdoor couches, perfect for lounging and enjoying rose and pizza on a sunny day. It has an Edward Hopper meets Scandi feel, and a very attractive bar area. Service was professional but slow. Dishes were solid & made with quality ingredients. Our meal included a well executed omelette with wild mushrooms ($27), smoked trout and spinach eggs Benedict ($30) with a good hollandaise, and a coffee service complete with raw sugar cubes that was brewed strong enough to make me wish I could afford a weekly waterfront brunch. My main hesitation was pricing is roughly 1.5 times other comparable brunch spots. The waterfront setting, higher rent & newly designed interiors may justify that for many: they are already pulling larger crowds on sunny Sausalito days.

We stopped by after an sunset stroll in Sausalito. It was Friday night with not reservation and was lucky to grab 2 last seats at the bar. Ordered the beet cocktail and a few bites including the veggies pizza with eggplants. Balance cocktail, good pizza and service. The olive oil cake was way too sweet for us and on a drier side but otherwise, great place to grab a bite and fun vibes.

This place was really good and super nice inside--great atmosphere overall. The gnocchi was delicious, especially the one stuffed with cheese--that was definitely the best thing I had. The pizza was good the day we got it, but honestly even better the next day. The wagyu was just okay, nothing too special, but the drinks were really good. One thing to note is there's no dedicated parking for the restaurant, so you'll have to either pay for street parking or park closer to the ferry and walk over. When we went, the weather was perfect, which made the whole experience even better. I'd definitely go back, mainly for the gnocchi.

I'm a long-time fan of the Chestnut Street Cultivar location (love the back patio and cozy fireplace ambiance, not to mention the grilled cheese and tomato soup!) and was excited for an excuse to cross the bridge and check out the Sausalito location. A completely different vibe, and yet the familiar (and expected!) quality -- and new surprises. Table favorites included the branzino and the "North Bay" pizza with prosciutto, fig jam, goat cheese AND a duck egg. Sparkling rosé pairs perfectly with everything in life. Great service. Attentive without interrupting time with friends. A beautiful evening out and looking forward to a return visit to try out brunch.

Great spot for dinner!! New place with a great ambiance. All the food we ordered was good, except for the game hen. The skin was not crispy and needed more seasoning. Food came out at a good pace and the place was busy too. Our waiter was super friendly and social. Even went behind the bar and made a special mocktail for my aunt. The kale and apple salad was good but a little more cranberries and cheese would make it better. If I'm in the area I'll be back!

We came here on a weekday for an early dinner. It wasn't as busy as the other restaurants so we gave it a go. The food was good and the drinks were pleasant. For some reason the waiter was extremely pushy and kept wanting us to sign the check although we were not finished with our food. He even came back to tell us to make sure not to forget to sign the check. We go to restaurants often and have never felt rushed before. Extremely rude waiter, unfortunately.

Ok gnocchi. A bit too "mushy" for our taste, but good sauce.

Service was great! Our friends made the experience a blast! The food was ok. We especially liked the bread rolls! The gnocchi was too mushy and overcooked. Pork chop was delicious! Nice, friendly ambiance with many tourists!

I wanted to make sure to take the time to leave a review, my friends and I came in last Sunday night for a friends bday and wanted to say Izzy was exceptional! The food was fantastic, as were the drinks, but our server was really what I wanted to leave the review for. She absolutely rocked! Thank you again :)

    Tons of awesome outdoor seating

Cultivar is the restaurant that Sausalito desperately needed. The space is beautiful and really comfortable. Big leather booths, warm lighting, and an inviting bar that makes you want to stay a while. The heated outdoor seating is fantastic too, especially since it's dog friendly. The food is outstanding. The lobster mac and cheese is a standout, and the pizzas are excellent, simple, flavorful, and clearly made with great ingredients. Service is quick and friendly. What I love most is the overall energy of the place. It's lively, fun, and has a level of sophistication that feels like a real boost for Sausalito's dining scene. It's the kind of place that works just as well for a casual dinner as it does for drinks and a long evening with friends and family.

My sister was cold and really didn't want to have to sit outdoors so we almost opted for to go food, but ultimately chose to dine anyways, and I'm so glad we did. I'll start by saying EVERYTHING was incredible. From the food down to the service we received. All of the staff we interacted with during our time there were very kind and attentive. For starters, when we arrived, I told our waitress we had a dog and she directed us to a table on their "indoor patio ", so we we're basically sat indoors, which was really nice. We weren't cold at all, and had we been, it looked like they had overhead heaters! We ordered their bread service, the warm trout dip, truffle fries, steak & frites, the burger, mussels/clams, the chocolate tart and creme brûlée. It was all delicious. While eating our appetizers, our poor pup got sick and threw up under the table :( we tried to discreetly clean it and felt really embarrassed. Entrées came out a few minutes later, and while eating our entrées, it happened a second time. At that point, we were ready to ask for the food to go, because we were feeling so thoroughly embarrassed. As I started cleaning the vomit a second time, our kind waitress came over and told me she would take care of it. I apologized repeatedly, and we felt sooo bad. She was so kind, and gracious towards us, telling us it was okay. I never got her name, but I wanted to let her know just how much we really appreciated her assistance and for not making us feel worse about what had happened. The way she handled the situation, was the epitome of dog friendly service. I'm not sure why our pup was so sick at the restaurant. My guess is he may have swallowed some water while playing at the beach. I just really wanted to express my gratitude for you all allowing us to enjoy a nice meal and continuously treating us kindly and respectfully after our poor boy got sick in your restaurant. Thank you again! If you're looking for a restaurant with delicious food, great ambiance and even better service, THIS IS IT

I would definitely recommend coming here for a drink. Also, the bistro side (Farley Bar) is decent (at least as far as the burger goes). Sula, the restaurant fine dining side, does not have very good food. The food has been on a steady decline since the change from Murray Circle in 2022. Previously, it featured fantastic California cuisine that highlighted some of the best offerings in the area: the fresh oysters were particularly memorable. It was a rare instance where a restaurant with an unmatchable setting and ambiance still invested in serving really tasty food. Sula has decided to forgo this and instead move towards Asian fusion (a bit of a head scratcher). There also seems to be a move away from local produce: the romaine in Caesar salad tasted as though it was from a bag, and it was wholly unnecessary to add miso to the dressing (in fact, the seasoning was decidedly off because of the miso). There seems to be a requirement to dust each dish with edible flowers, but they don't do anything for the flavors of the dish. I got the short rib ragu bolognese: the short ribs and pappardelle were good, but the sauce lacked depth and it was clear that it had not been cooked for a long time to meld the flavors (the tomato pieces were still whole). The truffle risotto was simply a mound of cooked rice that lacked flavor: there was a hint of some truffle, but the dish was not creamy nor savory as one might expect risotto to be. The cocktails were quite good, and the carmelized bread pudding was decent (thankfully not fusion-ized with miso or soy sauce or some other poorly fitting Asian flavor). If you're going to come to Cavallo Point (which you should, it's great), I would highly recommend going just to Farley Bar and sticking with drinks.

The energy in the restaurant is lively and loud. There were people watching the game at the bar and many parties chatting it up around you. It's a great atmosphere and perfect for a night out. Started off with chips and salsa. The chips were on the thicker side, which I think made the chips crispier if you're into that. It came with two salsas (salsa verde and red salsa). The salsa verde had a fresh, bright flavor with a nice tang. Ironically, the red salsa was a lot milder. It had a slightly sweet, bold flavor but still tasted a bit watery. I ordered the fish tacos, but found they were a miss for me. The accompanying sauces didn't add much to the flavor profile. The toppings and sauce were watery, leaving the overall taste bland. On the other hand, the lamb birria was a hit, but I think I would have preferred a traditional beef birria instead. Had a strong gamey flavor I couldn't ignore. The food did not live up to their presentation. I did enjoy the atmosphere and service, but the food fell flat for me. If I could describe this experience, it would be disappointing.

It's a bit pricey as you would expect for a hotel restaurant. They have lots of seating and when the sun comes out you can eat out on the deck, overlooking the amazing views of this wonderful place. Unfortunately for us it was just a little too chilly for outside, at least for me I was a little wimpy without my jacket. Everything we had was great. I had the salmon BLT, the Miso Caesar with grilled shrimp, and the last day I had the burger. The burger and sandwiches come with salad, if you want to get fries there is an up charge. I like salads and I'm used to the opposite so I was pleased. And the salads are generous, with radish and tomatoes and good lettuce. My husband did get the fries on the last day and they were yummy - worth the up charge for sure. The burger was his favorite - he also liked his chicken sandwich but it was a little harder to eat. Service staff is all excellent. I'd definitely come here again, even if I wasn't staying at the hotel.
