I wanted to give it a few weeks before I left my review, but I will wholeheartedly say that I have had an amazing experience with NOS Computers. They helped me diagnose (for free as well!) and helped me replace the part that was hurting my PC. I'm really appreciative of their work and they talked me through everything they found even gave me the broken water cooler for my pc that gave out on me. There was no hidden costs, everything was shown ahead of time and they made sure to talk to me about everything very clearly! I'm truly grateful for them or else I would not have my PC here and working today. Thank you - Caleb R. read more

NOS is absolutely my go-to place for computer purchases and upgrades. They are extremely knowledge, always informative and polite (no matter what your level of expertise), and completely professional. After buying and upgrading a Razer laptop there, I convinced my Music/Sound Designer husband to purchase from them instead of his usual provider, Sweetwater. NOS built him a monster rack mount with a newer OS and twice the bells-and-whistles for almost half the price. Needless to say, my thrifty hubby was thrilled! You can definitely trust this reliable company with your computer babies, and that's such a relief. Go! And tell them Ruby says hi read more

Great experience, brought it in and they were very nice and informative, did a diagnostic and didnt charge me because it wasn't a big hassle. 10/10 Recomend read more

They've always provided me with great service at reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

12yr old computer DOA but needed to transfer to new 11 machine. I'm busy and preferred to have someone who knows what they are doing accomplish that task. Sure, we will get it done for you same day, is what I was told. 2 hours later, I get the phone call telling me to come get it, they are all done. The price is right, the service is top notch, a very pleasant and polite staff with a ready smile and air of confidence. In my opinion, for repairs, suggestions and advice, the only place to go is NOS read more

Great service.?Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Helped revamp an older laptop with a fast, solid state hard drive and a fresh copy of windows to my specifications. read more

These folks saved my butt twice in three days! My 2 year old laptop was without a heartbeat, despite hours of conversations with the manufacturer reps. I've never needed support from a computer repair place, but I needed immediate access to a device to give me access to my solid state hard drive. NOS had one in stock! Wow - I used it to get access to my most current files from the "dead" computer. The manufacturer wanted me to buy an extended warranty for $97, WAIT 30 days, then deliver the dead computer to their depot for repair. I'd still have to pay $$$ for the repair. Since NOS had delivered on the hard drive access device, I gave them a crack at the dead computer. Within 2 hours, they called and said it was fixed. Andrew was awesome, my computer was returned and I reinstalled my solid state disc drive, and am writing on the repaired computer. These guys are amazing and well worth it! read more

Sure glad I took my sick desktop to these guys! Friendly, great communication, and they know what they're doing. Definitely a big recommend from this daily computer jockey! read more

Helpful and surprisingly affordable - they did all they could to recover my data after a crash on my business laptop.

I have a new computer that needed Microsoft Office . With all the complaints about downloads online not to mention viruses, I checked with NOS and they installed it for me for less than online. Plus they answered my questions while I was there! It's so nice having them around! read more

I have had NOS Computers build me a computer for gaming, as well as repair an old computer. Their service is amazing and prices are very fair. Highly recommend them over a big box store any day. read more

I went to NOS computers today to have them repair my computer. This isn't the first time I have been to their location, they have been repairing various computer issues that I have had for about two years. Why did I decide to write today you may be thinking? First, everyone that works there is extremely professional. You are greeted right away and they let you vent about how your son downloaded another virus. No judgement ever. Second, they are extremely knowledgeable. The owner Colin is very friendly and he and his staff definitely know their stuff. I can describe (usually in very few words) what's happening and they always fill in the blanks for me. Third, they are fast. When my son is at home whining because he doesn't have a computer I know they will give me a quick turn around- or let me leave it there for a few days. Mood dependent. Overall, their service is wonderful. I would absolutely recommend. read more

These guys know their stuff!! And great customer service!!!! We brought my ancient Dell into try and bring it up to the 21st century. It's not worth it. But they were able to help us with a new machine. Great customer service!!!! read more

This business is great to do business with. They care about their reputation, and aim to please their clients. I had a battery in my Apple Mac fail. They replaced it and charged me for the battery, but without any labor charges. A few months went by and I had additional issues. I took my computer back to them. They ordered a new battery for me, and did not charge me. (They would work on a refund from the battery supplier.) This business is: "One of the few computer repair companies where the prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly." Cheers to you. read more

DO NOT go anywhere else. These guys are thoroughly excellent. I had a whole bunch of issues, including the need for a specially built pc. NO PROBLEM. Quick, professional, efficient and the price was not only competitive, it knocked the competition out of the park. Oh, and DAMN do they know their stuff. read more

Whatever u do do not use nos!!!! They charge for things they don't even fix! We have had our computer looked at 3 times by them and all times were told nothing was wrong w it even tho it kept shutting off... took somewhere else and after just describing the problem they knew the issue. Fixed same day and no problem since.. tonight we were on the computer and noticed now never hooked up our second hard drive when they did a case swap! They literally couldn't even plug a plug-in we just did it ourselves but the fact that we spent all of that money all of those times to have stuff looked at fixed and redone and we're still having to do stuff ourselves and having to take it somewhere else to actually be fixed read more

I hate to say I needed a new laptop! I held on as much as possible. 2 batteries. 2 updates from the geeks to make it run better. And finally after 11 years of use it was time to put the ol bird into a recycling bin. Don't waste time at the big box stores! Nor talking to a Dell associate overseas two times and getting two different answers and advice for what would suit my home business needs. On a referral I came to NOS. Glad I did. Colin takes the customer service to a new higher level. I cannot believe how I was treated and sold a device way below the mistake I may have done on Amazon, Newegg, Best buy, and any other asshat in your circle that knows a computer. Keep it up NoS love you guys and will refer all my clients to you!!! read more

I bought a gaming pc off Craigslist got home and it wasn't working ... the dude didn't let me get my money back so I was looking where I can get it fixed and found NOS. I went in the next morning told them what the problem was and they were the most helpful people I've ever met, they were very understanding and caring, I left my pc with them over night and then they called me the next morning 3 mins after they opened, so I came down and picked it up they tested it and it works better then it ever could. I'm extremely satisfied would recommend this place to anyone BEST IN TUCSON!! Thank you Collin! read more

I was going on a trip and my laptop wasn't working. I dropped it off at NOS and picked it up upon my return. They did everything they said they would do, added new virus protection s/w for the quoted price. Excellent friendly service. These are my go to guys from now on. read more

Shaun has always been great when Nos was located at Tangerine in the Fry's Market place he worked on my devices and got them up to speed. A few years ago, they moved to Shannon and Ina Rd. I must say the manager/owner is not easy to deal with and can be rude. I have an older Dell. First time I took it to him his comment was that is an old device and tried to sell me a newer one. I had it service, new drivers and Window 10 added. Was happy with the service. About a month ago started having issues with the USB port when trying to read and SD card. Then the printer would not work, nor could I upload photos from my phone. I could not leave the device but Nos check printer, sd card with their equipment and they were working. Nos said they would service my device and said it was working, when I returned the bill was 90.00 but they discounted it to 50.00. But after getting it home it was doing the same thing. I called and spoke with Shaun, and he said bring everything back. So, when I got there the manager came out was very rude said I never wanted to leave my device which is not true and was only one time when they service a few weeks before. He then proceeded to tell the device old, but they would go through the device for another 150.00 possible more. I did say to him I was under the assumption that you did check the device out, was not told it need to come back and gone through for viruses etc. Long story short I asked who the manager was and he told me he was. He had already taken the device to the back, the owner/manager told me then that they would not charge me but this would be the last time and never bring the device back. I then said just give me my device and he again said I told we would work on it and not charge you. I then insisted that I wanted my device, he went and got it and his comment was good choice do you want me to take it to your car. He put my device in the car and said now wasn't that easy my comment to him was have a nice day! He always talked to me as if I was stupid about computers I do know a bit about them but hard to explain what is wrong in their terminology. Of course he commented back I did not say you where stupid and proceeded to tell me with and old device it could be many things. After he had worked on it at the time of the service when I brought my device home it had other things in the saved files/pictures that where not there until he owner/manager worked on it. Humm! read more

I called to find out if they can fix my iPhone 7 cracked screen. I was told it was $110 and it takes 3 to 4 days to get the part and then another day for them to fix it. I wound going to the mall and in 2 hours had a nice new phone. read more

Excellent service. Came in with dysfunctional laptop, they explained all the options and recommendations in terms I understood. The laptop was done when they said it would be, they allowed me to make sure it was functioning properly before I left the store, and it works brilliantly. Very satisfied. read more
