I knew I needed a new phone battery and I went in for that. Quick and professional. but then my phone started moving around to apps and sites whenI was not touching it (ghosting). At that point I was told that it was either my screen or something more serious.The recommendation was to replace the screen and see if that worked. It did not. I went back and it was explained that ghosting when it was not a screen issue was a more serious internal issue. Since my phone was quite old, I decided to purchase on of the refurbished phones there. I was given a refund for the part I had purchased. Not being especially "tech" savvy, even though I had backed up my old phone, I had difficulty getting everything set up. I took it back into the shop, along with the old phone and my computer and Jesus was very willing to take time to be sure that all the things I needed like email, photos, music were set up correctly. I was very grateful that I was always treated fairly and professionally. He did not make me feel that my requests for extra help were either an imposition or bothersome because of my lack of knowledge of how to set everything up. My wife had recently dropped her phone and the screen was cracked in the corner, but the LCD was completely ruined. We had gotten a screen repair done there before and returned in hopes of a slightly bigger repair (I thought anyway). We showed up after work and as with last time we were helped by Jesus. We were expecting a couple hours wait time to be completed but it was roughly 25 minutes and he had the screen back up and running. Highly recommend this place. Professional appearance, sociable personality, and knowledgeable to get the job done. Also, the times we have been, they have been very open with the schedule to come and have gotten it fixed the same day we called. P.S. My daughter's iphone had a green line running through the screen, which had gotten wider as time progressed. With the Easter holiday and her need for the phone for work, she didn't have time to have it sent out. After a frustrating encounter with a local company, she stopped by to cry on my shoulder. I suggested ifix. We got in the car and arrived at 4:45. (There was another customer that walked in right before us.) The gentleman at the counter acknowledged us immediately, and said he'd be right with us. When we got to the counter, he was able to give us an immediate quote and said he could have it finished before he left. (They close at 6.) AMAZING!!!! Highly recommend. I had to have an iPad Pro charge port replaced. The iPad USB-C charge port tends to wear much quicker than a iPhone thunderbolt port. This work required opening up the iPad, getting cables and connector free so the charger port can be accessed While having to protect the screen from any harm. Wow, leave it up to Jesus at IFix Smartronic. After a phone call with him, the iPad was dropped off in the morning and returned to me a few hours later. IPad looks immaculate and charges great again! I had a cracked phone screen and most fortunately a backup phone (same model) of my husband's with a good screen. The battery on my iPhone died, or at least went sideways, but Nick replaced it. The first battery didn't work as it was supposed to, so he replaced that. The phone works like it should now.
