The Manfolk thought he had a crack in the screen of his Iphone. I found RSR after searching on Yelp. We stopped by on Saturday and Jesus was there to assist us. Jesus checked out the phone and found that the screen was in perfect condition and it was only the screen protector that was damaged. He replaced the protector as quick as a bunny and we were on our way within ten minutes. Jesus was kind, knowledgeable and professional. They have three locations in Tucson so they are very conveniently located. I'm thankful we found them and know that we will take all of our techie stuff to them in the future. read more

I have received computer repair services at Ready Set Repair multiple times over the last few years. The service and experience was always great! Unfortunately, purchasing a refurbished lab top from them was a different experience. After taking my previous laptop in for service and learning it was fried, I decided to purchase a refurbished laptop from them. I figured it was safe since my previous service experiences had been positive and I had never felt like I was being ripped off. After a sleazy sales pitch, I purchased a refurbished Dell laptop for around $600. I have had refurbished computers in the past and have never had an issue with them. This Dell, however, is the worst machine I have ever had. It is, by far, the slowest computer I have ever used and it does not maintain a charge. I have to have it plugged in at all times while I am using it. Might as well be a desktop from the mid 90s. It is an extremely frustrating machine to use. Soon after losing $600 on this pile of junk, I notified Ready Set Repair of its issues via their online portal. I never received a response. I will not be going back to Ready Set Repair for services, sales, or anything else. I do not recommend them and advise anyone seeking their products or services to be wary of untrustworthy sleazy schmoozers. Gross. read more

Very good service at a reasonable price from Ready Set Repair as they tested my Dell laptop's flaky DC port, ordered a new part, installed it and gave me a 90 day warrantee. Recommended. read more

Great service, had an iPad 6 glass screen replaced. Dustin was awesome, they did a quality job and a perfect repair. Thanks guys!

Thank you, and communication was excellent. Everyone was very professional, the entire experience was great.

Helped me right away! Took about an hour to fix my phone that wouldn't turn off due to a battery issue, but they didn't overcharge me and were super nice! read more

I thought my water-damaged phone was beyond fixing but Avery at the Oracle location revived it no problem! He listened well, gave it a diagnostic and cleaning, showed me photos of the damaged parts and explained how he fixed them...and I left with a restored phone! Was able to access all my precious photos and everything else. For a reasonable price, too. Thank you, Avery! read more

I brought in my mom's iPad because a piece of the charger had gotten stuck in the charging port. Although there was someone ahead of me, an employee named Angel came out from the back and assisted me right away. He took the iPad to the back, and within five minutes, he had successfully removed the broken piece. Angel was incredibly kind, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain everything. I highly recommend this place for any electronics repairs--great service and quick turnaround! read more

Excellent, quick, professional help. The 2 guys I dealt with were welcoming and acted like they appreciated my business. That is always a plus for me. It's the kind of business I want to support. I 100% recommend them. I'll definitely go back if I need help again. read more

I thought I had to buy a new phone, but Jose fixed mine in seconds!! Beyond impressed by his skills and customer service. I'd give 6 stars.

As a homeowner, you get used to poor customer service. So I was thrilled to find All Mobile Matters. They were responsive, friendly and offered a terrific solution. They swapped out my cell phone battery at my home. No driving to a retail store, in 30 minutes Ramon was finished. I highly recommend this company. read more

Great price and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!! Extremely fast service while I waited!

I had a problem with my 4 yr old HP desktop, thought I might have to replace it but these guys took care of the issue and assured me I DON'T need anything new. Cost $39. Took a couple of days but I am totally satisfied. Thanks!! read more

Have had my phone repaired here a couple of times and they do a great job. But this most recent visit my computer got the blue screen of death. Allot of other companies quoted me outrageous prices to even look at the computer then tell me what I need and would have to keep my computer for 3-5 days. I decided to take my PC to Ready Set Repair and they did a diagnostic with a fresh install and my computer was up and running better than ever before and only took them about 3 hours, with great communication and updates. I cannot be more pleased with the service they have provided with friendly and knowledgeable people. Highly recommend you give them a try. read more

This place is amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. It's always intimidating bringing in a piece of technology for repair, but they were approachable and great at communicating what my options were and the associated costs. And there was no judgement as I made my selection. Avery fixed my older I-phone SE and did an excellent job. It works like new. Thank you Ready Set Repair for the incredible service. read more

Jose offered a competitive price and made the right recommendations for the repairs needed on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I am amazed at how well it came out, considering I cracked the front, back, and all 3 camera lenses . My phone is now back to new and working effortlessly . read more

My phone broke once before and had a very pleasant experience a couple months ago so I was surprised when my second time coming exceeded my expectations months after. My screen broke shortly after getting it fixed (unrelated to their amazing repair) on a day they were closed and Jose was so kind and helpful he drove down from PHX to Tucson to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you so much Jose and ready set repair! I'll definitely be recommending you to everyone who has ears read more

My word, these guys were so professional and kind with my VERY complicated iPad Pro issue. I love AppleCare and Simutek, but they would have had to ship my iPad and I would have been without it for several weeks, plus it was going to cost a fortune to fix because it wasn't covered under AppleCare anymore. Well, I looked at other reviews and was impressed by the responses those reviews got, so I figured I'd give Ready Set Repair a try, just in case they could fix it. I'm so glad I did. They had to order parts and got them in less than twelve hours! I don't know how that's even possible. They were so friendly and compassionate -- qualities I'd never really thought about a tech repair service having, but I could tell they actually cared, which I appreciated. The whole team was nice, and even with a super complicated repair, it was way less than it would have been through Apple, and it came with a warranty. I'm so impressed I'm actually sitting in my car in their parking lot to write this review because I'm just so impressed and wanted to do this right away. Oh -- also the communication was SO good. Jose explained everything in detail, giving me options, letting me know that the parts came in and when my iPad was ready, and he both called and texted to send updates. Thank you, Jose! You're the best! read more

I took my iPad in to get a new screen and screen saver. They fixed it same day. Very polite and professional. A little tricky to find. Look for a two-story green building. read more

To begin with, Jeremy gave me very helpful information on the phone including that they are located in the ADC Insurance building on Grant near Fairview before the freeway when headed west after the dip down. Then, after I went to this repair shop, Jose was great in talking with me. This story also has a happy ending. Jeremy soldered the loose charger port on my laptop, which solved the problem the same day I took it in and at a good price, too. I also learned not to keep my laptop plugged in all the time but instead to let it get down to zero and then recharge and to have the charger plugged in at the same level as the laptop so it doesn't cause problems with the charger port such as what I had. I found them to be quick, competent, AND affordable as well as professional and polite: yay. Thank you. I am forever grateful. read more

I dropped my I-Phone and the screen was badly cracked. I asked for a quote from this company online and a few minutes later, someone called me. He gave me a reasonable quote and said it would take about 30 minutes to replace the screen. We didn't need an appointment. When we arrived there, someone immediately came out to diagnose the problem. We could either leave the phone and pick it up later in the day or wait while he replaced the screen. We opted to wait. It was done in less then 30 minutes. I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of this outfit. I highly recommend them for phone repair. They also repair laptops and computers. read more
