I have received computer repair services at Ready Set Repair multiple times over the last few years. The service and experience was always great! Unfortunately, purchasing a refurbished lab top from them was a different experience. After taking my previous laptop in for service and learning it was fried, I decided to purchase a refurbished laptop from them. I figured it was safe since my previous service experiences had been positive and I had never felt like I was being ripped off. After a sleazy sales pitch, I purchased a refurbished Dell laptop for around $600. I have had refurbished computers in the past and have never had an issue with them. This Dell, however, is the worst machine I have ever had. It is, by far, the slowest computer I have ever used and it does not maintain a charge. I have to have it plugged in at all times while I am using it. Might as well be a desktop from the mid 90s. It is an extremely frustrating machine to use. Soon after losing $600 on this pile of junk, I notified Ready Set Repair of its issues via their online portal. I never received a response. I will not be going back to Ready Set Repair for services, sales, or anything else. I do not recommend them and advise anyone seeking their products or services to be wary of untrustworthy sleazy schmoozers. Gross. read more

He listened well, gave it a diagnostic and cleaning, showed me photos of the damaged parts and explained how he fixed them...and I left with a restored phone! I brought in my mom's iPad because a piece of the charger had gotten stuck in the charging port. Although there was someone ahead of me, an employee named Angel came out from the back and assisted me right away. He took the iPad to the back, and within five minutes, he had successfully removed the broken piece. Angel was incredibly kind, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain everything. Have had my phone repaired here a couple of times and they do a great job. But this most recent visit my computer got the blue screen of death. Allot of other companies quoted me outrageous prices to even look at the computer then tell me what I need and would have to keep my computer for 3-5 days. I decided to take my PC to Ready Set Repair and they did a diagnostic with a fresh install and my computer was up and running better than ever before and only took them about 3 hours, with great communication and updates. We took a couple devices in for repairs. We had an older tablet with a bad charging port and cracked screen plus an iPhone needing a charging port. The guys here were very attentive and I standing. I wanted to install ram and unscrew some screws I couldn't get unscrewed and they did it very fast like 5-10 min but it was kind of expensive because 45 dollars just to take off 4 screws and then put in some ram and then close it and screw them all over again but it was a overall good service would come again read more

My word, these guys were so professional and kind with my VERY complicated iPad Pro issue. I love AppleCare and Simutek, but they would have had to ship my iPad and I would have been without it for several weeks, plus it was going to cost a fortune to fix because it wasn't covered under AppleCare anymore. Well, I looked at other reviews and was impressed by the responses those reviews got, so I figured I'd give Ready Set Repair a try, just in case they could fix it. I'm so glad I did. They had to order parts and got them in less than twelve hours! I don't know how that's even possible. They were so friendly and compassionate -- qualities I'd never really thought about a tech repair service having, but I could tell they actually cared, which I appreciated. The whole team was nice, and even with a super complicated repair, it was way less than it would have been through Apple, and it came with a warranty. I'm so impressed I'm actually sitting in my car in their parking lot to write this review because I'm just so impressed and wanted to do this right away. Oh -- also the communication was SO good. To begin with, Jeremy gave me very helpful information on the phone including that they are located in the ADC Insurance building on Grant near Fairview before the freeway when headed west after the dip down. Then, after I went to this repair shop, Jose was great in talking with me. This story also has a happy ending. Jeremy soldered the loose charger port on my laptop, which solved the problem the same day I took it in and at a good price, too. I also learned not to keep my laptop plugged in all the time but instead to let it get down to zero and then recharge and to have the charger plugged in at the same level as the laptop so it doesn't cause problems with the charger port such as what I had. I found them to be quick, competent, AND affordable as well as professional and polite: yay. Thank you. I am forever grateful. read more

I dropped my I-Phone and the screen was badly cracked. I asked for a quote from this company online and a few minutes later, someone called me. He gave me a reasonable quote and said it would take about 30 minutes to replace the screen. We didn't need an appointment. When we arrived there, someone immediately came out to diagnose the problem. We could either leave the phone and pick it up later in the day or wait while he replaced the screen. We opted to wait. It was done in less then 30 minutes. I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of this outfit. I highly recommend them for phone repair.
