Sean was very helpful and did great work!! My boyfriend dropped his phone at work, cracked the screen and it went completely black.. I called several places for prices and Sean offered us the best deal. Went in Friday evening and he was able to replace it then and there, very quickly too. Also gave us a free tempered glass screen protector. My iphone screen was shattered so I called around and got the best price at Cellular Repair solutions. They even had a special that day for my screen. Sean was the most courteous and helpful person. He said it would be ready in 15 minutes and offered me snacks and drinks and a movie to watch. He had trouble with the screen and kept apologizing because it was longer than 15 minutes, but I was perfectly content waiting a bit longer because, it seems, he is a perfectionist and he wanted it perfect and it was. This is my second time using Cellular Repair Solutions and again Sean was not only lower in price but I can't stress enough how efficient and accommodating he is. What a nice guy.... I dropped my iPhone 6s and cracked the glass. I wanted it fixed soon because I didn't want it to shatter any more. I work downtown but live on the Southeast side. This cell phone repair shop is a hidden gem. It is housed in an easy-to-miss storefront on the south side of 22nd Street, just east of Craycroft. Not flashy, but they will save you $$ and provide a homey and inviting place (free water!) to relax while they service your device. Sean helped me with my cracked iPhone 6 LCD screen. I want to take a moment to thank Sean for repairing my phone. He has previously helped me with other issues quickly while I waited. My phone was having trouble with the charging port. His experience is impressive as he immediately said he could fix it. I was going to be out of town for a few days so the phone is vital to me. Sean is fantastic! He is reliable and honest. A little over a year ago he fixed my husband's charging port on his Note 4. We thought it would have to be replaced but he was able to fix it and save us money instead of replacing it. Recently I started having trouble with the charging port on my Samsung S6. Unfortunately for me the prongs inside the port were broken but he was able to replace it for me for a very reasonable price. I had my phone back with the new port in 24 hours. All the reviews are true. Very very good customer service!! I was looking to repair an Asus zenfone v, not a common phone. Most quotes I had were as much as we paid for the phone. I put out 6 requests for quotes on Yelp. 5 got back saying they either only did iphones or just didn't repair that model. Sean had no problem fixing the broken screen, for exactly the price he quoted me and in the time he said it would take. The phone works perfectly. Sean knows customer service! I walked in without even calling to ask if he had an un-shattered screen for my cell phone. It turned out he didn't but asked if I had a bit of extra time so he could go pick it up and be right back. I had extra time, he ran to get the screen, fixed my phone and it only took about 45 minutes from the time I walked in the door. There are free snacks, cold water and tv to watch. I got halfway through replacing my own phone screen when I got nervous about a part that was supposed to come out with the screen but didn't. I brought it in and Sean pulled it out within a minute and showed me how to proceed. I was able to take it back to my work bench and finish the job myself and the phone worked again! The waiting area is comfortable and cool in case you need to wait for a job to be completed.
