After having taken my phone to the Verizon store, U Break I Fix, and back, I had one guy telling me it was an antenna and the other telling me it was the SIM. A friend recommended Cellular Repair Solutions, and as soon as he popped my phone apart, he found a connection that had come loose, and the problem was fixed. He then replaced the antenna and my service was better than before. After going for weeks without a phone unless I was connected to WiFi, and after getting the runaround from two other people, I couldn't believe my problem was fixed and at a price so low, I did a double take, then made sure to give a tip so I didn't feel like I was stealing from him. Sean did a great job taking care of my iphone 7plus that had no cameras after taking an angry flight from a 14 year old. Sean understood that she would be doing lots of chores to pay for the repair. He tried different parts to fix the phone, recycled and new, to help save a few $$. The man has a heart. The waiting area for customers is comfortable with free light refreshments incase you need a little snack. The repair took about 1 1/2 hours while we waited Sean had a movie playing to pass the time. There was no one in the waiting area when we arrived about 5pm while we were waiting 5 others came in with items to be fixed. Sean took care of everyone and they all seemed to leave happy as did I. Just returned from deployment with a damage screen, cracked back plate and poor battery life on my cell and I was able to schedule a drop off time, though I had bought my parts online vs. The business sourcing them. That being said service was courteous and prompt. Being an out-of-towner, yet needing cell phone repair services, I wanted to be cautious. I did select Cellular Repair Solutions, based upon the Yelp reviews, so thank you Yelpers for your accurate reviews that led me there. Arrived 40 minutes before his closing time, yet he took my phone right away, did the battery replacement while I waited, and still got me out of there by closing. He was careful to not just take what I said about the phone's performance but also checked several other things so as to actually fix the problem, not just respond to what I thought the problem was. Called and talked to Sean. Came in and out 20mins with a smooth looking phone. Would always recommend and come back anytime. Fast, easy, and good Update: Might have to give the grade of the screen a lower one. With the tempered glass it gave my phone 2 days worth of problems unable to use apps or use the keyboard correctly. Called Sean back and he told me he would do a replacement but to try it out without the glass to see if still buggy. It worked fine without the tempered. Unfortunately within first couple of hours taking off the tempered glass I was using it and then a nice little crack occurred. Note I didn't drop it or had any form of significant pressure to cause such any damage because it was just in my pocket the entire time. According to the policy I can't change it if there's a crack. Welp $86 down the drain only after 3 days of changing it. The business and it's very helpful customer service was awesome.. just the free tempered (which failed) and the poor quality of new glass drops this reviewed stars down. read more

I want to thank Sean for trying to help me fix my Huawei Nexus 6P. He spent close to 45 minutes trying to troubleshoot the problem and help me figure out what the issue was ("Bootloop of Death") and did so without charging me. The raw essence of a sour experience: brought in an I-phone with a multitude of issues for data extraction from the hard drive and was told that it had to be sent out to the "best technician" in Tucson for that work. Original visit the quote was $125 but it jumped to $200 supposedly after contact was made with the technician. Was required by CRS to sign a No Refund work order in order to proceed sending the phone to the tech. Told it would take but 72 hours to complete the extraction process when inquiring several times why it was taking much longer (into the second week) was repeatedly told the tech had a heavy workload. In exasperation finally demanded the extraction be completed in a day's time or have the phone returned for my pick up. Shortly thereafter was told by CRS there was no data on the hard drive. Receiving my requested email from the tech regarding work performed the story had changed to "... nothing done couldn't boot it up" - thus all that was performed was diagnostic. In this case it would have been customary for a return of my prepayment - my request for the justifiable refund was denied by the owner of CRS. From my experience I highly recommend avoiding Cellular Repair Solutions. read more

Excellent service and decently priced. I looked online to find a place to repair my cracked iPhone 5S to find places with an asking price of $89 and up. Sean repaired my screen and threw in a free glass screen protector for only about $65 (tax included). It only took about 20 or so minutes to replace it, and throughout the 20 minutes as he was repairing it, he was able to simultaneously keep a conversation going with us (no awkward silence while waiting lol).
