I called the store, was advised by the owner Chris that I didn't need an appointment, I could just come on in. Even without working electric in Store due to vandalism, Chris was able to clear a problem with my charging port and check everything with the portable charger. Chris went above and beyond by taking care of my phone, all the while giving me points of interest and telling me some of the best lakes where I could go boating. When I asked Chris what I owed him, he told me "nothing because since I didn't fix or replace anything in your phone." My puppy didn't eat my homework, but he did break off a piece of a piece of my charger in my lap top. With my limited skills I tried to get the piece out of the laptop all while trying to keep the puppy away. I quickly gave up and called Chris at Screens Plus and he stated he would most likely be able to fix it. I stopped by and in no time he had the piece out and I was on my way. I literally downloaded Yelp just so I could put in this review to tell you how horrible this shop is. Please don't waste your time or money, there are plenty of other repair stores to go to. I had an iPhone 7 and needed the screen and battery replaced so I took it in the beginning of december to get it fixed. Chris, the manager, told me if there's an issue that I should just call back up and he'll get it worked out. Fast forward a couple of weeks to the beginning of January and my screen is so bad I can't use my phone. Getting it to even call the store was difficult. He said he would send me to a shop in Florida (I live there) to get it fixed. That was January 14th. Since then, I have called +15 times (he has only answered four of the times) and been lied to countless others. The place is a joke. Just took an iPhone 6 in to get a screen replaced. Got in and out quickly and for a great price! Great business and Chris is a very cool guy. I feel so smart and happy that I repaired that phone instead of buying a new one or paying a deductible. I found my go to place for phone problems! I dropped my phone, the screen shattered and buttons were no longer working. I reached out to a few places on yelp to get a quote. Chris responded to me within 30 minutes saying it would be 110. He was the first to respond and compared to the other responses I received, this place was able to fix my phone the quickest for similar price ranges. He even threw in a free tempered glass with a yelp check in. I brought it in the next day and it was fixed in 15 minutes. He also let me watch the process and explained what he was doing step by step and what was wrong with my phone. DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME/MONEY GOING HERE !!!!! I have never written a review on any service, but I felt the need to for this one. I went here with a barely cracked screen and Chris fixed it fine except they tore my home button and told me it was beyond repair. I waited for about a week as they told me they would replace my phone. (Mind you, this whole time, I was with this phone that wasn't working.) I finally had gotten ahold of Chris and I offered that instead, he pay me for the phone. He agreed but only agreed to pay for less than half what my phone is worth. I talked to Apple and confirmed what the price of my phone would be and they told me $400, while Chris only offered me $175. I told Chris this was unfair and offered $300 instead, as that seemed fair. Chris refused and told me, "there is nothing I can do for you" and hung up the phone. Just don't waste your time going here if you're afraid that something like this will happen. Update: I took my phone to Apple to see if the phone was actually fixable and they informed me that the people who installed the home button and screen (Screens Plus) did not install the screen or home button correctly and that was part of the issue. They also ripped my home button, causing the Touch ID to never work again. If you have a home button, that's not a big deal but to have the screen be missing screws AND be replaced wrong is unacceptable. Apple also informed me that the phone is fixable (even though Chris told me it was beyond repair.) DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY. read more

Christopher was AWESOME!! Before seeing Christopher I contacted many repair places in Tucson. Christopher is the best price for repair. He Christopher replied to my questions by Yelp in less than 30 minutes very late in the evening. I was Very pleasantly surprised to see how responsive he is. He is truly an expert. Not only did he get my wife's IPhone screen replaced in 15 minutes with a new one, he then added a tempered glass screen protector at to cost and gave me a 1 year warranty. No other phone repair service in Tucson, that I could find, provides more than a 30 day warranty. I'm going to send everyone I know to see Christopher for their phone or tablet repairs. He charges a very reasonable price compared to even buying a comparable used IPhone. My wife's IPhone is working great and I'm very satisfied. Stopped in Tucson while traveling with a shattered iPhone screen. The new screen does not function with the home button. Tech said it's an Apple software update that would restore function...not true. Apple said, "ohhh traveling fool. You made the wrong choice to have an outsider put the new screen on." It will never work properly with the replacement screen and the tech had to have known but wouldn't level with me. I can't use touch to gain entry to my apps. Pain in the arse. I got my screen repaired by quik fix about a month or two ago and screens plus let me know it was a bad screen, qf didn't replace my screws (they replaced them for free) and even showed me all the parts of my phone so I know first hand. Chris did a good job for me. Short story: Ipad with cracked screen. Called around a few places - his is on route to my commute and was significantly less expensive than the mail order companies. He replaced my screen for less than most of the competitors. Nice quality parts, clean work, wore gloves during parts of the repair where fingerprints on the inside could be a nuisance. Product was fixed the next day. I watched him do the repair as I waited, and he's got good quality parts. Uses the correct grade of 3M double stick tape, not some double sided scotch tape I've seen others try to use. Price was low. Service was quick. Quoted me a price, and stuck to that price, didn't try to pad the bill at all with "miscellaneous fees" i've seen some other tech repair places use. Repair came with a 1 year guarantee in case anything goes wrong in the future. Like most cell phone repair places, this is a small company run by an entrepreneur. The shop isn't sparkly pristine, but the work he does is. I'd go back if I need more work done.. read more

He improperly installed my new screen with the home button jammed under it, had to put the old cracked one back on for it to work in worse condition than when I gave it to him, promised and led me on for months that he'd refund my $175 deposit which he never did. I Called daily for weeks then weekly for months during this time hearing a new excuse each time why he hadn't refunded my $175.00 deposit yet which made me feel CHEATED, PETTY, AND HUMILIATED.
