I contacted the business via e-mail and got a reply from Chris, within minutes. I told him that I have an iPhone 6s and that it looks to me as if I need a front screen replacement (I and the phone took a dive onto the asphalt while I was out jogging) since the front of the phone was pocked with chips and cracks. He quoted me a replacement estimate of $90. The estimate included replacing the screen protector. When Chris examined the phone damage, he stated that it was only the screen protector that was damaged. He said, "It did it's job." He replaced the protector and then would not accept any payment for his services. All along I thought that the screen protector was made out of plastic, but Chris informed me that it is made of glass. He could have deceived me and I would not have known. Chris's one-man shop is hard to beat in this aspect of cellphone repairs. He sets his hours to suit his customers' needs, works to meet every delivery deadline, and knows his suppliers as well as he knows his "cellphonology"-- which is, a lot. My Moto E4 Plus -- better known in India, where it was first introduced -- was a real test for Chris. The face was totally broken. Quite a challenge, since it required both replacing the fractured glass, an exotic part, and tinkering with the fingertip-touch sensor that's integrated with the frame. To get the right parts, Chris had to ride the supplier hard, and did. Now I have my phone back -- quickly, and at a savings, to boot -- and Chris has a customer for life. The dictation on my iPhone would not work, so I called all over Tucson and Phoenix looking for solutions. I ordered a part from Phoenix and tried to fix it myself but the part was incomplete. I got a call back from this business after the holiday weekend, and was given a very reasonable price and immediate service. I know exactly how long it took me to try to change the part; this was much faster, and even when my phone needed a few additional items, my initial quote did not change. I thoroughly enjoyed working with these two young men. I'm a snowbird and my tablet had quit working. All my books are on my tablet on the Kindle app so without it I'm kind of lost. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and polite. They ran diagnostics for free and told me what my isssue was and what it would cost to fix it. They showed me what it would cost to replace my tablet or just have it repaired. I chose to have it repaired. I am so glad I did . If I could have given 0 stars I would have. This is the worst repair company ever. He needs to fix problems without causing other problems to your electronics. Don't bring anything to this guy if you want them to work right. And expect to be lied to on how long it will take. Expect the run around on why it is taking so long and when you get your item back fully inspect it for other issues. I dropped off my s7 edge because the outer glass protecting the camera was completely shattered. Devin, was the man who fixed my phone and let me tell youu, it looks brand new! Went in for a lcd replacement on my nexus 6 wow it was pricy I had looked up price of parts online before hand and knew what I was getting into. The guy behind the desk was nice, and was able to repair it by the next day for about $25 more than I could find the part online so it was pretty reasonable. I came in with my iphone 6s screen cracked and came out a happy camper. As soon as the first new screen was replaced onto my phone we noticed a small defect with the screen and he then rushed to have someone deliver a new screen since he was out of the 6s.
