Incredible. Lifesavers. 100/10. I fully submerged my iPhone 6 in water and couldn't fish to out for a full 30 seconds. Tried the rice method but not until a few hours later. The result, not unexpectedly, was disastrous. Half the phone screen turned black, or started pushing buttons itself, or wouldn't respond, or wouldn't turn on, and then, finally, it would just flashed a green screen at me at a nightclub rave tempo. Summary: worst case scenario. It was the weekend and I rely on my phone for personal life and work. I was panicking. I feared not only for my news feed, but for the clients that couldn't get ahold of me bright and early Monday morning. I googled the nearest place with the best reviews. Then searched again for anyone open on a Sunday at noon (not many). These guys popped up; I went in with a bank card and blind hope. Expecting to have to buy a cheap full-in phone until I could sort out this mess with Apple or AT&T. Expecting to kiss my savings account goodbye. These guys are outstanding. I walked in, explained the situation. They gave me a full quote and walked me though the possible damages and repair options. Sent me to kill time for an hour, and when I came back about 50 minutes later, they had it mostly fixed. They switched it between the old and new screen right in front of me so I could understand the situation. Opened it up and showed me the damages. I know nothing about the inner workings of an iPhone, but they broke it down for me unprompted so I could grasp what I was in for and what to expect. Told me the worst case scenario (needing to send it elsewhere for further repairs), but made it clear they'd do everything they could. Reminded me of any possible costs and double checked that I was okay with them. Never made me feel like I'd be left high and dry (which would've been fair; they fix phones, they don't perform magic, and I'd essentially sent it to the Shadow Realm). As a bonus, the guy who helped me was really polite about the privacy of my phone. Let me key in the password and double checked that I was okay with him entering any apps to confirm the functionality of the phone - even when going into Settings. Was super thorough and dedicated to making the phone 100% again, even when I admitted I was willing to just take a phone that could send texts, make calls, and receive emails. Friendly, calm, professional; that was exactly what I needed when looking at my year-old, $900 investment and control hub of my life, sitting possibly dead on the counter. Went to kill time for another 15 minutes. When I came back, he had it all patched up and gave me a rundown of the final fixes. Noted that one or two minor glitches did happen (battery level fluctuated some), but gave me the option of fixing that then (maybe unnecessary) or coming back if there was an issue with a $10 discount on replacing the battery. Never pressured me to buy anything else and was very frank about the state of my phone. I was in and out in an hour and a half, tops. I came in with a phone that probably needed a full replacement. Walked out with a fully functional phone that had a new screen, a few circuit repairs, and other minor tweaks that had it living life again. $100-ish dollars in total, on the weekend, less than three hours after I'd TOTALED the thing. I'll recommend these guys forever, and you won't catch me upgrading to a new phone again just because something is wrong with my old one. This place works miracles! read more

Ramon was very polite but ultimately failed to get me a simple battery replacement done in a timely manner. He had told me a certain day and by the time that day came it was revealed that I would be waiting an additional two days. I was really counting on them and ultimately had to go with someone more professional. Also, this was not really a problem but every time I would call All Mobile Matters either a] I would get a voicemail, or b] get someone who sounded like they just rolled out of bed. That wouldn't be a problem but in addition to my whole experience it has made it seem even more unprofessional. read more

Guy in front of me was in for a battery change a couple of days ago, and they gave him a defective battery. Guy behind the counter was rude to both of us. When I called the manager he was unhelpful. Ramon was super helpful and so understanding. He repaired my iPad screen in under 2 hours and I'm sure he would of finished earlier however there was a fire alarm and we had to clear the whole mall. Even with that happening he managed to get it done before closing time. He also changed out my phone screen protector and placed a screen protector for my new iPad screen. He was so awesome! Fixed my iPhone 8 screen! It was completely shattered! Worked great there was just a slight glitch on the quality of the screen! I called around for pricing on getting an iPhone 6 Plus screen fixed and they had the cheapest pricing ($109). When I came in, it was only one guy working and he was answering the phones and working on fixing three phones at the same time. He was extremely courteous and through. I came back to ask him a question about functionality and he didn't seem bothered, but reassured me that they inspect the phone after replacing the screen. Later, when I picked up my phone, he went over the warranty and chit chatted with me a little bit although I could tell he was very busy. Wonderful place! I bought two cards and sent one to the wrong email. I called support I think it was Haley, told her the complicated issue, she got it fixed and followed up to make sure which email to refund. Immediately after the refund I stupidly sent the 2nd email to the wrong address again! I had to call support again and got connected to Haley again. I explained how I immediately sent the the refunded card that she went extra mile to fix, that I sent to the wrong email again. She was very nice and understanding and corrected the issue again. I finally sent the e-gift card to the correct email but the email didn't send to the recipient. So had to call again request a resend and they we're again, accommodating. My phone looked like it was due to be replaced. The face had separated from the case. Took it to Mobile Matters in Park Place Mall to see what the options were. They said the battery had swollen and caused the separation. They replaced the battery and reglued face and case. It was done in about an hour while we went to movie. I went in to have my cracked screen replaced. I was given a quote and my new screen was ordered. The order took a couple days longer than anticipated, which happens and that did not bother me a bit. However, the day I brought my phone in so the screen could be replaced is when I encountered problems. After about an hour, I checked over my newly replaced screen as did the staff member who personally did the job. Everything seemed fine and I paid what I owed and went home. As soon as I got home and went to apply a screen protector, I noticed a tiny knick in the glass. Immediately, I called the store and told a staff member this. It is small enough that anyone can miss it, even someone who works on phones every day. My thought was the defect was the manufacturers fault. Now, I had just paid $300+ to have this screen replaced, so I asked what could be done. The staff member told me they really couldn't do anything since it was looked over at the store, the person who worked on my phone said he didn't notice anything wrong, and the only thing they could do was "heavily discount" the repair to the NEW screen. It was also implied that I had possibly let a key hit the screen or something along those lines. After dropping a good amount of cash to have the screen replaced, I was pretty ticked off. Upon further inspection, I noticed the paint on the inside looked scraped off and it was not that way before I brought it to them. The one good thing I can say is that everyone was polite. Overall though, I think they did a sloppy job. read more

I recently took my daughters phone to get a replacement screen because her screen was severely cracked. The gentleman at the store Ramone was hands down the best technician I've ever encountered. He was efficient, explained the entire process, and performed a thorough check after the repairs to ensure that all elements of the phone were working properly. In the meantime, my phone had been damaged for quite some time(approximately 4 months) and I assumed that it was not repairable.
