A good friend of mine always de business here to get screen protectors for his phone. Since I had an OtterBox case I never thought about getting a cover on my phone. But when the iPhone came out with the finge rprint ID I couldn't use the OtterBox anymore and had to get a screen cover; this is the first place that I thought of. Man, what a great investment. The store has moved since I first year do business with them. Presently it's across from Hot Topic in the Tucson mall. Several times when my phone dropped, that screen protector has saved my screen from chips, scratches, and cracks. Once you buy the screen cover, if there's any problems, they replace it for five dollars. Over the last few years, I've replaced the cover six times, which is totally worth it initial investment, compared to replacing the screen on my iPhone pro max. The staff are super cool. I've never had to wait very long to get the new screen protector replaced. So do yourself a favor, and get your screen cover before your keys scratch it. They also replace batteries and screens on iPads, in addition to full service phone repairs. I got my iPad screen replaced and that took an hour. They sale cords and cases too. I'm happy with my dealings here at MobileBytes read more

Went in with a phone that randomly stopped working. No water damage! The gentleman at the desk this morning was of great help and very knowledgeable and talked me through what he was thinking. Great customer service. Hopefully I don't need to comeback for a phone fix. But if I do I'm coming here. read more

Great service. Very responsive. First replacement screen had a flaw along the left edge. Immediately ordered a replacement & installed it at no extra charge. Delays were due to the fact I own a less common phone brand (OnePlus) that's a few years old read more

Needed to repair two broken iPad screens (kids!) and the response to my Yelp request was quick. Because of the cost I waited several months but when I called again the two employees I spoke to were kind, helpful and professional. Dropping off was easy and when they were ready near closing time Daniel stayed a couple minutes late so we could get them back that night. We were very impressed with the professionalism of everyone at the Tucson Mall store. read more

My IPhone died today! It would not charge. After work I made my way over to the Tucson Mall to All Mobile Matters crossing my fingers. Ariel was superb. He explained all the requirements for checking it which were reasonable. $15 tops if the problem could not be solved. He expertly performed the diagnostics and updated me throughout the process. Very professional. Turned out it needed a new battery. $53! That was a huge relief. In about 30 minutes I was reconnected and will sleep well tonight. Thank you Ariel! Good work. read more

Great, affordable service! Great group of guys! Fast, courteous and reliable. Highly recommend!

Daniel is an extraordinary, very knowledgeable person and a great asset to the firm. On several occasions he was an enormous help to me and to one of my closest friends, each with separate problems -from batteries to cases - which he solved. I recommend him most highly to everyone. Jake was a big help to my brothers and me when he changed chips in their smartphones. He was very understanding and patient as well as knowledgeable. His suggestions were excellent. I recommend him very highly to everyone. read more

Came into All Mobile Matters after calling and speaking with Jake. Very professional, friendly, and informative. I needed to have my iPhone 6 battery replaced. Jake checked my iPhone completely for any other defects. He just informed me, I was good with just a battery replacement. It was a real hassle to schedule an appointment with Apple. Enough said... Jake was ready when we arrived, with exceptional service information and quality components. I'm super pleased with the entire transaction. My phone was repaired and ready within 20 minutes. I hung out in the mall, while I waited. I would recommend Jake and All Mobile Matters 100%. I will be back in the future when needed. Thank you Jake! read more

Shattered the screen on my iPod Touch. Did not want to pay what Apple was asking, and also wanted quick repair. Found these people at Tucson Mall. Called to check price, got a quote, and was amazed how low it was. First problem: website says they open at 10:00 AM, but when I get there, I find their storefront is closed until 11:00. I kill an hour waiting, then go in. Second problem: In writing up the ticket, I am told the price is higher than what I was told when I called. "Oh, someone must have given you the old price", I'm told. OK, I'm there, I've wasted enough travel and waiting time, so I give in. To their credit, within 45 minutes, I got a phone call my iPod is done. Third problem: When I look at the new screen, I can clearly see a gap between the bezel and the case, big enough t slip my fingernail in. I said the case is not sealed properly, and was then told, that's as good as it gets since my battery is going bad, but they can replace that too . . . for an additional fee. There was no battery problem when I brought it in, no screen fitting problem, so why is the battery suddenly having "problems" and now oversized? I said I do not want them to replace the battery, and I was not going to pay for the repair since it was not done properly. To their credit, there was no argument, just a offer to put my old, shattered screen back on. I took them up on that. Zero dollars, just a lot of wasted time. My iPod is now on it's way to Apple, something I should have done originally, to be repaired properly. I am willing to put up with the delay to get a quality repair done. I do NOT reccomend this place! read more

After being quoted $50 more at the Gamer Warehouse up on the 2nd floor to replace the cracked screen on my 5th gen iPad, I went and stopped by All Mobile Matters. Jake couldn't have been more professional and accomodating. He was able to replace it perfectly in just one hour and I couldn't be happier with the service. I would highly recommend him and AMM for any phone or tablet repairs, and I'll definitely give them my business again in the future if the need arises! read more

Located in the mall, across from Old Navy, the business name is not All Mobile Matters on the directory, but is called Phantom Skinz. Prices are reasonable and included all parts. Thankfully they had the parts I needed in stock, and less than an hour later, I was on my way with a new LCD + glass for Samsung S3. read more

I have used this location for numerous repair jobs on phones and iPads. This is my 3rd screen and his prices and quality of service are simply outstanding. I made an appointment on line, dropped it off and it was fixed within the hour. He's also a great person to talk to about what should and should not be done on my gadgets. No doubt I will be back as I have for past few years. read more

Daniel helped us out and was super knowledgeable and explained everything really well. Good prices and fast work too. Will be coming back for future repairs needed. read more

Went in with a surface pro with a bad battery, was told it would take 7 - 10 for a new battery to be delivered, I paid for the battery. All Good. 10 days later I got a call saying when the screens are removed from the surface pros, they usually break so that's going to be another $110.00 and another 7 - 10 days. This MAY or MAY NOT be true (bait and switch?) but I would have preferred to know this on day 1 and not waste 10 days waiting for a repair that obviously wasn't going to happen within the specified timeline. I drove an hour to collect my computer, took it to the Microsoft store a week later when I had time and I walked out an hour later with a working unit. read more

Jake was incredibly helpful, tried to clean my iPhone speaker before deciding it needed to be replaced. Very transparent with his process. Great customer service and quick turn around read more

I desperately needed the back glass of my iPhone replaced in order to trade it in for a newer phone. Called around and Jake was able to get me in last minute and finished within an hr! Price was for a steal as well! Thank you so much Jake for your quick & efficient work! We will definitely be returning should any of our iPhone screens tragically crack. read more

My girlfriend's phone developed a problem that would not allow charging from a wired or wireless connection. After a trip to an authorized Verizon store we were told it was a battery issue. Verizon would not replace the battery but referred us to a third-party business by the name of All Mobile Matters. We located the closest All Mobile Matters store which was located at Park Place Mall in Tucson, Arizona. We spoke with Adam who told us he would be able to replace the battery in an hour or less. After some window shopping at the mall we stopped back to see if the phone was in working condition. Adam found that it was not the battery, but the logic board on the cell phone and considering this was a Samsung Galaxy S6, Samsung may not even be willing to work on the phone. Even though the phone could not be repaired by All Mobile Matters, Adam was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. If we should ever find ourselves with a cell phone issue while in the Tucson area in the future we would not hesitate to return the All Mobile Matters. read more

Always very professional and do such great work!! I have gotten my screens replaced for my phone and IPad. I highly recommend!

Ariel stayed open late to fix my brokenness phone on the way to the airport. Perfect service and saved my trip. A+++++

My phone fell out of my back pocket and the led screen was done for. I cringed at the thought of having to wait another week to go to the Apple store like the last time. I checked All Mobile Matters online. I booked an appointment online and Jake greeted me when I got there, he was super polite, professional and friendly. Had my phone fixed in 30 minutes! The price was reasonable also. Will definitely recommend anyone that needs to get their phone repaired! read more

My screen was completely shattered and they fixed it within 45 minutes. The price was reasonable ($107) and very friendly staff.

These guys were great! Super friendly & courteous. Their prices seemed fair and they offered quick service to boot!

We have used AMM for a few years now and Jake has successfully saved our IPhones and IPads from the junk pile. His prices are amazing and he's such a pleasure to talk to. Unlike going to the "main store", where all they want to do is upgrade you or charge ridiculous amounts of Money to help you. I dropped it off to replace a cracked glass and within an hour it was a good as new for a 1/3 of what they wanted elsewhere. read more

All Mobile Matters quickly replaced my son's Mini IPad and the staff was courteous and knowledge. I would definitely recommend their expertise! read more

I smashed my IPhone. I took the phone to the store in the Tucson Mall. They were busy, but one hour later I walked out with a repaired iPhone. they replaced the cover and repaired the bent frame. Fast service cost was $107. very reasonable considering the bad shape my phone was in. read more

I love this place! My phone needed a new battery and charging port and Adam gave me wonderful, prompt service and got me on my way. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Quick fast and easy. Fellas knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me right away.

Awesome job in replacing my iPhone 6 screen! Paid $117 and change, was ready within an hour. Very courteous and professional. Only issue and it's pretty major is that he neglected to tell me he dented the back of my phone. I know I signed a waiver giving them no responsibility if damage occurs but letting me know would've been nice. I know for a fact my phone didn't have the now obvious dent in the back. Seems it was pressed against something like a tiny screw. I wouldn't know, you can't see the dent because it's in a case but it still sucks to have that there. read more

Unfortunately dropped my iPad and completely shattered the screen. Brought it in to the Tucson mall location, and Ray fixed my iPad quickly, and it was all at a decent price! Great customer service, and got to shop while it was being fixed. Definitely recommend this place! read more

Friendly employees and professional help. Not terribly to high prices to fix things but with a good warranty and within a speedy time. A nice place in a safe location worth ur time if u choose not to fix the phone ur self read more

We have had 7 repairs with these guys. They are polite and respectful. We recently had a phone drop. By their admission, we had bought a tempered glass cover for the screen. When we went there, they agreed that we had purchased a cover, but there was no cover on the phone. They said it fell off!! How would a cover fall off without us knowing. So we paid for a cover they didn't install, and now have a broken screen because they didn't install the cover, and they offer us 10% off a new screen. CROOKS! read more

Amir hooked me up with a new iPhone 5 screen in under an hour. Courtesy clean of buggy lightning port too. Looks great.

Quick and pleasant experience. Fixed my iphone 6 plus and it works fine.
