I had a very disappointing experience. I brought in my Xbox One controller to have the RB button replaced and was quoted $250 for the repair!!! They claimed the part and shipping were expensive, which is a complete lie. I could have bought 4 controllers for that price! I ended up ordering the part myself for about $10 on Amazon, received it the next day, and fixed it in 20 minutes. There is no justification for charging that kind of price for such a simple repair. Repaired a phone through insurance. Phone simply needed back glass. Got the phone back and the phone starts to glitch and turned off. We take it back to the store they take it apart and say something sticky is on my mother board? Okay so my phone was working PERFECTLY NO GLITCH NO LAG NO NOTHING, simply needed glass repair. After THEY fix it ,it's going to stop working when it had literally no problem before? All the dumb fucks in the store had to say was I'm sorry make another claim. YOURE KIDDING ME RIGHT? Friendly and affordable. The customer service is top-notch. Thankfully, my broken screen was covered by insurance, but other customers were paying about $50 for a similar issue. We showed up on a Saturday around noon with quite a few other customers in the store. They told us about 6 hrs (they were busy). We received a phone call in 3 hours staying my phone was ready. I have had no issues in the 5 days since I got it repaired. I think it is great that they have a sign at the front of their store that reads, " the whole world is short handed" or something close to that. The people that work here are nice guys, and they seem enthusiastic about their work. However, they lack some of the basics of a well run business. When I first brought my phone in, they seemed excited to repair this model, as they hadn't seen it before. After that, it was sort of a comedy of errors. First, they ordered the wrong color replacement parts. Then they never called me as they said they would when the correct parts came in. Turns out the replacement parts weren't ordered. They said they would order the correct parts and call me in a day when they had them. They never called. Decided to go back to the manufacturer for service. read more

Does not come close to honoring online repair costs. Understand a diagnostic might increase repair estimates but to add $100 to the online estimate right out of the gate is crap. The online costs are just to lure customers in and then screw them over. The repair costs for iPhone SE screen is $20 more than the Apple Store. What a bargain....not! Go elsewhere. read more

Manager Alex is an a-hole and a cheat. I called about a repair for my Galaxy and was told it would cost $179 to fix and take 90 minutes, so I took it in. Nearly 3 hours later, the phone was ready and Alex said it would be $230. I explained that the quote i received over the phone was $179 and Alex said "oh, that was just for the part". I told him I thought that was deceptive, and his response was "well, I can break it and give it back to you if you want". I asked for his manager's contact info, but he refused to give it, or his last name. I paid and will dispute the charge on my credit card and try to find this crook's manager. read more

So JB's phone charging port finally failed. A quick internet search turned up a recommendation for a repair service called UBreakIFix ... which apparently operates under the umbrella of Asurion. Cool. Made a next-day appointment online (at which time they asked for the specific model of the phone and the reason for service) and went bopping down to the shop at the appointed time for the requested repair. We get to the counter and the guy who "helped" us was anything but helpful. He was - and not to put too fine a point on it - a snotty, condescending jerk. We explained what was wrong, and he said that he didn't have the part (the charging port) in stock (nor did the other two locations in town since they "share" parts stock) and that it would take 3-5 days for it to be delivered. When I made mention of the fact that they could not in fact fix what was broken, he pointed to the sign that splits walk-in and appointment service off from the premium membership service and said that while we had an appointment we were actually considered a walk-in, and that we should have had their premium service. What we took from that statement was the fact that if we were premium members of Asurion, they would magically have the part in stock and would then be able to fix the phone immediately instead of the requisite 3-5 days for non-premium members. A quick search as we went out the door turned up another store in the mall that (A) had the part in stock; (B) didn't give us any lip about the repair; and (C) is fixing the phone as we speak and for $10 less. Stay the hell away from this place. They're not worth the aggravation. read more

I ended up paying $206 for a new screen when I could of got it for $30. I was told I would receive a call from a manger to help me get reimbursed or a refund to fix the situation. I never received a call. I tried to resolve the same day but was told to just come back the next day. I came back the next and was told it was too late to fix the problem since the sale was completed the day before. They told me it would be fine but because they told me to wait the next day I wasn't able to get my money back. An employee made it clear that I would get it fixed but instead screwed me over by making me wait a day and miss my chance. I was then told by another employee that the previous employee named Diego told me the wrong information and I couldn't get a refund. They refused to honor what I had been told and told there is nothing I can do about it. I also asked for a manger but was told they don't have a manger at that location . I was lied to waiting for a call by a manger that didn't exist. I then asked for a corporate number and was told they don't have one. I called another store and of course they do have a corporate number. He refused to give me a number to resolve my issue and said nothing can be done and it's too late. After calling multiple numbers, a customer service employee contacted the owner to speak of the issue. The owner there is nothing that can be done and he refused to honor to the misinformation I was given. Because of this I lost $200 and he still refused to honor what I had been told. I was lied to that my problem could be fixed, lied about getting a call back, lied to about a corporate number. Asurion at the Tucson Mall made it even worse. The owner was aware of the situation and refused to help on a situation caused by his employees. I am now out $200 and was lied to 2 employees and owner who won't do a single thing about them or my situation. Overall it was a terrible experience with the customer service provided by D. Everyone was very unhelpful and spread misinformation that has costed me $200 that I can't get back because I was told to get it resolved the next day .
